Installed 2/2020. Did not level floor as they recommend against. Flooring is showing excessive where after only 14 months. Dents easily even with furniture pads. Would not cover repairs under warranty and would not stand by their install and make any corrections. Added me to a Customer Ban list after only polite follow ups and asking for solutions. Lost a customer over a few hundred dollars worth of likely repairs. Wouldn’t recommend to others as they don’t stand by their work or help when things don’t go as planned.

Melissa, Susan, and Molly were all very helpful and knowledgeable about what product would suit me the most. I made a couple trips to bring samples home. They helped me make the final decision between two colors; I am very pleased with the finished product and am glad I went with Amalfi Beige. Sean, who took the measurements, was friendly. The three installers worked very hard to do all the necessary cutting and trimming for our very angular kitchen. Everybody was very professional and pleasant.

Kemp's is excellent to work with! Kind, helpful, professional and all for a very good price. We since have recommended to family and friends who also used and was very happy with their experience as well. Kemp's did exactly what they said they would do and even beyond.

The entire process went well. We took advantage of their big sale promotion but were able to come in early and make the transaction without fighting the crowds. Their performance met all expectations from sales to finish. The price and quality of carpeting was very good. Installation by Dan and his helper was professionally done with great attention to detail even staying late to finish in two days. They solved a floor creaking problem at our expense. Clean up and furniture movement was very well done. I would highly recommend Kemp's.

They also recommended a general factotum, Gene Thomas, who was very helpful in carrying out our repairs.

It went exactly as promised. The installers were very professional, stayed late to complete the job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant to work with.

It went great. At Kemps, the sales associates are not paid by means of commission so they are honest and really dig in to what your needs are as opposed to making a "sale" based on what they want to sell so they can make the most money. The measurements were taken by a Kemp employee, Sean, and he was the nicest most honest guy who gave us every option so we could shave a couple dollars off the final price. Sean was terrific. The installation was done by a sub contractor that has worked for Kemps for over 14 years. Dan and his helper were extremely professional and got the job done in under half the amount of time that was quoted before installation. We highly recommend Kemps to anyone and will use them again in the future.

The entire experience with Kemps was great. From selecting the hardwood in the store, to having someone come out and measure, to verifying the right hardwood, to scheduling, and to installing the hardwood flooring, Kemps proved to be timely, professional, and efficient. The installers did a great job. They were on time, and they worked diligently in getting the job done. The quality of the work is outstanding. The office kept me abreast of any changes in time of arrival. The complete install took 2-1/2 days for approximately at 24x30 room and about 20 feet of hallway. The installers had to wait a day before completing the job due to the fact that more wood had to be delivered. They also took up carpeting and sanded the subfloor. I would not hesitate to use Kemps again.

Kemp's flooring is the installer Costco uses in my area. We were very happy with everything from Susan measuring and working with us on styles etc. to the install of the carpet itself. It was a pleasure working with these folks.

No complaints with the company or service. They did the job, quickly and was done with quality workmanship. Cleanup afterwards was done and house was left the way they came, but with new carpet.

They sold me the type of carpet that I told them I wanted and did not try to up-sell me on a more expensive product. They installed when they said they would and did a very good job, including cleaning up all their mess before they left.

Excellent customer service. Sean came to my home and completed all the measurements. Just from watching him. it was obvious he knew what he was doing. Two man crew showed up for the install. Their attention to detail was excellent. They were given insufficient product by the warehouse to complete the job. They went out of the way to work with Kemps office to find sufficient flooring the complete the job. Having had a bad experience with one of Kemp's competitors, I will thrilled by this experience.

Excellent products. A vast improvement over what was on the floor initially. Installation crew was very polite, moved the furniture carefully, and did a wonderful job of installing the new pad and carpet. The crew also returned all the furnishings to the room when the installation was complete. They were very courteous and took care to place things just where I wanted them. They also hauled off the old carpeting and pad. Everything was left just neat as could be.

