He did a great job getting the old valve out. He had to grind out a bigger hole for the new valve. Cleaned up the whole bathroom after the job. Great job!

It went well. They sent one tech and it didn’t take long for them to do the job. He was very good. He provided a lot of information about the water heater.

It took a little time but didn?t come out. I don?t think they did a good job because I had a water running it cost me a water bill rather than fix the problem so I had to go and put in a new flap myself and fix it. It was $79 but it cost me more because I had to going back the flap that goes in there and I had an increased water bill. So they charged me more because of that. They came out, they checked it and they changed the flaps. I thought that it was more than just flaps; they were supposed to be changed. But when they change the flaps out they left my water running because the flap was not going down because it was too big. They put flaps in, but they put in the wrong size.

Went very well. Provider made sure to make customer happy and customer service was a top priority. If anything was to go wrong Keith the owner will make sure it is done properly. Honest hard working service provider. Will use again in the future.

Dennis the plumber arrived within 10 minutes of the appointed time, surveyed the situation and the fixtures I had purchased and then got right to work. I wanted to see how to install a toilet, so I watched and attempted to help, but he didn't need any help from me - he even brought all of his own cleaning supplies. He was such a professional that I could easily say that both bathrooms looked better when he left than when he arrived. He left the premises very clean and I am a very happy customer.

All went well. No problems with unit. Just needed normal maintenance.

I had already had estimates from two other plumbers. Danny came from Keith, The Plumber, and assessed the situation. It was very complicated as Moen is very hard to fix. He texted me back and forth. The options were replacing or trying to fix. I found out that Moen is warranted for life so I got the replacements from the company. Another of Keith's plumbers came out, replaced the whole "insides" of the faucet and charged me very little. I appreciate that this company spent so much time and energy on me and was very knowledgable.

My mom's 60 year old home had a backed up sewer line. Keith sent someone out to fix it immediately. Roger did a great job. I can always count on Keith and his team to fix whatever plumbing issues come up at my mom's home. Don't hesitate to call him.

Absolutely Fantastic!!! I was unable to contact the company to set up initial appointment due to my own crazy work hours, but Keith the Plumber made sure they touched base with me everyday until an appointment was finally set up, I was so surprised with the communication and happy for it! Super nice guy extremely punctual even called 45 minutes ahead to let me know traffic was heavy and they may possibly be a few minutes behind. Once he arrived to my house he was very diligent very i nformative. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I have had pretty bad luck with plumbing companies in the past, but not here. Very easy to talk to, he did a great job covering what was expected from my deal. I will definitely use this company going forward, all my friends live in my area and have homes as old as mine or older and seemingly have had the same bad luck in the past with plumbing. I will be referring this company to them.

Quickly responded to request for service. Donny came for the advertised toilet tune up and check of household plumbing. He did identify problems, gave estimate for the work - no pressure. He stayed and fixed the problem. After he left there was an unexpected problem, he turned right around and came back to check on and FIX the problem. I couldn't have asked for better service. The plumber was prompt and did what he was supposed to do. He also gave me a quote for work he thought we may need in the future. Our water heater is over twenty years old and will need to be replaced very soon. I feel very satisfied with this experience.

My master bath toilet started running to fill up the tank at unexpected times, so I purchased the $39 Keith the Plumber special for a toilet repair visit (which included up to $125 in parts as well as labor) through Angie's List. Becky emailed me within 30 minutes to tell me someone would call to schedule an appointment. Dennis of Keith the Plumber contacted me immediately and came out the same day! He measured the pressure on my back outdoor faucet and it read 95 (should be between 25 and 75). So he replaced the pressure regulator (with my authorization) and installed the thermal expansion unit at my request. We thought those two things would fix the problem, but it started happening again and when I called, he came out that night at no charge and replaced the flush unit. The problem reoccurred that night. He actually called me to see if the problem was fixed, and when I told him it was happenning again, he came back out on Saturday morning and replaced the overflow valve and flapper assembly--again at no charge. That fixed the problem. He called later to check and I have him the good news. While it was frustrating to not have the problem fixed on the first visit, I understand that plumbing problems can be difficult to solve and can be fixed only by trial-and-error sometimes. The extreme customer-focus of Keith the Plumber and Dennis in particular soothed my frustration and won me over through their persistence. I will definitley use them again.

