Came on Saturday afternoon at time promised, around 2:00. Dug a couple of holes but couldn't find the water leak. For whatever reason at 4:00pm said they would not be able to fix today and would come back on Monday...meaning no water ALL weekend! I told them not to come back that I needed water before then. My husband paid them $375 to dig a couple of holes. Called another plumber who found the broken pipe and had it repaired within 4 hours.

Keith's plumber showed up on time and quickly determined the problem. This was a same day service after my call for help!

Everything went fine. The work was done on an older house and some unexpected problems came up, but were dealt with efficiently.

It went well. He did a good job. He was good. He was a little high priced. Quality was good. His responsiveness was good. He had a quick response. He came out in a timely manner. I had no complaints about that. He was a little late but he did inform me. I would shop around a little bit more just to see other competitive prices but he did a good job. His prices were extremely high. I felt that what he quoted was way above. I think if his prices are a little bit more nominal, that would benefit him a lot.

The leak continued and they were very prompt on returning and fixing it.

The plumber was delayed by an emergency call, but called to let me know that he would be late. He diagnosed the problems quickly, had the necessary parts on the truck, and everything was good as new in less than an hour.

Well-very prompt and fixed the problem. Nice people and clean.

Guys did a great job repairing cracked main joint. Called them and had work completed within about 2.5 hours.

Up to date pipes that expands when frozen were installed. I love it!!!

Poorly. From start to finish, their services for a small leak spanned 41 DAYS. Service members made several trips to my house, but would then fail to follow up. I consistently had to be the one to call and ask them about the status of the leak. On one occasion, the team was scheduled to come, and I left my door unlocked for them; not only did they fail to come, but they also failed to let me know they had not come. I followed up the next week and they said, "Oh, I'm sorry, We didn't come, and we must have forgotten to tell you." We had to order parts for the bathroom, and the team failed to let me know when the parts arrived; yet again, I had to call and inquire. I was quoted $650 for parts and labor (which is already too high for a basic leak). Once the parts were finally installed, I received a bill for $775. When I called to go over the invoice, the service member was RUDE, and I had to haggle over the price. His tone was confrontational, and it's inappropriate to talk to a customer in that way. When I said that I was quoted $650, he said that was impossible because he did not even know the price until the parts arrived. I told him I was irritated because I did not make up that number out of thin air, and he responded, "Look, ma'am, we aren't making much money off of this job anyway. We do hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of work, and yours is just a small project. Just tell me what you want to pay." I cannot stress enough how poorly this entire experience went. Keith The Plumber LLC is expensive, unresponsive, and inefficient, and to make matters worse, the service crew is rude.

Two men came, they were very polite and courteous. They inspected our water heater, an unexpected surprise, and noted that it's something they do for Angie's List customers. The cost was affordable; I bought a package for $39 which included $125 credit towards repairs. We still paid $200 and I have to admit, the toilet functions better now than ever before!

Keith the Plumber assigned an employee, Bobby, to my request, and he was scheduled to come out between 8 and 10 am. Bobby called about 10 am and stated he was on another complicated job and would be at my house later in the afternoon. He arrived about 5 pm and, before seeing the shower, he stated that he suspected the shower on-off knob needed a new cartridge. He checked it out and said that was definitely the problem, but he didn't have the right cartridge on hand, and would have too far to drive to go get it that late in the day. He planned to come back the next morning. He arrived mid-morning the next day with the right cartridge and installed it within a few minutes. He checked the water pressure on the water main, and agreed it was too high. Only then did he state that plumbers weren't allowed to make adjustments to the water pressure on residences. (Is that correct?) He explained how we could do it ourselves once we purchased a pressure gauge. He then wrote up the invoice, explaining his work this way - "Performed a major rebuild of the master bath shower upstairs." Ha! I wish! He also wrote that there would be no warranty on his repairs due to the high water pressure. So, after a day and a half, we had our shower repaired in about 10 minutes time. The total cost of the job was $289, but I had already paid $99 for $200 worth of plumbing work, and had a previous credit with Keith the Plumber of $39, so my net cost was $50.

Company was punctual and professional and did a great job. They scheduled me very quickly. This was for some work back in April---I tried to post a review back then and the computer froze and lost everything I'd written. I've since forgotten the small details of the job, but remember we couldn't fully turn water off in the tub and it was leaking out fast enough that I had to turn off the water for the whole house so it wouldn't overwhelm the septic tank. They got out on the day I called and took care of it. They were much cheaper than the plumber I used in the past and responded quickly. The next time I need a plumber, I'm definitely calling Keith the Plumber.

great, did a fine job. However, the water pressure is not as great as before. I don't know if it was the faucet or not

Friendly, honest and fair. They wore shoe covers in the house and were thoughtful to close the attic stairs/door every time they came down from the attic. More trouble to open and pull down the steps each time but they didn't want to let the cool air escape into the attic.

After excepting the estimate right away they installed the water heater same day. Bobby and D.J. were the technicians and were courteous and fast master plumbers gas certified. Filled in their portion of the Ala Gas Co rebate form entitling me to $350 rebate!

It was great I would give him a 10!

They quickly assessed the problem, recommended a course of action, and quickly repaired the issue. I highly recommend this company!

I called to set up an appointment, the tech returned my call within 30 minutes, and came out the next day. I was given a two hour window for the work to be done. Bobby called 30 prior to arrived and arrived on time. Bobby was very nice, professional, neat and clean in appearance and work. I would definitely use Keith The Plumber again.

It was absolutely great! They came in, fixed the problem, and were gone within three hours. They cleaned up behind themselves as well.
