We've been using Garrison & Garrison for years. The systems they sell are first-rate, and their service is outstanding. You want your HVAC contractor to be competent, and that's what we are getting from G&G.

They were quick. They didn't try to up-sell us. They did a site survey and figured out what kind of unit we needed. They were out quickly and got in installed. We did do some shopping around on the price and they were an "A".

We have a maintenance package with them. They come out twice a year. We have used them for 6-7 years. They are good across the board. I like that they are family owned. They are people that really care about what they are doing. We didn't really shop around for the price. They are local to us. The price seems to be reasonable.

They are not cheap but they are good. They sent 2 people out and installed a new air conditioner in one day. Their workers work hard.

I thought it, the price, was okay. They're not cheap but they're good. Very good quality. Very good, well I really can't measure their responsive because they've installed two central air conditioning systems in my home. One six years ago and one with just in the last month. And on the one they installed six years ago , I've never had to call them, everything just works. Very good punctuality, very good professionalism.

He is some body that I know and trust. I’m not under a contract, but when I need them I call them. I don’t remember the cost, but it was well within reason. The thing I like is that when you call them they’re quick, they’re honest, they’re reasonable with their prices.

Changed HVAC company when new unit installed. We were satisfied with installation. Technicians arrived on time and completed install in one day. One of the reasons we choose Garrison and Garrison was they were an approved Huntsville Utilities contractor and Huntsville Utilities will inspect unit for proper installation.

They did a great job, they did some extra work for me to, I had an old unit in the attic and they actually took disassemble that and brought that out at no extra charge so that was very helpful to get that out of there.

Remember the three stooges? Just put that group in the HVAC

There was a slight issue with installation but they immediately corrected it and gave isa free year of their maintenance plan so all worked out well for us.

They are prompt and on time. They went out in the middle of summer and it was like a weekend. They got out here. They are very responsive and do a great job. They are not outrageously expensive.

The gentlemen who worked at my home in excruciating heat were fantastic! The entire work team got along well and they were very courteous.

Due to another company's poor workmanship, our unit almost caught the house on fire. Garrison and Garrison repaired the unit so that we would be safe without spending thousands of dollars.

Professional, written estimate, on time, explained everything. Sales person knew his product inside and out and explained all the pros and cons of the different unit.

Garrison and Garrison were recommended to me by a co-worker. I checked them out on Angie's list and decided to call. During my research I saw that they did not service the county that I live in, but I called anyway. The call went well and they decided to provide service to my address which I really appreciated. The technician (Bob) called me on the morning of my appointment and told me that he was just leaving and was on his way. He arrived about a half hour later than my appointment window (which was only a half hour (8am to 8:30am)) so no big deal and I was warned when he called that morning. He was very friendly, professional and worked efficiently. He also explained his plans before carrying them out. The first thing he did was to install the Honeywell wireless thermostat that I had bought beforehand. He explained the various connections needed as I was curious (I had thought about installing it myself, but decided not to risk voiding the warranty). I was thrilled with getting this installed. The existing thermostat was positioned next to an attic door and that falsely reflected the room temp hotter or colder than actual. This caused my son to have to keep changing the thermostat setting when things warmed up or cooled off in the attic just to keep his room at a constant temperature. The technician explained how to use the thermostat and also offered to mount it for me. I wanted to take time to decide on a location and passed on the offer. He then performed the tune-up and service on my dual A/C unit. I want to stress how personable and knowledgeable the technician was. It really made the appointment a pleasure. He entered the necessary information on a computer tablet, I signed electronically and was provided with a professional printed invoice detailing the charges. We talked for a few more minutes and he was on his way.

At 1 pm, I found my AC was not working, due to a seeming thermostat problem. Around 2 pm, I called various service companies till I found Garrison and Garrison could send someone that afternoon. The technician arrived around 4 pm, inspected the thermostat and the outside unit, diagnosed a short circuit and blown fuse in the outside unit, and repaired it, but not before checking to see if I wanted to wait to have it repaired by the installer, in case I still had a warranty there. I told him to proceed, since I didn't want to wait two days. The technician was familiar with similar failures in this type of AC, and beefed up the insulation as a preventive measure. It was all done by 5 pm.

This company almost killed my family. Huntsville Utilities had to come and cut off my power because we have an overload of CO2 due to them not venting out an improper installation. They also continually sent people over to my house that were high on drugs. One person had hidden many stolen tools under my house from another home. I still will have nightmares because they would not come and fix a furnace they replaced under my house.

Since they couldn't get it fixedand mdash;even though they had spent hours and hours at my propertyand mdash;they gave me all my money back.

We were not disappointed! The team who completed our install, Justin, Landon, and Eddie, were prompt, professional, and neat. The job was completed within the time period they promised. We are happy with the 10y parts and labor warranty! One month later, our system is working great. All in all, we are a very satisfied customer!

They show up when they say they will get the job done in a professional manner.

They were good. I found them on Angie's List. They just came in and did a good job. It was a reasonable price.

When I had AC issues in the late summer I signed up for an Energy Savings Plan that covered 3 visits over the year. Ordering that plan cut my AC-issue bill in half and gave me 2 other system checks later in the year. The company called to remind me when my system would be ready for another maintenance check - which was great, because I had forgotten about it! On the Winter visit, Josh discovered that our upper heating system was not working properly, explained the issues in detail, ordered the part and scheduled the replacement immediately. The part was expensive, but that isn't Garrison's fault. The service was very responsive and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again.

They were the ones who put the original system in when we built the home 32-33 years ago. The system lasted for well over 30 years and we then went back to them for our new system. I am not a mechanical engineer but they can make me understand, and that is very important. The jobs with them have turned out great. We have shopped around and their prices are very good.
