I've used them for 7 months. They did a fabulous job. They were very professional and were on time. They were very knowledgeable about the services they provided. I am very pleased with them. I will use them again.

It was a pretty good experience. I didn't check around for prices, but their price was okay.

They were awesome; their price was fair, the service was great and they did the job they promised to do. They were the only company out of the hundreds of carpet cleaners I have used over the years that are actually able to get out pet stains and smells. I will use them again in the future.

They did a great job, they got all the stains and oder out of the room. They were very professinal and very nice to work with. They covered my hardwood floors before starting the job. Overall I am very pleased with the work they did. I'm haveing them come back to do my rooms upstairs and the stairs.

The technicians came and called on time. They were really young fellows. They both went right to work. I almost bought an entry mat because they did such a fine job of explaining what it was. They were respectful, and I appreciated their courtesy and hard work.

I called and got an appointment quickly. I was given a quote over the phone.The cleaners came during the time frame they said they would. The new owner of the company even came by to introduce himself. The two cleaners worked quickly. I am very pleased with the results. The carpet looks great. I would definitely recommend this carpet cleaner company to my friends and neighbors.

Scheduled the appointment on line. I verified the appointment time on the say of service. The team doing the work called me when they were on the way to our home. They arrived on time, were friendly and courteous and did an outstanding job. The carpets in the home look wonderful and like new again. I am very happy with the service that I got. I also found out that they do tile and hardwood as well. I will definitely use them when I want those to be done.

I was amazed at the results! I had several very dark stains on my carpets from kids and pets and they were able to get most everything out. It has been two weeks since cleaning and the carpet still looks great. They may be a little more pricey than others in this industry, but it is well worth it!

The end result looks good. It's a fresh looking clean carpet when they're done so I appreciate that. The down side, it may be true with all carpet companies, it's certainly damp. It takes a couple of days for it to dry out. They put plastic covers attached the bottom of the furniture pieces so that's a plus. They do show up, so that's a plus and the work seems to be good. We did move a lot of furniture ourselves so we made it somewhat easy for them. The technicians have been pretty good, we tried to stay out of their way unless we had specific questions and concerns.

The deoderizing treatment has a powerful smell at first, but it fades over a day or two and odors appear to be removed. The technicians called and arrived early and finished in a timely manner. My only complaint is the entire time they were working, they were complaining about employment issues such as not getting sent out on "more expensive jobs" making think they work on commission- and may be why they offer you additional services. I have used this company twice and have been very happy with the result.

They did a really good job and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They moved everything and put it back right. This was my first time using them and I was really pleased.

A man and woman from Stanley Steamer arrived on time and got right to work. They were very professional and worked as a team. Both knew what they were to do and did a great job. In all, they spent about 2 hours here.

Was able to get appointment day after I called. They called when on the way, arrived on the early end of the time slot given and got right to work. Carpets were in horrible condition, was actually thinking about replacing rather than cleaning, but tried cleaning and am glad I did. I was thoroughly surprised how the carpet cleaned up. Had the deodorizing done also (stinky basement) and it definitely left a scent. Not sure I'm crazy about the baby powder scent, with it were more of a clean spring smell, but it's way better than what it was. They also had to move some large pieces of furniture.

Setting up the appointment went very well. I explained I had a meeting at 11:30 and could not be available until 2:00. During my meeting they called and asked to come sooner which I could not do. They called again asking to come sooner. I did not appreciate the calls since I had explained what time I was available and they agreed to that time. I have used Stanely Steemer before in my home and have been pleased. I felt that the person doing this job was in a hurry as I have never had the carpets cleaned so quickly and I am not sure how through a job this was. I think I will use them again but request the best person they have and be available to them.

Telephoned to make appointment earlier in the week. Was given 11:00 AM Friday, May 15. About 9:30 AM on that day, Service provider telephoned to ask if the technician might come earlier. I agreed, and he arrived within minutes. I showed him the areas to be cleaned, and he set to work, finishing in less than an hour. No detectable stains remained on the areas cleaned. The cleaning caused no damage to any items in my home. Office called a few days later to inquire whether the service was satisfactory.

I think they do the best job of cleaning your carpet. I've used other companies but they are the best. They always have a special, and if you don't have a coupon just ask what the special is. They'll give you the coupon rate.

They were on time, professional, courtesy, and they did job. Excellent service provider.