Keith called right away, he was very kind and professional. He was very patient and thorough with answering all of my questions, he was definitely very knowledgeable and informative and willing to educate; which I really appreciate. I cannot wait for him to come and complete these services!

I was wowed by the response time, the professionalism, the follow-up and the fact that Keith's company made short work of what I needed done. Keith was not only able to get the repair done the same day but was able to get someone out within a couple hours of my phone call. Roger showed up promptly, was very professional, very courteous, and got the job done to perfection. Thank you!

I had 2 hose bibbs that were leaking and needed washers. So I thought that ?The Big Deal? from Keith the Plumber, $39 for a Plumbing service call plus $125 towards repairs, would be a good deal for me. The guy came out looked over my problem and presented me with an invoice for $258, then subtracted the $125 credit towards repairs, for a total of $133. He wanted to replace one of my hose bibbs for $169 (which did not need replacing it is inside the house and not exposed to the weather) and replace the washer in the other one for $89. I said no, I just wanted the washers replaced in both hose bibbs. So he revised the invoice and reduced it down to $158 then subtracted the $125 credit towards repairs, for a total of $33. One bibb was leaking real bad and the other one had not been used in quite a while so I reluctantly agreed to the $33. He was at my house for over 2 hours, talking about ?The Big Deal? and how busy he was, revising the invoice, then finally replacing the washers. The total cost for ?The Big Deal? was $69 and I didn't receive a warranty for the work. So not only was ?The Big Deal? not a good deal for me, pretty sure I will not be using Keith the Plumber for any plumbing issues in the future.

Keith contacted me to explain the offering. We then scheduled time for his service technician to perform the service. He arrived on time, was very professional and payable, and made very good recommendations on which toilet would be best for us. This was a very good experience and we will definitely call Keith the plumber again!

I bought the $39 "come take a look" deal from Keith. He came within 2 days. I had two problems, a stopped tub drain, and a leaking toilet in another bathroom. He gave me an estimate for each. I did mention to him I thought the drain was something mechanical with the built in stopper, he thought it was simply rodding the drain out. I was right. He ended up having to cut the galvanized tail piece out in the basement and knock the rusted stuck plug out. And he rodded the trap out for good measure also. He kept to the the estimate, even though it was a lot more work than he thought!! The leaking toilet turned out to be even better. He said a lot of times leaking was due to too high water pressure, and he checked the water pressure in the front hose 120 psi ( not on the regulator) and the back, on the regulator was 115 psi. !!! It should have been 80 psi. I had a broken pressure regulator. A lot more money than just a leaky toilet, but a VERY necessary repair. The puzzle pieces started falling into place. In the past few months I had an old washer go out, I blew out 2 hoses in the back yard, the kitchen faucet sprayer head wouldn't stay on. I have a new washer and a new dishwasher. It would have only been a matter of time before they started having problems. The regulator went on easily and fast and eliminated the toilet repair. It doesn't leak now at 80 psi !!!! I am cheap and don't like spending money, especially several hundred dollars worth, but I got very quick service, everything works perfectly, and best of all, his catch on the regulator headed off serious and expensive problems down the road. I would definitely recommend highly.

I called because I had sewer water backing up into both of my bathtubs. I was given an estimated time of arrival of between 2 and 4; he arrived at 3. He was quick to diagnose the problem and was sure to give me a detailed explanation of what was wrong. He also took the time to explain what he was going to be doing. The problems were resolved very quickly and efficiently. The technician was very friendly and professional and their prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again for any future maintenance or issues that arise.

Guys had a difficult time but worked until drain was unclogged and no problems so far

They were here quick and gave me a very fair price. The work was done promptly and with a smile! It took a little more time and work than they thought, but they kept their word and didn't leave until it was done and done right! I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants someone to be prompt, have a fair price and have great workmanship.
