Watts Electric

Watts came out twice, once to estimate and once to run the new cables. While he was working up the estimate, he managed to get the lights back on in the garage. When he came back, he drilled through the floor, ran a new cable, and installed a 240V outlet and new 240V breaker. He had estimated the job conservatively and so we were relieved that running the line cost only $850 instead of $1500. The estimate wasn't free, but that was okay. He was here quite some time messing with stuff, so I'm glad he got paid for the effort. Will definitely call him for future work.

Excellent work by Mr. Watts! He is the best electrician I've ever seen. I needed eight four-foot LED flush-mounted troffers installed, plus I had three extra items if he could do them during the same visit. He accomplished all of them, including my extra items in less than one day! His work is always completed according to code, plus he always completes the work in a shorter period of time than I would have expected. I will always look for him first when I need an electrician.

Fantastic. Mr. Watts was exceedingly helpful and even showed me how to fix the intermittent problems so i wouldn't have to call him out to help again. He was extremely fast and prompt. Any time i need electrical work i'm calling him again.

I agree with all the others. Bill is honest, respectful, and yes, he is super funny. Plus all of that he does great work and takes his time. Stayed within original bid. I am sorry to be so long in writing this review. I will definitely hire Bill again.

Talked with Bill and set up an appointment. He was prompt and ready to go on time. Work was performed quicker than I had anticipated an less expensive that I would have thought. Great company and individual to work with. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone.

He does an excellent job. He takes his time to get the job done. He explains to you what he is going to do every time. He gives a very good estimate. He will spend time explaining to you what he is doing and why he is doing it. He has come on time when I needed emergency repair. He will make his way over even when it is later in the day. He will make sure that he will still come by to make sure that everything has been taken cared of. Every job I've had him do, he's done a professional job. Excellent work, great attitude and reasonably priced.

He is pretty great. We have used him on and off around the house. The only problem I am having right now is for him to come and get his money. I haven't been able to have him come back and get his money, but the work is finished. He is inexpensive and professional. He is a really nice guy, and he is pretty funny. His pricing is much cheaper than any other electrician considering we have had a great experience.

Actual electrical repairs were properly accomplished both technically and cosmetically. Price was quite reasonable for the amount of work done. They are very good. I appreciated him, he was a nice man, he came when he said he was gonna come. He was a little more expensive than I thought it would be, I think he only worked three and a half hours. He wanted me to purchase lights but there are things that I didn't done because of time constraint. He was very good, very nice and he seem to do the simpler stuff first and left those little bit complicated for later. I will call him back when I can afford it again. He cleaned up after himself.

He is reasonable. I would recommend him. He knows what he is doing, and we were thrilled with everything that he did. He is very clean, very polite, and terrific.

He showed up at the scheduled time and started to work installing the ceiling fan, as we knew that was going to be the big job. Boy, we were right! Despite there not even being an existing light fixture in the living room, the electrical part of the job wasn't too bad it turned out, and he was able to pigtail a connection off of an existing switch that operated one of the outlets in the room, and run wires up inside the wall and above the ceiling. Mounting the fan itself, however, was the real ordeal. As a PSA, I had bought a Hunter fan from Lowe's. It looks great and runs perfectly quiet NOW, but was a real pain to mount such that everything was level. Don't know if there's a quality issue with that brand or if I was just unlucky, but you should probably do more research than I did. Anyway, that took long enough where he needed to stop for the day and come back to do the light fixtures, so we agreed on a time a few days later. He showed up promptly again and installed 4 ceiling mounted light fixtures (one in what used to be a formal dining room, the other 3 in closets), none of which caused any trouble this time. Despite the extra time and effort involved on the fan, he ended up charging me LESS than the initial estimate. So, I got it all done for $300 labor and about $250 in parts (all supplied by me) for a total of $550. I felt great about that as my initial hunch before investigating doing this at all was that it would be closer to $750. Great experience and I would definitely use again. He's more concerned with doing quality work and getting things right the first time than necessarily doing things as fast as possible, which is fine by me!