The salesman was very friendly and efficient. He told us what the various grades of carpet were and after we decided what grade we wanted, he assisted us in selecting the desired color. After all selections were complete, he gave us an approximate price based on room measurements. The price included the carpet, new pads, removal of old and installation of new carpet and pads as well as removing furniture from the rooms and putting it back when finished. After we decided to have them do the job, a representative came and measured the rooms and gave us an exact price. We asked for a specific date for installation and they agreed. The installation men showed up when they promised, did the entire job and left the rooms looking neat and clean. The installation gentlemen were very professional and skillful in their work.The entire process was very satisfactory and if we need carpeting in the future we will probably go back to them.

We purchased our carpet and flooring through Costco, which proved to be an outstanding experience. Susan, at Kemp's, was amazing! She helped us pick the hardwood flooring which best suited our needs, and matched the color perfectly with our paint and decor. She returned our calls promptly and worked with us to get the best pricing available. All appointments were met on time, and the quality of work is excellent. The installers for both the carpet and hardwood were highly skilled and very professional. We are very satisfied with both the carpet and hardwood, and we get compliments from our friends and family. I would definitely recommend Kemp's to anyone for their flooring needs, and would highly recommend asking for Susan....she's the greatest! I would also recommend buying your flooring through Costco, if you're a member. We received a Costco gift card for nearly $1000 and another gift card from Shaw (the carpet/hardwood manufacturer). Call Costco to find out when Kemp's will be demonstrating at the store....it's worth it!

Our hardwood flooring was ruined in a botched job by another flooring specialist. At Kemp's we worked with Susan who spent a lot of time helping us choose the right new flooring for our home and worked to get us the best pricing possible. Getting up the old floor was a bugger - Kemp's spent 3 days at it. The men arrived on time every day, worked diligently, and successfully installed a beautiful floor. Kemp's is professional, courteous and very helpful. I will definitely use them for future flooring needs.

Process was very quick - and all is as expected.

I bought porcelain tiles, grout and mortar to redo my kitchen.

The staff at Kemp's Flooring is very friendly, helpful, professional, and reliable.? They answered questions well and helped find ways for us to save money - manufacturer coupon, specials, etc.? They scheduled a measurement of our room and called to verify the appointment.? They arrived as scheduled and were efficient.? The installation was done by one of their subcontractors.? They also arrived as scheduled.? Kemp's called us after the installation to make sure we were please.? There was one area that needed revision.? Kemp's scheduled the correction promptly.? I will always go to Kemps for carpet in the future.? As an aside, we did price carpet at Lowe's before we made our final decision.? The cost was comparable and I know the service at Kemp's is superior.

Wow! It was one of the most stress free purchases we have made. The sales personnel answered all our questions (we came back several times with new questions). They were polite, thorough, and never pushy. The estimator arrived on time. Measured everything twice, this included measuring each step to ensure accuracy of the carpet requirements. She ordered the carpet while we were finishing the deal. It took two weeks for the carpet to arrive. She estimated a three day installation and pencilled in the dates. The installers, a three man team, arrived promptly on the morning of 09/30/13. They were cordial, polite, efficient, and performed above the "call of duty." We had two pieces, a king size bed, mattress, and box springs, that collectively weighed over 100#s and a solid cherry bookcase weighing about 50#s, that were damaged by workmen just a few days before the installers arrived. The installers not only disassembled and reassembled these pieces but helped us to repair the damage. While the estimator scheduled three days for the installation the installers only required two. What a nice feeling to put our household in order after 8 weeks of remodeling a two days of carpet installation.

I would recommend these people to everyone. The sales person was very knowledgeable about their products and was very professional. They had a good selection in our price range. The owner himself came out and measured our place and scheduled the installation. The installers called prior to arriving to let us know they were loading up. I can't say enough nice things about the team of installers. They were personable, professional and very good at what they do. Our old carpet was very old and they had difficulties getting the padding up, but they kept working at it and did a wonderful job. They completed the job in about 5 hours and out new carpet is wonderful.

Overall the price was great and included several good discounts. They were punctual and professional and friendly throughout the whole thing and even gave us the extra remnant carpet left over.
