Description of Work: Inspected and oiled door and give estimates on cost of repair. That was on the 26th. The next Monday I tried to open the door and could not do so. As i had been sick, I had not been out the garage door since the 26th. Precision had the technician return and flip a switch that had not engaged when I closed the door. No Charge for that service. I highly recommend Precision for garage door repairs.

Description of Work: The technician replaced all rollers on the overhead door and lubricated moving parts. The door is approximately 50 years old but even so he noted that the door is in very good shape and did not need to be replaced. I was impressed.

Description of Work: replaced garage door opener, Precision arrived on Saturday within 30 minutes of my calling them, really, 30 minutes. CJ was awesome, discussed my existing 12 year old opener and the problems I was having. I elected to replace it and he did it on the spot. Completed work in less than 1 hour.
