The serviceman came on time , went straight to work and did everything on my list to do. I am very happy with the results.

We were extremely pleased with the work done by this electrician. When we called him for an estimate, he responded immediately and set up an appointment to come by very soon after our first call. He was on time when he came to do the estimate and was very thorough in determining what it was that we wanted done. He told us that he would email us the estimate within a couple of days, and he followed through in getting the estimate to us in a timely manner. Once we determined that we wanted him to do the work, he worked with us in setting up a time that met our schedule and needs. On the appointment date, he came on time. He brought one other worker with him. Both were very courteous and professional as they completed the work. Everything they did looks great and was exactly what we wanted. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and left our home looking just like it did before they came. Mr. Watts also informed us before he left that his work was guaranteed and that we could call him at any time if we found there was a problem and he would come back and make it right. We are certain that he would do that. We will definitely call Mr. Watts again if we have a need for an eletrician.

Watts Electric provided excellent service at very a competitive price. They are licensed for commercial, Industrial, and residential electrical work.. I set up an appointment with Bill Watts by phone and he quoted me a reasonable price. He was prompt, courteous, fast and very professional. . He was not intimidated with our 90 lb German Sheppard and 50 lb Aussie, and was actually scratching them behind the ears before the day was over. When we have further electrical work, I will call Bill, a pleasant professional.

I needed to have a set of light switches moved in order to install a new wall oven. Watts electric arrived on time and performed the work as expected. I'm having them come back and do a partial rewiring of my house. I would recommend Watts electric.

Mr. Watts was so great I would totally tell anyone I know to call him first. He answered my phone call and came that same day to check out what was going on with the breaker connected to my HVAC (It kept turning off when the heat had only been on for less than 5 minutes and we were soooo cold!) He was so professional yet friendly on the phone despite the fact that I was rambling...I had never called anyone about a breaker in my life- however Mr. Watts was very patient with me and said he would be at my house to check it out before his day was over. He showed up, figured out that we needed new wires for the breaker and came the next day and fixed everything. PLUS his price ($375) was lower than he quoted ($450) - something I really didn't expect. Call Watts. I know I will whenever I have any future electrical questions. Look NO further Huntsville - here is your go to electrician. Bill is amazing! Not only is he fairly priced (and his bids come in at up to 50% less than the competition!) but he is ON TIME and does a very professional job. Bill arrived on time and completed the work - everything works perfectly. We now have Bill on speeddial :)

My sister replaced two outside lights on my house and had discovered issues with a mostly missing ground wire on one, a loose box on the other and gaps on both where water could get in. She recommended I have an electrician do needed repairs. This is the second time I have called Mr. Watts to do electrical work at my house. I also asked him to replace a dying ceiling fan and two smoke detectors. Mr. Watts arrived on time with a helper who installed the ceiling fan while Mr. Watts replaced the smoke detectors and repaired outside lights. I had purchased the wrong type of smoke detectors, and Mr. Watts was kind enough to make a run to a home store to get the right ones. As before, Mr. Watts was punctual, friendly, and explained what was going on with the outside lights. I highly recommend Mr. Watts and would call him again without hesitation.

Bill arrived promptly at 8:28AM Wednesday morning (July 4th, 2012). Explained to him circumstances surrounding the failed circuit and what I had done to troubleshoot. Bill started by checking the circuit breaker panel, followed by the individual circuit, and then each electrical outlet on the problem circuit. Within about 20-30 minutes he identified/located the problem (exposed hot wire in one of the other electrical outlets on the circuit). It took approximately another 30 minutes to effect needed repairs, verify everything was working properly, and clean up. While making the repairs he simultaneously showed me and explained in detailed what had happened, how he was going to repair it, and then demonstrated the repair. Throughout the process he provided a number of tips, recommendations, tricks of the trade, etc..., essentially a quick course on Electricity 101 for homeowners. The education itself was well worth his fee of $125.00. Bill was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and experienced as evident by his quick analysis, localization, and correction of my problem. The work performed was outstanding and the price very reasonable. Watts Electricity is on the top of my list for any electrical repairs and they come with my highest recommendation.

.Called Mr. Electric and Mr. Watts on a Monday to come out for estimates for repairing an attic gable fan that went out. Mr. Electric came first on Wednesday. Price quoted was almost $500. Said he had to order the stuff and would be back on Monday. Mr. Watts came out today (Friday). Super nice guy, on time. Went in the attic tested the fan, said it was bad. Told me to give him 30 minutes and he would be back with a new fan. Install price would be around $300. Came back with the fan, installed in 20 minutes, and came in under quoted price! I can't say that Mr. Electric would have done a bad job, but at almost double the price (plus trying to up sell package plans), there's no reason not to use Mr. Watts. Also gave me a quote on some other work that I wanted done. Will definitely use him again!

Called for quote on installation of a new ceiling fan/light kit, and he was the only one to give us a prompt quote over the phone. Others insisted they had to come out to look at it first and then quoted a higher price. Mr. Watts is quick, professional, knowledgeable, fair, and polite. He even put the new fan together without charging extra. Everything went smoothly and, then, he diagnosed the problem with a dimmer switch and quickly fixed it for a very reasonable fee. Lastly, he offered to find a missing spring to fix our doorbell and will install it free once he finds one! Of course, he also offered to install a brand new, economical door chime to fix the problem immediately, but we are opting to wait for the free fix. We couldn't ask for more and will definitely call him again in the future. An honest man who takes pride in his work.

