It went good overall... One afternoon I realized our frozen foods were not quite frozen in the fridge. My husband examined the fridge, but ultimately we decided it was beyond what we could do. After searching through Angie's List, we choose Kenny because he could get to us sooner that others. He came right in, diagnosed the problem, told us the price, then left to to get the part needed - a fan. He was gone to at least 2 hours, which I thought was strange, but once he came back the fridge was running within 15 min. He did give us $10 off for mentioning Angie's List, which was nice. We are very grateful for his service because we do not wish to buy a new fridge anytime soon. This was about 2 weeks ago and fridge runs good as ever. (Fridge is at least 15 yrs. old)

Kenny was great and I would use him again. However, when he repaired our LG washer, he used an LG part costing about $82 when one could get a replacement part on the web for $17 + $8 shipping and in 2 days. My wife was home when Kenny came so she did not question the cost of the part. I called Kenny about the high cost of the part and he said that in the future, he would come out and diagnose the problem and allow me to get a less expensive part and come back and replace with the less expensive part on a second trip and charge me the same as a single service call. He would not warranty the part, however. Seemed very fair to me.
