Tech was professional, quick, and cleaned up when finished. Explained billing and service performed. Price quoted was end price of $125 service call credit toward bill. Very satisfied.

Our water heater began leaking late at night, so we called Keith the Plumber's number. They answered right away and communicated with us well to make sure our heater was safe for the night so we could go to sleep and welcome them in the morning for repairs (We told them we could wait until the next day as long as we made sure safety wasn't an issue.) The workers communicated with us about arrival time and were on time and ready to work. They inspected our water heater and gave us price options on its replacement. They even told us that one piece did not need to be replaced at that time. They were courteous, timely, and did the job well.

Install went well with first toilet, when second one was removed damage to the sub floor was discovered. I paid Donnie for the two installs and he gave me time to fix the floor and then call him back to install the second toilet. By allowing me to pay in full on the first visit it resulted in me not having to pay a service call for the return. Good company-would use again and recommend them without reservation

They were great! He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to unclog the bathrooms and identify the problem.

Same day service was easily arranged through their office. Phone calls and followups were extraordinarily good and appreciated. Onsite plumber was very professional and cared about his work. Bringing a wet vac and showing care for before / after appearance was an early good sign. He found the remains of an earlier repair, a broken plastic flange, and repaired the problem with a steel flange repair kit. So far, so good! He also helped bump up the temperature of my two water heaters. Very pleased, would absolutely recommend.

I called Keith The Plumber because of a leak under my kitchen sink. They sent someone out right away and the leak was quickly repaired. The plumber also checked some other issues for me and found that I had a leak on the "city" side of my water meter. The owner Keith worked with both me and the city to get the leak repaired. He was very good about answering my questions and explaining what was going on. When I had another leak in my master bath they again sent someone out quickly and repaired the leak. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Keith the Plumber deserves their 'A' rating. I signed up for Angie's List and contacted Keith the Plumber after getting an estimate from another company that I knew was "highway robbery". They were able to set up an appointment quickly, they were prompt and professional, and charged a fair price. The leak was fixed same day (I was concerned about part availability). They did have to make a return trip to troubleshoot what turned out to be a small secondary leak that developed on an old gate valve used to shut the water off for the first repair. They repaired that leak for no cost, thus earning my trust. They're now my plumber of choice.

This was a big deal purchase. He did a good job. He came out with a day or so after I purchased the deal. I spent another $50-$60 because I needed to have a valve replaced on my tank over the water heater. While he was here he showed me what happened with the valve then I went on line and I checked it. What he did and what he showed me was absolutely true. I did need to have that replaced and he did it. I was comfortable that he did that. We had a little discussion about how much it was and that it should not have been that much so he made some modifications

The gentlemen showed up on time and removed the old valve and installed the new one I had purchased from a plumbing supply store. He was very professional and did excellent work. I would use them again for plumbing quotes.

Wow, super fast response. I just bought the Angie's list special today and someone was able to come to my house to fix my toilet today. With the Angie's list purchase, my out of pocket expense was $64. Well worth it to have it fixed in a more than reasonable time. Will definitely contact Keith on my next bath project. Reliable, dependable and fast service. Doesn't get better than that.

Donnie came about 2 hrs later than expected but apologised for being late. He was thorough and explained the job, though did charge me 289 dollars for fixing one leaking faucet, which seemed excessive, and I felt the Angies list deal was being 'made to pay'. Also interestingly they added a very unusual clause to the warranty (they knew I dont have an expansion tank and in the warranty he wrote no warranty if no expansion tank!! He should have told me this before starting the job)

First off I will say that I used Keith the Plumber for one of my rental properties. They were very flexible and easily set a date and time with the tenant. The tenant felt that Keith the Plumber was extremely courteous (I spoke with him over the phone and had a positive experience - things were explained to my level of knowledge). Everything was repaired and working for 3 months when the tenant called back and stated that we had a leak again in the valve (same one that had been repaired previously). The kicker was that Keith the Plumber came out again, found a problem that they had not originally identified in the valve and fixed it free of charge. Talk about great customer service! They stand behind all of their work!!! I will definitely be using Keith the Plumber in the future.

Our service tech, Donnie, was punctual, professional, kind, thorough and hard working. He arrived at the exact time Keith had quoted, impressive for a Sunday afternoon. We felt the service fee of $118 was fair, given it was on the weekend. Our water heater was just over the 10 yr. mark and there was a lot of calcium build up in the threads, causing the hot water pressure to be low/not heat properly. We were quoted on 2 different scenarios (to try to fix the old one or buy a new one) and we were never pushed to choose one over the other; Donnie gave us the pros and cons of both and we chose to replace everything for peace-of-mind. It didn't take a long time for him to go and get the new unit and everything was included in the price (labor, taking the old one away, installing new unit). He was great about showing us where the problems were visually and without all of the technical jargon, which helped us make an informed decision. It's never easy to have to put out this type of money unexpectedly but it was nice to have someone that didn't try to push or rush us. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends! From the moment I called (didn't even have to leave a message and wait for someone to return my call) to the time the work was finished, my husband and I were satisfied; refreshing, given that it's hard to find great companies these days.

These services were provided on Saturday so I was braced for a huge service upcharge price. Fortunately, they only added an additional $60 to the service call. They were very professional and talked to me about what was going on every step of the way. They were very upfront about the cost of the job and even helped me out with a discount on top of the 10% discount for Angie's List members. I will suggest Keith the Plumber to anyone who is in need of a trustworthy, knowledgeable plumber!

It was okay. It was $800 more than the "Big Deal" I purchased. I bought a deal of $99 for $200 worth of work. They came in. I ended up using it twice. The first time, it was an extra $225. The second time, it was an extra $225. My second issue where I had a leak, it took them multiple times to get them out here to get it fixed. In the end, they ended up doing a major overhaul where it took them three times to get it fixed. He was a nice enough guy. They weren't great but they were above average.

I purchased a big deal and I called the plumbing company to let them know what I purchased and what I needed repaired. They did not schedule an appointment with me during the call. The next morning he showed up without calling ahead or scheduling an appointment. He was able to fix the running toilet, and then he said I needed a part installed in my crawl space to help regulate the water pressure. I have lived in my home for many years and the water pressure is now so low I am not able to really do anything. He also fixed a leaky faucet and its leaking again.

Very pleased with the responsiveness - ordered on Sunday, received a call on Monday. Appt made for Tuesday. The technician had to come back to complete the job, and did so in a timely manner. Overall very pleased so far with the service.
