THE TECH AND THE OFFICE WAS VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I FELT LIKE THEY BOTH HAD MY BEST INTEREST IN MIND. THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE AND DID THE WORK RIGHT ON THE SPOT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN NO QUESTION. HOPE I DONT NEED TO BUT I WOULD FOR SURE LOL... GREAT COMPANY HANDS DOWN.

They did a super job. And very reasonable priced. He took out the old sink and put the new one. We will use him again in future for plumbing needs.

It went well. As it turned out, he showed us how we really did need to replace the water heater. So then he took care of the job for us and we have been pleased with it. The service that he did when he came back to take out our old water heater and replace it with a new and do the necessary, and it required the expansion tank, all together it ran approximately $1600. He got everything in good shape. He did a good job. It is a 40 gallon gas. It looked very good. There were a couple of pieces left around but generally he picked up pretty well.

The day before the plumbers came out, I did some work to prepare the area for the new water in hopes of reducing the cost of the install, improving the end result of the installation, and having the installation go smoothly. I removed the old water heater (cut both the hot and cold water lines 1 foot from the water heater connection, turned off and disconnected the gas line, and disconnected the pressure relief valve from the discharge line) and poured a level concrete pad because the previous installer shimmed the water heater which with time compressed and deteriorated resulting in a leaning water heater. I also installed a thermal expansion tank and new shut-off valve for the cold water line to the water heater. After doing a walk-through, the quote I was given is as follows: Service fee: $39.00 Gas water heater installation:$669.00 Angie's List Discout: $150 Total:$558.00 +$19.00 truck rental to pick-up and drop-off water heater +$75.00 for Angie's list coupon Final Total:$652.00 I was never told about the service fee when making the appointment and was rather annoyed that I wasn't informed about the service fee prior to their arrival. The installation required the plumbers to move the water heater 2 feet over to its final location, install 1 foot sections of pipe for both the cold and hot water lines to the water heater, make the gas connection, reconnect the flue vent, and reconnect the line to the temperature pressure relief valve, all of which took approximately 2 hours. During the installation, I noticed that they were pulling out and sizing some PEX. I have copper pipes in my house and wanting to keep it uniform told them that I had about 5 feet of 3/4 inch copper pipe left over from a previous shower valve installation that they could use instead of the PEX. The reply I got to this offer was "We have our own materials. No thanks." I was rather displeased that they wouldn't give me the option of what materials would be used for the install because after all, it is my house. The installers left the old water heater behind for me to haul out to the curb, which was unexpected and disappointing. A couple days after the installation, I happened to be in the basement area close to the water heater and smelled rotten eggs which is associated with the mercaptan that is added to natural gas. I made up a concentrated soap solution and used a dropper to apply it on the joints in the gas line. The solution started bubbling like crazy at the first connection in the line to the water heater. In their defense, they did come out the next day to tighten the connection free of charge, but I am extremely disappointed that I had to discover the leak. I just happened to discover the leak a couple days after the install and if I hadn't of discovered it then, who knows how long the leak would have gone undetected. One would expect the installers to give the gas line connections a final inspection before their departure. I later found out that the big box stores provide this service with the added perks of a cheaper installation, delivery of the new water heater and haul away of the old one, and copper lines being instead of PEX. If you need a water heater replaced and were to ask me, I would definitely tell advise you to at least get a free consultation from one of the big box stores as well as to not use this company for this service.

This company called promptly to schedule a date for the service. They were very flexible when I had to adjust the schedule due to some unexpected family issues. They cam out on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it right away. They were very knowledgeable, professional and farly priced. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend their services.

I have no problem with the quality of the work or the timeliness of how it was performed. He was there about 1 hour and 45 minutes. I have a huge problem with the cost. I have four homes and request the services of a plumber at least once every six months or so. In 10 years I have never seen a bill this high. Everything he did was labor. There were essentially little parts other than a couple of rubber washers for the sink. He basically charged us about $400 an hour. I wasn't there when the bill was presented and my wife thought it was high but wasn't sure and just paid him. When I got home and saw how much it was I was furious and felt we had been bamboozled. I could have easily gotten all this work done for $350 to $400. I could not recommend Keith the Plumber for this reason.