Job involved wiring two new outdoor floodlight fixtures, wiring a new ceiling fan in a screened room and connecting all to several existing circuits and switches. Bill did a great job and charged about one third of other quotes I got. The job took about 4 hours. $350 did not include fan and new light fixtures. Very pleased. Will use him again.

We love Bill Watts! He moved some wiring and installed a new service panel in place of an old one. Our main box was sizzling and cutting off if you even looked at it wrong. Eventually we didn't even have power in half of our house for 2 days. I called him and he came out that afternoon to quote electrical repairs and changed out a breaker for free just to get us going. We scheduled work and he was on time and completed the repairs within two days of work. He pulled a permit and went through proper inspection channels, which I greatly appreciate. He came in under budget and gave us an Angieslist discount. Beyond just being an expert electrician, he's a really great guy. He's really funny and great to talk to, and gave us great advice on other projects since he's worked on his own home projects for years. We're having him come out again soon to help rewire and remove a different service panel. I would never call anyone else.

Extremely pleased with the service we received from Mr. Watts. He was reliable, trustworthy, and very professional. His work is incredible. Cannot say enough good things about him and his work. Will use him again for future projects.

I was very happy with the work that Mr Watts did for me. We had an outlet that stopped working in one of the bedrooms. When that outlet stopped working, so did the closet light and another outlet next to the closet. Mr Watts discovered that the problem actually started with the outlet before the one we suspected was causing all the problems.Some of the wires had come loose and some of the outlets were broken. In a bathroom I had one GFI outlet and wanted another but instead of charging me $20.00 for another GFI outlet he just switched them around so now the one GFI in that bathroom will control the other one if something should happen. We were in the kitchen and I had already paid him when he noticed that an outlet over the bar looked melted. He said. he wanted to have a look at that so he took it apart and discovered that not only that one, but the other one over the bar had the same issue. The wires had gotten so hot that the insulation on the wires had melted and then the plastic on the outlet had melted. He installed two new outlets. Mr Watts didn't even charge me for the two new outlets or for the installation of them.Throughout the time he was at my house he was showing me how to wire an outlet properly. He was very nice and polite and knowledgeable. I have some other jobs that I am going to hire him to do very soon. I am so glad to have found a great electrician.

Bill Watts was on time as previously scheduled, went right to work on the various tasks/requirements, and was very reasonable on the price. Very professional. Will definitely use again.

Within a few minutes Mr. Watts called me and discussed my problem. He agreed to come right over and was at my home in less than 30 minutes. Mr. Watts accessed the problem and had the wiring problems resolved. The new fan was up and running in less than a hour. I would recommend Watts electric to anyone and everyone. Bill arrived punctual for first visit and provided quote for our multiple projects. Bill discussed and suggested fixtures we should purchase to ensure our desired results in each room. We agreed on a price and scheduled a second visit for the repairs the following Friday. Bill arrived punctual on second visit and spent 7 hours completing the projects. Each light fixture was installed exactly as requested and with greater results than we expected due to the suggestions of what to purchase. Overall my husband and I were thrilled with the service and results with our new light fixtures. We are already planning our next project on our back patio and plan to use Watts Electric to light up the night!

Mr. Watts provided excellent service. He came promptly to provide an estimate. He listened to our needs and explained what services he could provide. He conducted research to be sure he was using the best possible equipment and installation practices. He gave us a reasonable estimate and stayed within the estimate. He completed the work on schedule. We would recommend him very highly.

Mr. Watts did an excellent job, estimating the job over the phone from my description. He arrived on time as scheduled, and walked through the entire job with me, refining his estimate based on additional work needed in my main panel due to poor work done by others and to clear space for the breaker for the new sub-panel (my main panel was completely full and he had to rewire some circuits to make room for the sub-panel breaker). He fished the new wire about 100 feet to the sub-panel location, installed the panel, and the two new outlet circuits requested from the sub-panel. He completed the work in one day, and left the work location clean and ready to go. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needing electrical work. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, very pleasant demeanor, and efficient. I thought his price was very reasonable for the service provided.
