They were very good, quick, clean & courtious.

It was a really nice experience. They came out and gave us an estimate and then they came and replaced the windows. They did a very good job and we were very pleased with them.

I was very pleased with their service. They were responsive, came out, gave me an estimate and showed up when they said they would. They did the work very quickly and effectively. The quality of their work was superb.

They just came and gave me an estimate and did nothing. I decided that I was not ready for the work. They were on time and professional.

Overall it went pretty well; it was about the same deal as the one that came out to do the presentation, which was in a week. The product was comparable to the other vendors that we used; I don't know if this was their quality of service but it was because they were financing us for twelve months interest free. I guess they had a better overall package. I would probably use them again in the future.

This was the 5th and final estimate that we received. We signed our contract, paid 50% down and waited for the windows to be ordered and shipped. We then setup a time for them to come and install. They removed all of the old windows and installed all of the new windows in a matter of 2 days. The process was seamless.

They did what they said they were going to do. They were efficient. They said it would take 2 1/2 days and they were finished in that time. We haven't had any problems since. We looked at other companies that charged also twice as much. We were able to get windows that allowed us to get the maximum $1,500 credit. The windows were just as good as the most expensive windows. Their service was excellent. The windows have a lifetime warranty.

Their services were good. They were fast and reliable. I was happy with the windows. My electric bill went down immediately. The quality was good. They were good on professionalism. I would use them again in the future.

I was very impressed with how quickly the work was done. The workmen removed all debris and were very pleasant. Overall, I am very pleased with the work.

When I signed the contract, I asked for their best installer. Everything I research is that most people have problems with on the windows was their installation. Rod installed our windows and he was great. I did have three windows where the chaulk had minor cracks and Rod came back immediately and fixed them. I recommend if you purchase windows from Window World you ask for the windows to be installed by Rod.

It was a good experience,the only problem was that the factory shipped a incorrect size window so the job was not able to be completed. I withheld the final payment until the last window was installed i have found out in the pas t that this method will speed things up a bit.The crew was overall good.I would recommend Window World

The installers did a fair job. A followup visit was required to complete caulking. The sales rep was great during the sale of course, but he was unresponsive when there was a problem. The owner would not return my calls either. One of the windows arrived broken. It took too long to get the order correct, and the contact person in the office ordered the wrong replacement window. The installation dates kept changing. I ended up filing a BBB complaint. I will never use this company again.

Salesman came out promptly to provide an estimate with sample window. Discussed all warranty information and gave me an accurate estimated at that time. There were no hidden costs--estimate was the final cost. Installation went very smoothly, no problems. Installer was very experienced and answered all of my questions as well as instruction in operation of windows. Excellent experience and very satisfied with windows and especially patio doors. Highly recommend company..

We were looking for a company that could provide new garage doors, siding, and windows for our home (in that order/priority). We were interested in Window World (WW) because they could do all three. So, we ordered siding and garage doors on 11/2/2009. WW sub-contracted the garage doors, and they were installed by 12/21. That went fine (see separate review on that topic). The siding sub-contractors didn?t arrive until 1/12. The WW salesman called me the afternoon before to see if we wanted them to begin the next morning. So, I felt had to take the next day off work in order to be there in case there were any questions/issues. I had previously provided WW with a detailed checklist on everything that needed to be done. I had hoped this would simplify things for them and prevent problems during the siding installation. I asked the siding guys if they knew what all needed to be done and if they had any questions. They indicated that they knew everything that was needed. Apparently, they didn?t. WW had not given the detailed instructions I had provided nor had they communicated the details of the job with them. I stayed out of their way, but ended-up having to point out several issues during the day (some of which could have turned into major problems if I had not pointed them out at the beginning of the job). Instead of going into great detail, I'll say that there were several problems we had with the work performed. It took until May before WW even tried to address some of the problems. At that time, WW sent out another sub-contractor to "fix" the problems because they indicated that the previous sub had given them other problems. However, if WW had actually done a better job of communicating (between salesman/scheduler/subcontractor and with the customer), there may not have been any issues in the first place. They also needed to have actively managed the project to ensure a quality job was performed. Their lack of responsiveness, as well as their lack of communication, would deter me from using them to perform work for us again. In fact, we found better made, more efficient windows for our home (Serious Windows) because we were not going to let WW waste anymore of our time.

2 member crew called prior to showing up at home. (Notified prior to installation day). Crew was professional and answered all questions. Windows removed and replaced remarkedly fast and the bulk of the work involved the custom trim. The gentlemen worked from 8 AM to 6:30 PM with only a brief lunch break and finished to job in one day! Cleaned up very well. I have checked all the windows several times since installed since we have had heavy rains. The windows are awesome. I had 3 estimates and WW was by far the best estimate. I am very happy with my experience. I am currently waiting for vinyl installation next from WW. Hoping for the same experience.

We ordered the new garage doors on 11/2. The door installers (another company sub-contracted by WW)came by to verify some measurements on 11/13, and they returned to install the doors on 12/21. The new doors look great, they operate well, they are well insulated, and the openers are quieter than our old ones.

