He took my call late Saturday afternoon and came first thing Monday. Turns out it needed a plumber to remove leaking external filter. He turned off the water and we put a bowl under the leak. He couldn't fix but gave the name and number of his son who could.

The company was very quick to come to repair the dishwasher, but for $75, the buttons were only reset on the dishwasher, and it didn't fix the problem. Two weeks ago, there was a promise to order a part, repair it, and not charge an additional service call at the end of the week. I continue to call and be told the part will be ordered. I'm not being contacted with updates, and there is no date set to repair the dishwasher. It's time for me to call another company, pay a higher price, and get the job done. I wish I could get my $75 back.

On the phone, Kenny guessed the problem was the timer switch ($65 part and quoted $75 for a service call) saying he could come between 12-2pm the following day as it was after 6pm when I called. He contacted me today around 9am to ask if he could come by earlier and was here and finished in 10-15 minutes and left me with a properly working machine. He was quick, pleasant, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable and even gave me a $10 parts discount as he'd checked and found he'd gotten a deal on his last order and he passes the savings on to the customer! BTW, I checked with others listed on Angie's and his prices are comparable and even cheaper for the part.

IF he showed up it was late. After cancelling more than an hour after appointment time twice he was late for the third appointment. When I called to tell him I was unhappy with the quality of service he yelled at me, told me to find someone else, and hung up on me while he had the new appliance in his possession.

Kenny got here quickly and did a great job. Will call him again

I called the night of December 15,2016 and left message describing the problem with the freezer. Kenny called at 8:00am Friday (12-16 2016). He arrived at the time he said presented his business card. Diagnosed the problem. I did what he said and it fixed the problem.

Great, it was locked up and he fixed it in a few seconds and charged me less because he didn't have to do much.

Kenny called me back very shortly after I left a voicemail and arranged for service between 12:30 and 1:30 the next day, He arrived promptly between the times he said and quickly took care of a belt that had come off of our dryer. We were pleased with the service and the price considering he had to take the dryer completely apart to get to the belt.

We have 1980's dryer and 1990's Kenmore washing machine. I've had 2 repairs. Kenny did them at $50 ea. He worked for SEars for many years. He is excellent. He is reasonable and responds quickly.

Excellent service. Professional, extremely competent. With a customer focus – bent over backwards to meet my schedule. Highly recommend.

Washer stopped working so started calling based on Angie's List. The first 2 couldn't schedule me soon enough. Kenny couldn't make it the same day but came the following day. It took him less than 5 minutes to determine that an IC board on the motor had failed. He suspected a power surge was the cause. I confirmed that the electricity had blinked a few nights ago. Replacing the motor would have cost > $200. He said he wouldn't advise that since there may be other latent damage that could arise after a new motor was installed. I'm very pleased with Kenny's service. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call Kenny again.

Best part - today is the day after Thanksgiving and he # 1 was working #2 responded #3 came out and didn't charge us extra - said he wouldn't have charged extra for coming out yesterday. This will be my first call every time in the future, for all appliances.

This service was incompetent. The technician didn't understand the LG error code, ordered and installed the wrong part and when that didn't work wanted to replace the @250 motor stator, which I did not allow him to do. Kenny also didn't know how to engage the test modes and flooded the laundry room floor. He was basically fired. Called H&S Appliance repair, which correctly diagnosed and repaired the washer in a timely manner.

He repaired one item right away and the other item had to have a part. We were going on vacation and he came out but had the wrong kind. He did try to fix the latch. The part came to him broken, so he reordered it. He came back and didn't charge me for coming out. He charged me for the part and once for his visit. I took him half an hour and didn't charge me to fix the dishwasher. I would use him again.

We paid for the work he did but he never finished it. He fixed the water dispenser just fine. He ordered parts for the ice maker and he never kept up the appointment afterwards. So he did not fix the ice maker and my husband stayed home from work to meet him, but he never showed up. So we did not call him back.

I told Kenny on the phone about the leak in my washing machine. He told me what he expected to find and when he got here that was exactly what was wrong with it. He was punctual, professional and quick. No more leaky washing machine :)

I called Kenny since his ad said he specialized in LG appliances and I needed my LG dryer converted from natural gas to propane use. He installed a conversion kit that we had ordered. He was very efficient and seemed knowledgeable about all different types of appliances. While he had the dryer apart he said it needed to be vacuumed out to avoid fires. He vacuumed out all the crevices and gave helpful advice for future maintenance. We have just moved and the ice maker had stopped working as well. I asked if he had time to look at it and it took him 5 minutes to repair it too. It is a Kenmore Elite and he knew just what to do to fix it. The total price was $140 which seems reasonable for two appliances. I would recommend Kenny and would use him again.

The refrigerator worked about 2 wks and them froze up again. Kenny came out and replaced another piece for about $17.00. He did not charge me any labor. This worked about 1 week. He came out again and gave me the option of another part that was about $200.00. We decided not to fix it, but to buy another refrigerator. The refrigerator was about 10 years old. We were disappointed he could not fix it. He was always professional and did not pressure us at all about buying parts.

The Refrigerator was loud so we had it checked out. Turns out the motor is louder on new fridges, but he did check everything at no cost.

KENNY CAME TO LOOK AT OUT KENMORE OASIS WASHER. HE WAS ABLE TO ASSESS THE PROBLEM WITH OUR MACHINE GOING OFF BALANCE NO PROBLEM. GAVE US A QUOTE ON PARTS. HE PICKED THEM UP AND WAS READY TO INSTALL WITH NO PROBLEMS. HE CHARGES A FEE TO COME OUT AND THEN A FEE FOR PARTS THATS IT. NO DOUBLE LABOR OR EXTRA THIS OR THAT. STRAIGHT UP PRICE FOR THE JOB. HE IS VERY PERSONABLE AND EASY TO TALK TO. ASK HIM QUESTIONS HE WILL TAKE THE TIME TO ANSWER THEM FOR YOU. GIVES YOU ADVICE ON HOW NOT TO HAVE THE PROBLEM ARISE AGAIN TOO. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN FOR MY REPAIRS WITH NO PROBLEM.

My refrigerator stopped cooling. I called Kenny's early in the morning after Christmas. He was at my house within the hour. He found the problem immediately, ordered a part over the phone, and went to retrieve it instead of telling me it would take a take a day or two. My refrigerator was back to normal within four hours after calling.

I would use him again. He gave us good advice also.