We could not have been more pleased with his work. I called four different companies for estimates and he was the lowest, by half, not to mention that he is also very personable. For example, repairs were needed in the breaker box. Where the others wanted to completely change it out and/or relocate it, Mr Watts was honest enough to tell us that that wasn't necessary, that it was easy to fix with very little problem. Another needed repair was on the mast. Others wanted to have the power cut by the city and completely replace the mast. He was able to properly repair the mast head in no time at all. When the re-inspection was done, the inspector had issues with the plumbing and roofing, but stated that the electrian had done a beautiful job. 'Nuff said.

Great experience. Very professional and easy to deal witth. He called about 10 min before the appointment to let me know he was running 10 min late. Walked me through the troubleshooting process explaining what he saw each step of the way. Fixed the problem. Afterwards, he quoted me $100 for the visit which seems reasonable for a trade call. I then told him I found him on Angie's list and he volunteered the 10% coupon which knocked it down to $90. Very happy with the service and price. I would definitely use him again.

The whole experience went very well. Mr. Watts called when he was on his way and was very professional in his work. I would hightly recommend him to anyone needing a GREAT electrician.

I called Mr. Watts and left a message asking him to call me for an estimate. I had actually decided that he was not going to call back and I was going to use another company. Before I called and scheduled the service Mr. Watts called. I was a little skeptical given the time lapsed. I decided to go ahead and at least let him quote so I could be sure that the other company was reasonable. As it turned out, Mr. Watts quote was about $500 dollars less. I decided to give him a chance given the price difference. I am glad I did. We scheduled the service for about three weeks later due to his workload and my work schedule. The only issue we had was that the local electric messed up and didn't show to turn off the power. It was not Mr. Watts fault because I schedule the power outage. Mr. Watts graciously did what he could that day. He had another customer that had some work he cold do that day. He came back the next day to finish the job. Even though I asked him if there would be an additional charge for the extra trip, he charge me any extra for having to come back the next day to finish. I would definitely recommend Watts Electric.

It's difficult to add more praise for Bill Watts than that already offered in prior reports. I've read all those reports in full, and our experience was consistent with all those reports. One thing I'm not sure anyone has mentioned yet - in addition to being an overall great guy, Bill obviously loves the work he does. He clearly takes pride in the quality of his work, and he's fair on price. We are looking forward to hiring him again to do a much larger electrical refit for our house in 2012. We highly recommend Bill Watts for your residential electrical needs.

Bill was wonderful! On time, very professional and resonable with his price. He even talked me through what he was doing. He found my GFI in the garage was installed incorrectly and put a new one in another location. I have had problems with it for about a year even though my house is only 4 years old. Bill is very personable and someone you can truly trust. I will hire him without question again to do somemore electrical work that I need to have done. Bottom line - VERY trustworthy and didn't overcharge.

Came on time and was very professional. He traveled approximately 40 miles to do the work for me. I had lived with many problems which had accumulated over several years. We went over what I needed. He worked well and occasionally had to supply material. Knowing he was returning the next day, he didn't leave to buy material but brought it the next day. This was important because I live in a rural area and time to retrieve material would have added 2 hours to his time. I was pleased with all the work he did.

Watts Electric provided an estimate of work, a time when he could begin and made some recommendations that added very little to the total cost of the job. Bill was professional, prompt and very courteous. I am very please with the work performed and would not hesitate to use Watts Electric again.

His name is Bill Watts. He came over and did a great job for us. I got him from Angie's List. He is a great guy. He charged me exactly what he said he was going to charge. He is very competent. He works very quickly. If I have any work to be done I will call Bill Watts. I had some electrical receptors that were malfunctioning. He is capable and competent. He works quickly, doesn't waste any time. He is a pleasant guy to deal with.

The main reason for calling Mr. Watts is I noticed flashing light behind a dimmer switch plate, which he explained the switch was going out. I asked him to replace three dimmer switches with regular switches, check an outlet that wasn't working, which, to our amusement, wasn't hooked up to an electrical source, and to check the water heater. Mr. Watts was punctual, professional, friendly, and he took the time to explain things to me. I will definitely call him again in the future and have already referred him to two friends.

We found Bill to be very conscientious and eager to help. He made many good suggestions and we were very pleased with the outcome. His estimate was very fair and he was very prompt and stayed until he finished each day. We feel like we not only got a super job but now we have another friend whom we could call at any time to help us with any electrical situation we might have. I forgot to say that he may have saved my life. We had some appliances delivered and installed while he was here and the dishwasher stopped running within 5 mins after the installers left. This was the 2nd dishwasher they had installed that didn't work after they left. We asked Mr. Watts to check the breaker box to see if we had a bad breaker and he discovered that the installers failed to connect the wiring correctly underneath the unit and could have electrocuted me had he not been there to fix the problem. I have already recommended him to a friend of mine and he is scheduled to do some electrical work at their home soon.

He is a kind and fair man that does excellent work. I don't think I will use anyone else for any future electrical needs.