After interviewing three vendors in the house, we chose Window World after visiting the Window World show room. We paid a deposit the end of October, carefully arranging our calendars for an installation after Thanksgiving and before Christmas. Measurements were meticulously taken and quality installers were assigned. Before Thanksgiving we were called to schedule the installation ? the windows had already arrived at their warehouse. We were advised that the best dates for the desired installers to come would be December 21-22. We could have chosen an earlier date if they were sure the job could be done in one day, but there were some repair unknowns that made this impossible to predict before-the-fact. December 21-22 was uncomfortably close to Christmas for us, but these were the only two days available before Christmas so we agreed and set about trimming back hedges, moving furniture, and arranging for installers. We also planned how we would then quickly decorate for Christmas immediately after the installations as family would be arriving 3 days later. Unfortunately, we were called late on Friday afternoon, December 18, and told the installers could not come on December 21, due to unusually heavy fall rains or poor scheduling or both. Our installation had to be postponed until December 28-29. We were extremely annoyed by this. While this may seem rather immaterial and we knew weather was a contract caveat, it was a great hardship on us that we had previously worked with EVERY Window World contact to avert. We had to make embarrassing calls to family and ask that invitations to our home be entertained in theirs. We incurred extra costs for this also. For the first time in 30 years, we were not able to have Christmas celebrations in our home. Had we known the Window World installation would not occur by December 21 as planned, we would have requested an earlier installation and risked not having the installations finished in one day (which they were able to do). Our one request was not honored, and I was upset about this, but I was not nearly as irritated as my husband. The scheduler was apologetic to both of us, but he did not offer any satisfactory scheduling alternatives. While the work performed on December 28 was fine when finished, the crew chief was having to train at least one installer - demonstrating correct procedure, allowing the trainee to perform through trial and [several] errors - errors that the chief patiently fixed, and demonstrated again after-the-fact. The chief carefully inspected every worker's results, but was not just a supervisor, climbing ladders and doing much of the "particular" work himself. The chief was very cognizant of the fact that his installation would be guaranteed for a year and that he would have to resolve any issues personally, so in the end, he insured a very satisfactory installation. His workmen were all quite diligent and thorough, also. After having the windows for nearly 3 months now, I can say we have been happy with windows and the installations. The installers were quite efficient (quick, yet careful) and finished our 15 windows in one day. They also cleaned the site well. If I need replacement windows in the future, I will definitely get a Window World quote, but if they get the job, I will make it a point to call the scheduler DAILY to confirm installation dates in an attempt to avert the unfortunate scheduling mishap we endured. I wish that experience did not so badly cloud my perception of this entire contract, because we like the windows and they did a good job.

After our estimate from 3 window dealers we decided to go with Window World. The windows came in and were installed within the time frame I was told. The day they were installed 3 people arrived and removed and replaced 28 windows. The second day they caulked and did the finish work. They did a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves. I did not have a walk through after they finished and I should have requested one. After they left I realized they did not put the flex mold around two half oval windows. The original molding was still intact but I had requested and paid for the flex mold so the windows would all match. I called and they scheduled a day to come back and complete the job. It took longer than I had hoped for them to return but by week 2 the job was complete and the windows look great. They followed up several time to make sure I was pleased with the service and product. The house is sealed much better and my husband swears it is quieter now.

They were excellent. They came out when they said they would for an estimate. The salesman said it would take 6-8 weeks for the windows to arrive and be installed. A month after I signed the contract, they called and said the windows arrived, and installed them that week. The guys who came to install was nice, professional and did all they could to not mess anything in my house. They finished the job quick, and did an excellent job with the job foreman having me look at every window with him when they finished. About a week after they finished, I noticed one of my windows developed a crack. I called the office, they ordered a new window, and it took a little while to have them come out to install it. The first window didn't fit but they quickly got a second one ordered, and they installed it. They apologized for the inconvenience. I was very pleased with the windows, and the quality of their work!

The salesman came to my house, measured the windows and gave me my options. It took 3 wks for the windows to arrive which is what I expected. The problem was that they either measured 2 incorrectly or ordered them wrong. But they went the extra mile and found 2 in the warehouse instead of making me wait another 3 wks for 2 new ones to come in. The installer did a great job, he was smart enough to check the measurements before removing the old windows. Also they removed all the old windows and wrapped all the new ones. The windows are great quality, we moved this year and our new windows are Wilson Lumbar and are not nearly as nice, WindowWorld's have an extra security feature (which helps to keep either burglars out or toddlers from falling out), the screen has its own track instead of just being held against the window with a clip, and all the mechanical parts seem to be smoother. Also they are all double hung. I have to say they are the major thing I miss about my old house.

Since I had used Window World once before I already was familiar with the product so it was easy for me to get right into price negotiation with the salesmen/estimator. It took 7 weeks for the windows to be made and delivered to Huntsville. My installation day was a Thursday and on that day the windows are delivered and the installers have to unload the trucks and load the windows on to their trailers so the crew of Chuck and Josh didn't arrive until 1 PM. Josh removed and Installed 24 windows by 7 PM. While Chuck cut and bent the PVC coated aluminum which to cap the outside framing of the windows. They came back the next day and finished the capping and cleaned up the place, and they did an outstanding job. I at first I didn't think they could do what they did on the first day but when the job was finished on the second day I was totally satisfied with their work. Chuck and Josh are very professional.
