Description of Work: Company was contacted to clean and color seal grout. Came out 8/10 and cleaned grout. Only had enough color seal to do a small bath. Came out again 8/24 but only had enough color seal for the other bath. Scheduled to come out 8/31 but never showed. We moved furniture three times and were never called and told they could not do the work. Still no color seal on majority of grout. Local office is unresponsive and unapologetic. Corporate office is unresponsive.

Description of Work: We were moving into a new house so I decided to have the carpets cleaned prior to moving in. (I had 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom and a bonus room cleaned.) I thought they did a very good job, although it was pretty straightforward: the carpets were in good overall shape and there was no furniture to move or clean around. Regardless, there were 3 cleaners and they arrived on-time and were very professional and efficient. The office was also very courteous. I was able to make a cleaning appointment the same week I called. After they completed the work, they called to make sure that I was satisfied.

Description of Work: The furniture and carpet cleaning went very well, however they left the living room area rug damp on the bottom and sitting against the hardwood floor. We didn't find out until the next day. Now there are marks we'll have to figure out how to take care of. Other than that everything went fine.

Description of Work: First, thanks to my fellow reviewers for their accurate ratings for Stanley Steemer. The estimate was exactly what I paid. The company said they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival and did exactly that. Prompt and professional service. The workers are on commission, so they attempt to up sell on everything. If you politely say no thank you, they react professionally and courteously. Just really good service.

Description of Work: My carpet had been neglected badly due to family illness and death. The carpet now looks like new. I could not believe that they could get it as clean as it now is. I am thrilled with the results. The workers placed pieces of plastic under furniture legs so that there would be no harm from the damp carpet and stain on the furniture. The job was done very quickly - even with the extra hard work because of the condition of the carpet. I would recommend this company to anyone.
