Description of Work: This guy wouldn't even honor the appointment we set due to us not being willing to leave a credit card on file with him despite this being the first time we used him. First he lied about why then once honest never followed through on his promises. I am surprised he has good reviews because this was absolute shocking un-professionalism.

Description of Work: We had a leak under our toilet and the floor was already rotting and we didn’t know it. Thy came and replaced the wood, they replaced the toilet and fixed the leak. Totally fixed it. Put in pipes and everything.

Description of Work: Had a leaky shower. They determined the valve stem needed to be replaced. They went and looked for the part, found it, and replaced it. No more leaky shower. We were concerned they would have had to bust into the drywall to fix it --- fortunately that was not necessary.

Description of Work: Repaired a leaky pipe. We have old galvanized pipe and a joint had developed a leak. They replaced with PEX between two joints, along with a shutoff valve. The old one near the leak had frozen up.

Description of Work: The faucet on our kitchen sink was improperly installed by another plumber (Cahaba Pluming) and Keith The Plumber corrected that in about fifteen minutes. Very professional. Would definitely recommend Keith The Plumber!

Description of Work: 1. Repair hot shower knob in master bathroom.: |Should have been replaced - was shredded. Instead of replacing the part,it was forced, making the knob hard to turn. Did not work well, even completely loosing pressure at times. |2. Repaired a leak under the kitchen sink. Continued to leak, only not as bad. | |When I called him, he said he'd get back with me. Hasn't done so yet!

Description of Work: They were professional and courteous of my time. They were running behind and the owner stopped by just to apologize and inform me of the delay. I had an leak at an unknown location in my home they identified the location of the leak and assessed other minor plumbing issues. They provided me with a fair price and came right back out when scheduled to perform the repair.

Description of Work: Bought water heater flush with comprehensive plumbing inspection including dye test of all toilets. I needed to be home to ask about some plumbing problems I was having. I asked Wes to call me before going to my home. I work 4 minutes from home. He told me he would be there between 9 -11. I called around 3-4 pm and asked what the issue was as I had heard nothing. He sarcastically repeated 'issue' a couple of times and said a technician was at my house as we spoke. I told him he must have the wrong home because I was at work and had an alarm system. He asked to call me back. The technician called me back and was in fact at my home. My grown married son just happened to have stopped at my house to get something. He was told they were there for a water heater flush so he let them do it. The technician said no one told him to call me. He told me he checked everything and it was fine. I told him it was not fine and that's why I ordered the service. He graciously returned to my home where I pointed out the pressure issue in my kitchen and the leaking toilet upstairs, which he would have found had he done the dye test as stated. He fiddled with both and said I needed a new faucet and he could replace the toilet parts for 79.00 labor.It also took me 2-3 times longer to get initial contact with them than others I have hired from Angie's list. Very disappointed!!!!!
