He set an appointment within 2 working days, arrived on time, assessed the requirements, and completed all work within 2 hours. He cleaned up after himself and removed all residue material. He offers a 10% discount to Angie’s List members, and provided a detailed description of services performed with his bill. The other Angie’s List reviews were spot on – Bill Watts is an “A” performer.
Description of Work: Bill Watts corrected a dozen minor electrical deficiencies that were uncovered during a pre-sale home inspection. These deficiencies included the installation of several GFCI devices, correction of existing open grounds, repair of two crawl-space junction boxes, and inspection/servicing of the two exterior panel boards.

+ -1 moreBill was on time and easy to reach. There is no office person who answers the phone. If he is busy on a job, he will call back. He is the real deal. Bill is professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. Both my husband and I were greatly impressed with the quality of his work. Additionally, when I asked him for estimates for more extensive electrical work, he had very helpful suggestions about what is needed to bring the 55+ year old house up to Code. I would definitely recommend Bill Watts. He does excellent and meticulous work.
Description of Work: Bill Watts replaced a thermostat and motor in an attic vent fan. The first time he came out, he removed the old motor which had burned out due to two birds which tried to exit the attic through the fan. I ordered a new motor which he later installed, in addition to a new thermostat and a bird guard which my husband had built.

+ -1 moreExcellent! Since the problem was at a rental house, I asked if he could possibly come out at the end of his day which he did. He is technically competent and is the most responsive electrician I have ever used. I will certainly call him for future service.
Description of Work: Mr. Watts analyzed and repaired an electrical problem with a circuit breaker to a clothes dryer at a rental house which I own. He rearranged the wiring to the entrance box and replaced two circuit breakers.

+ 0 moreBill was very professional. He offered to do the work after normal business hours so I didn't have to be absent from the office. He was methodical and took care the ladder feet were clean. He made sure the old fans were placed on the floor carefully so the wooden floors would not be scratched. Made sure all were working properly and offered some anti-seize for the light bulb so they would not freeze in the socket when it is time to replace them. The price was reasonable for the time he spent working. He didn't rush to get out quickly. Work was done well and I am very satisfied.
Description of Work: Needed 4 old ceiling fans replaced that were ten feet above the floor. Old fans were removed and new ones installed. He offered to take old fans out to street. He said if you put them out, someone will take them eliminating the need to dispose of them some other way.
