Service representative was prompt, diagnosed the problem(s) and replaced two parts. Got my system up and running in about an hour and a half. For that I am very happy. As the repairs had to be done on a Saturday, I was aware that there would be a charge for overtime labor. That charge was $99.00. I was satisfied with that for obvious reasons. However, when the technician was figuring the bill, I discovered the price of the repair parts were substantially higher because they were replaced during overtime. I saw the flat rate schedule he was using but could not compare the difference between the weekday and Saturday prices. I took the tecnicians word that the book was right. I protested the difference in pricing saying it didn't seem fair to be charged a higher price for the parts simply because they were replaced on overtime as opposed to during normal working hours. My argument that I was already paying the overtime charge was countered with him saying he had to charge what was in the book. So I took up the question with the service manager on Monday and he lowered the prices of the two parts by about 11% which changed the total bill from $560.81 to $514.98. I guess that is better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick. My overall rating is based on the feeling of having been charged for overtime on labor and then again for overtime parts. Even though it may be an industry standard, the customer who needs reparis on a weekend is like the tornado victim being overcharged for ice at the supermarket.

They were great. I was really happy with them because we have had several heating people over the years and this was a really good experience. I recommended them to my daughter and her family as well. The price was as good as you can get. They were really good and just perfect. They were kind of here before I hang up the phone. I have a maintenance plan with them.

I would give them excellent ratings. The price was pretty high and I think it was about $10000, but I have got a big house with a big unit. So, the cost was big, but it was reasonable for what was done. I liked their service and their professionalism. The job was very good.

They were okay. They went out of their way to work right and solve the problem. They even corrected a mistake without questioning. They made sure that the unit was right. They hadn’t counted it right. So, they reduced the initial bill and it ended up being $400 or $500. The price was fair for the work they did. They were fine.

Very timely, excellent service they showed up when they said they would and completed the job in the specified time. They also were quick to respond when a small problem occurred which was fixed promptly.

A company representative came out promptly to give us an estimate. The work was scheduled very quickly. Workmen came right on time, and worked quickly. All employees were very courteous. The system has worked well. The only problem we had was with a vibrating sound in the air intake when the unit ran. We didn't report this for a while (from Oct. installation until mid-Feb) as my husband kept thinking it was an issue with the filters and kept intending on investigating the source of the noise himself. I finally just called the company. They were very courteous and sent someone over in a couple of days at my convenience. The repair person reduced the noise with tape and sealant, but finally had to reduce the blower velocity to take care of it. I was concerned that heating and cooling ability might suffer due to lower fan speed. He assured me that if we did experience any problems we could call and they would come right out to try other options to take care of it.
