Description of Work: The salesperson was on time for the estimate and the order. They contacted me about installation at the approximate delivery time given. There was some confusion about the time of arrival (they arrived earlier). The installer was a little grouchy (not a great people person), however he did appear to do a good job.

Description of Work: I had 6 windows installed. They put them in, removed the old ones and hauled them off and cleaned up like they had never been there. It was great.

Description of Work: Terrible communication; many appointments with no one showing up; terrible experience. Final result is mediocre at best. Would highly NOT recommend.

He made several trips to our house to check measurements, bring color samples for cladding, bring color samples for shutters, as we decided on add-ons. Thank you John. |The men who installed the windows also did a good job, especially, Richard, I think was his name, who was careful and professional.

Description of Work: The sales rep made an excellent presentation. This and the fact that all of the reviews I read about their windows were positive persuaded me to go with them. The windows arrived much sooner than expected and were installed in less than a day by a crew who were very professional and courteous. For price comparison, I had 10 Series 4000 windows installed for a total cost of $3590.

Description of Work: I contacted window world to get an estimate to replace 14 windows in the house I purchased. The representative was very professional and provided a great demonstration of the products they had. I decided to go with window world because the price was pretty much the best around and the lifetime warranty. The workers showed up and finished the job in an amazing time frame. The whole process was complete in one day. After the install I noticed they forgot to caulk one area of a window. I called and they came right out and fixed it with no problems. I will definitely recommend Window World to anyone looking for new windows!

Description of Work: I had 15 windows and 1 sliding door replaced. The single glazed and storm windows were removed and replaced with dual glazed windows on the first day and the second day was spent forming the trim for a tight seal on the outside. The crew was on time and cleaned up after the job. I've had the windows for 2 years and the savings from heating and AC have been substantial.
