Very professional. Notified and came the same day. Gentlemen were friendly and courteous. Arrived on time and took care of the problems with kitchen sink drain and faucet quickly and efficiently. Would recommend this company highly. Worth cost for repairs.

Trust me, just call them and be done calling folks! I called them about 3pm as I saw water flowing through my yard. They asked if I had water, to which I told them no that I had cut it off. I told them I could make it until morning if needed and they asked to call me back, had already heard this from several places but no one called back for several hours later....within 30 minutes I not only had a call back, but it was worked out to have someone here that day! Then, not only did they fixed the leak at hand...they tested the pressure and found a faulty pressure regulator to be the culprit and fixed the root of the problem for me. I cannot say enough great stuff about their honesty, professionalism and work ethic for treating customers like they would want to be treated!

Called in the morning, they showed up that afternoon ready to work. Did a great job. Charged half of what another company quoted. Also told me about a $350 rebate I could apply for.

Donnie arrived in a timely manner. He and his partner got straight to the problem. It was a really bad clog so it had to be snaked out. An old pipe was causing a leak and had to be replaced. All work was done clean and efficiently. I was also given suggestions on how to prevent the clog from happening in the future. Very satisfied with work. I highly recommend and would use again.

I had my toilet repaired within 2 hours of speaking to the company on the phone. Dennis showed up immediately, explained the problem to me in detail, got to work and repaired it quickly. Would definitely hire again. Very friendly and fair.

Water pressure was increased in home but the main issue was in the kitchen where I had very little water pressure. By the time he left we had NO water pressure in the kitchen and now have to replace faucet.

When my kitchen sink had water running it would back up into my guest bathtub. They assessed the problem and quoted me a price before they got started! We’re finished in about 15 ish minutes! Very kind and professional! My two year old is very talkative and was very interested in all they were doing and they were very kind to her!

Showed up on time, drained basement which took several hours, and replaced sump pump. They were very professional and helpful during the whole process. I would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Called on a Saturday and problem was taken care of promptly. It was even more expensive than normal since it was on the weekend. Plumber did a good job. Plumber had to remove commode and run the snake through the line to unstop it and reset commode.

Quote given was unbelievable. I already owned the hardware and to replace was $1600.

It went very well. I live out of town - as this was for a rental house-. They showed up on time, called me before any repairs were done to advise of the costs etc. The work was completed in a couple of hours and my tenant was extrememly happy. Will use again for sure.

This is over a month in time and the leak turned into a stream of gushing hot water. There was a also a leak at the shut off valve so you couldn't cut off the water to the house completely. That had to be fixed first. While that was getting done, I had three different plumbers come out with an estimate of over $500. Each said they would be back the next day. Two of them I got off Angie's List of the top plumbers in my area. Of course, I didn't get a name since they would be back. Wish I had as I would certainly mention them by name on here. They didn't even have the courtesy to call. I did finally figure out cutting the hot water heater off so my gush was now cold water. I called Keith the Plumber and he came out. Was here maybe an hour and fixed my problem for just over $100. Knew exactly what the problem was. Very professional and a really nice, honest man so, I would highly recommend him. He is now in my contact list for plumbers.

After arriving a bit late (though they were very good about keeping me updated regarding the delay), Tony was great about trying to help us identify the source of a leak causing a significant muddy area in the yard. When I was skeptical regarding his guess about the source, he and his assistant dug up the yard a bit to confirm the source was not underground. (Tony was right all along--it wasn't.) He also looked at our water heater (which they do routinely, apparently) and saw that our expansion tank was not functioning. He explained why this mattered, why it likely wasn't working (age), and replaced it.

Bobby changed a commode out for us and did an outstanding job. Very nice people to deal with and they do everything they say and at the time they say. Would recommend highly

The technician was very personable and professional. He did exactly what I needed and also recommended servicing my tankless water heater that had never been serviced. Great service!

I had almost given up on finding a plumber for the job I needed. The home had very tight crawl space and most plumbers were reluctant. When I read their motto that if they couldn't do it, it couldn't be done, I felt they were my last hope. Low and behold not only did they do a fantastic job, they did it in record time from initial estimate to finish! Hats off to Keith-The Plumbers!!

Great - the service was excellent, timely, and professional. Price was slightly higher than I anticipated but they were up front and transparent. I will definitely call them again (this was my 2nd time using them - both times were great).

The job was quick and cleared the clogged cleanout piping!