He installed a hot water expansion tank. Now my pressure is in normal limits. Let me say he was very punctual and his company was able to schedule me the next day. When speaking with the representative over the phone he pretty much diagnosed the solution to the problem. Turns out, that's exactly what it was. Price was about what I expected. Hey, plumbing services aren't cheap?

My son Shane and I called Keith because the kitchen sink & garbage disposal was backing up and wouldn't drain. They responded immediately and came out the very next day. They were very prompt, professional and the pricing was very good. They had to replace the plumbing piping under the crawl space in the house. I would highly recommend them

Bobby fixed my leaky toilet. Purchased a $99.00 deal from the big deals. Very happy plumber and work performed.

They ended up not doing much but checking our system and letting us know we didn't need any additional work. They were on time, and very professional. I was happy working with them.

It was great. Roger was very professional and clearly an expert. He was timely and fixed the problem. The company has great customer service and follow through.

I noticed some standing water in my basement on a Saturday evening. After a quick inspection, I discovered that my water heater was slightly leaking. Called Keith The Plumber. I was very happy that Keith The Plumber has a 24 hr on call service and I was able to schedule for inspection and service for Sunday morning (next day). After the plumber inspected the water heater it was determined that I needed a new one. I was presented with options and price ranges. Once I made the decision, the plumbers obtained and installed the new water heater that very same Sunday morning and by noon I had hot water again. I was very pleased with the punctuality, service and professionalism. The new water heater was hooked up in a much improved ( and according to code) way compared to the original installation at no extra charge. After completion of installation the plumbers cleaned up the area which was very nice. I will definitely keep Keith The Plumber as my plumber for future plumbing needs.

Keith was quick to send out a plumber who looked at my projects and worked up an estimate. After my ok to do the work, the work was done quickly and well.

He came and immediately diagnosed the problem. Told me what would be involved in the repair and promptly took care of the problem.

Contacted provider, responsive to mail and messages. Backgrond- we replaced kitchen contertops and sink. Reqested service was to hook up new sink/garbage disposal. I purchased several conversion kits and left on counter, I was out of town. Based on my wife's observation, "they did not have a clue". An experienced plumber can complete this job within two hours. They essentialy did no work and left her with an estimate of arond 500.00 to complete the job. For the 99.00 I paid for 200.00, I received nothing. Appears they were using AL to really jack up the prof any service or walk away and do nothing.

As a new homeowner, I am very wary of any and all new sounds, cracks, or potentially long-term problems. After the expense of the down payment, my wallet is too. Well, sure enough, as houses do, problems surfaced shortly after the purchase. I had plumbing issues within four months of purchasing my new home. Naturally, I was worried, and I was angry. So, to help me, I turned to Keith the Plumber, LLC. After one phone call and two days, Donnie was at my house helping me out. Not only did he solve my problems, but he walked me through what caused them, how to prevent them in the future, and even identified other tips I found useful as a new homeowner. The price of repairs and parts was fair. But the most valuable part of the service was the conversation, the troubleshooting, and the willingness to go above and beyond. I strongly recommend hiring Keith the Plumber for all of your plumbing needs.

I was unsatisfied after the initial visit but I contacted the company and we were able to resolve my concerns. The second visit went much better and I was satisfied with the results.

I purchased Angie's List Big Deal for plumbing services the final price after the deal was credit to the bill was 219.00. Everything went great. I spoke with Keith and he was able to schedule me for an appt the same day. I have several plumbing issues, one of which was a clogged main sewer line. Donnie called to let me know he was in route he arrived on time, he was personable, professional, and very knowledgable; he even provided helpful advice for me if this situation were to occur again in the future. He also provided an estimate for a burst corroded pipe. Overall services were good and they were friendly; I do plan on using Keith the Plumber again for the next job.

I came home at night to discover water flowing down the street from my front yard. I called Keith and he said there would be an additional service charge since it was after hours. The guys arrived about 45 minutes later and almost immediately identified the area where the busted pipe was. Before they started the work, I received the quote of $657. I feel like this is high to repair a pipe but given it was at night and I had no time to shop around at that point, I authorized the work. The guys were professional, explained to me why the pipe busted and how they repaired it so it would not happen again.

It went really well. They did a very good job. They came after 2 or 3 three days after i purchased the big deal. He called me that day and I think we scheduled it two days later at my convenience. There was an additional charge apart from the $39 big deal because there were some other things that needed to be done. I don?t remember the final cost. They were very friendly, very thorough and very efficient.
