Description of Work: My husband ask for some trees to be cut in the city property fence row at the edge of our lot. The tree service left the stumps waist high, claiming that my husband told them to do this because there was wire wrapped in the trees.They should have made allowances in the estimate that they gave us knowing the wire was there. The wire in them was close to the ground and not waist high in the tree. However my husband was very ill and was not thinking like he should have been.. He was so ill that he was admitted to the hospital and passed away approximately 2 months later. If they were professionals they would have cut the trees down much lower to the ground like they knew they should.
