Description of Work: We had our guest bedroom painted. He stripped the old paint off before applying the new paint. He did a very good job and took his time. There were no splatter marks. He even touched up our kitchen windows for no charge. Very professional.

Description of Work: I had removed wallpaper and had some drywall damage. It was repaired and then my bathroom and bedroom were painted. Also painted the cabinets in the bathroom. Mr. Kienitz did a great job. He was punctual, was nice to have around, was a hard worker, cleaned up well after the job, and I felt the price was reasonable. I would definitely use him again. As a matter of fact, as soon as we can save the money, he will be painting the exterior of our home, hopefully. He has already submitted a bid, and we felt it was very fair.

+ -1 moreBill washed the exterior by hand using abrasive pads. When he finished, I questioned weather I need to paint after all. I requested a premium quality paint. After some research, he proposed an alternative, which I now believe is superior. He works alone, a real craftsman. The scope of work changed from the time that he quoted a price. The final price was LESS that the original quote.
Description of Work: Cleaned (washed) outside. Caulked the required areas. Used oil based primer as required. Painted exterior.

+ 2 moreBill did quality work. He works alone so it takes some time, but is well worth it. Very friendly and of good character. We have large, older dogs and Bill was very patient and kind with them being loose as he worked. I would hire him again for any kind of work I needed that he would care to take on. Bill did my kitchen cabinets twice at no extra charge to me until HE was satisfied. He was a pleasure to work with and pays a lot of attention to detail and the finished product.
Description of Work: Painted seven rooms...walls and ceilings....one cathedral ceiling, hall, laundry room, and three bathrooms. Removed medicine cabinet and did wall repairs, cleaned and restained cabinets in bathrooms and kitchen....also restained hand railings going upstairs and across loft, painted all inside doors, some louvered and one exterior door and frame.
