Description of Work: Carpet was to my satisfication. Customer service was lousy. Girl in office hung up on me. I called twice the day they were to install because by 5:40 pm they were not at my home. All they had to do was reschedule but kept putting me off telling me they were coming that day. At 5:40 pm that day carpet layer called and said he was on his way. I asked if he could not come the next morning and he gladly said yes. It was his birthday and his mother was cooking his birthday dinner. It would have been 11 pm before he finished that night. I had no problem with carpet or carpet layer. Was not happy about the office staff hanging up on me. I was not rude to her. Talked to Mr. Kemp the next morning and he seemed to care less, my opinion. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. They just overbooked the carpet layer and should have rescheduled me. Found another carpet store in town and have used them twice with satisfication.
