Description of Work: Today I had an outside faucet replaced on my home that was continually leaking and wasting water. Daniel arrived exactly at the time he stated he would be here, made the repair and reported back to me. I have used this company for my Heating & Air needs, electrical problems, etc. Excellent to deal with. Very nice people, always advise who will be coming to do the work. Technicians are very neat & clean, and cover their shoes before entering the house. I actually enjoy their visits.

Description of Work: This company came to our house to add freon to our downstairs a/c unit. We purchased a maintenance agreement. They came back to find the leak. Of course their recommendation was to get a whole new system. They called me every day for the first week, then every other day for another week, when I finally answered the phone, he asked for my husband's number at work, so he could talk to him about, after I said my husband had been working and we had not had a chance to discuss it. We called this company again to get an estimate for a new unit when we were ready (~$20,000). We called two other companies as well, who, after going into the attic, both came down saying one of the reasons we were having so much trouble was because the tape on the ducts had come loose/open in several spots and we were both blowing cold air into the attic and sucking attic air into the handler - for who knows how long! Thanks Conditioned Air Solutions for taking our money and not doing your job.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our system. The technician found a clogged line, cleared the clog and had it up and going in no time.
