Description of Work: Replaced flushing tower in two toilets, checked water pressure, discussed replacing water heater, checked for leaks in drains. One toilet still leaked after he left. Don't remember the actual day he came. Estimate close to others.

Description of Work: They showed up on time and were very professional. The problem was fixed in a short while. He noticed another service I needed and gave me a fair price to do that too. When finished he completely cleaned everything. He is now in my personal phone book for next time I need a plumber. Couldn't be happier.

Description of Work: My hot water heater wasn't heating. They called with an estimate and said that the units were burnt out and needed to be replaced and it would be around $200. I told him that I had another plumber coming out to give me an estimate and I would let them know. So he said hold on a minute and I did. He came back and said that it was only that the temperature needed turning up and the $39. would be sufficient to cover the call. So in the end it only needed the thermostat turned up. He asked if I would give him a good report and I said I would since he fixed the problem at a reasonable rate.

Description of Work: Replaced a valve under the kitchen sink. The tech did not have the part on hand and drove to a supplier in town to get the part and finish the job. I fully expected him to want to reschedule another service call and provide the part himself. Surprised he made the extra effort to get the part and finish the job.

Description of Work: Replaced garbage disposal. Only gripe was the cost of replacement part from supply house, which was twice the cost for same model at Home Depot. I wound up going to Lowe's and getting next bigger HP model for $20 less than lower power supply house replacement. Work was done quickly and professionally.

All of these were items that I had planned on replacing (most were 29 years old) when they had arrived when I asked them to arrive. |
