Description of Work: Replaced a kitchen faucet and fixed a leak under the sink. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. They called to confirm the appointment and two men arrived on time. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up before leaving. The price seemed a little high, but I was happy with their work and I didn't want to get other quotes.

Description of Work: Replaced cast iron drain pipes throughout the house, reseated toilets replacing cutoff valve and cleaned roof vent. They were very hard workers and did a thorough job. This is an old house and has many hidden problems which they corrected as they found them. Great job. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Repairs to an upstairs toilet that was leaking through ceiling downstairs. Replaced wax seal,releveled, shimmed, and caulked at floor. Doesn't wiggle anymore and leaks appear to have stopped. Will continue to check on this an advise if fix is long term solution. Plumber arrived slightly past promised time by 15 minutes but went straight to work and was very professional. He also tightened a loose faucet knob on kitchen sink without adding to the bill. Overall very pleased

Description of Work: In addition to the $39 fee, the provider charged me for rescrewing existing exposed pipe under the kitchen sink. He said it had been put on improperly which was causing the water leak. There was this additional fee despite the $125 credit that had been advertised for services. In this instance, I question whether the truth-in-advertising claim.

We are sorry you were not completely satisfied with your service. You purchased the $39 Plumbing Service Call plus $125 Credit Toward Repairs. We quoted you a price of $219 to remove the leaking kitchen sink waste and re-connect the waste so that it was not leaking (which is the standard pricing for this service).The plumber went over the services to be performed and how much it would cost with you before the work was performed and had you to sign the invoice saying you agreed to the work and cost. The initial payment to Angie List was $39, minus the $125 for credit toward repairs which left you with a balance of $94 and a total payment in all of $130. Again we are sorry, our primary goal at Keith The Plumber is to keep our customers happy.
