Conditioned Air replaced both our 5 and 2.5 ton heat pumps with new systems, built out the decks for each unit and reworked the ductwork completing the install within the time frame they said they would. Totally LOVE Conditioned Air Solutions’ notifications with pictures on who was arriving at our home. The entire sales experience working with Greg Dubroca, Steve and Victoria on deciding what system best met our needs was very impressive. Greg was so helpful and we really appreciated his knowledge of the systems and his non-aggressive sales approach. Greg and Victoria went above and beyond providing timely responses to all our questions. On the morning of install, Greg Dubroca showed up to ensure the installers knew what we expected. The installers — Will Morgan and his great crew are an AWESOME team (wish I could recall all their names); especially since they worked seamlessly together and kept us apprised of the work they were doing, addressed any issues that came up, showed up on time and cleaned up everyday. They exceeded my expectations. I also have to mention the silent partners, Charles McDowell and Greg the Techie who set us up with what we needed to make our systems work efficiently. From sales to install to customer service — ALL Conditioned Air Solutions’ employees were totally knowledgeable and impressive. If you need a new HVAC system or just good quality service we “Highly” recommend Conditioned Air Solutions and strongly believe they have hit the jackpot with the sales and install team, and all the other individuals involved in shaping our experience — they truly care about the quality of work they perform and doing a GREAT Job.

This company called me after I submitted a request for a heat pump repair through Angi. My heat pump was not turning on so their technician came and looked at my heat pump after I described the problem. He diagnosed the problem as being an inline fuse being blown due to two bare wires rubbing against each other. He told me he would have to “rewire it” and replace the fuse ($517.18) then proceeded to tell me my whole duct work is bad and it would need replacing or repairing($2747). He also said my evaporator coil needed cleaning($316) and suggested I also buy an Aire Plasma Generator($1786.80) and in addition I should buy a service agreement($199). My estimate was a shocking, (to me), grand total of $5565.93. Even though I was completely without heat, I didn’t want him to fix anything because the estimate he gave me was so out of line with what I was expecting to pay. I called Garrison & Garrison and Terrell came out and fixed the bare wires and replaced the inline fuse for a total of $90.23, a $427 savings. They didn’t charge me a service call since they were providing a second estimate. Terrell checked my ductwork and coil and said they were fine and apologized for Conditioned Air Solutions attempt to get me to pay for work I didn’t need. I was told by someone else that they told another potential customer the same thing about needing duct work which turned out to be unnecessary. So along with being much more expensive for basic repairs, they try to tell you your ductwork might need major work and also try to sell you “extras” you don’t need or want.

The office staff assured me we were in good hands. Our technician, Brian Henley, was here before noon. He quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted us a price for the repair and did exactly what he said. He also suggested a couple of preventive measures we could take to which we gladly accepted. Two thumbs up.

James Clements, service tech, analyzed present system and presented recommended improvements. Always a pleasant experience with Conditioned Air. Reassuring to know when my old unit goes out, where I am going to go to for a new unit.

Great! Brian and his crew recognized problems with the duct work for our heating/air conditioning, showed us pictures of the damage and provided a fair estimate for a complete repair. The work was completed promptly, and we noticed almost immediate improvement in the system. Prior to the work it was impossible for us to maintain consistent temp throughout the house. As a result we were having to use portable heaters to warm the rooms not getting proper circulation. Within hours after Brian and his crew finished temperatures throughout the house were a consistent 72*. Great service. Thank you!

Ended up replacing our old HVAC with a Daikin from CAS. Dalton was the technician that responded to our initial call for service. Greg D. evaluated our HVAC and ductwork needs, and Will and Jason were the installation technicians. Fantastic service across the board. I fully recommend using these guys; we are so glad that we went with CAS. We were given detailed and straightforward info and options from start to finish, and the warranty and service options on these units are amazing. The product itself is fantastic and the overall experience was very simple and enjoyable. I was impressed by the professionalism and work performed by each of the employees named above and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Conditioned Air Solutions that an excellent job they removed all the ductwork and the old package unit and replaced everything in three days time. We're having problems with my old unit they came on site and found the issue was that the blower was failing. This unit had already had several other parts replaced and we made the determination that it was not worth putting any more money into it. They immediately got me an updated quote for replacement and provided us with space heaters to keep the place warm until the new system could be installed.

We ended up having several things done. They were very nice. They were good to do business with. I felt like they really took care of us. They made sure everything was great. We have them for maintenance. They were very reasonable for the service they provided each time.

Outstanding work as always. I shouldn't be surprised. Conditioned Air Solutions personnel are always professional, knowledgeable, and great at their job. The technician came out to do the regular maintenance on my A/C unit and I had been having trouble with my thermostat. He checked my warranty for me and found out I was covered for a replacement and he did it on the spot. I never have to worry about the high quality service and professionalism I get from Conditioned Air Solutions. Highly recommend!!

I had a new HVAC installed a couple days ago with Conditioned Air Solutions. I was very pleased with the service. Jason and his crew completed the installation within six hours and cleaned up thoroughly behind themselves. Everything about how to use the system was explained before they left. Air conditioning is working great.

I called Conditioned Air Solutions to get an estimate on repairing my hvac unit...they sent Greg Dupe. now that's not his full last name but i can't spell it...sorry Greg you will be known as the dupe. Greg was very professional and thorough. the report wasn't good I needed a whole new system...well, it was 15 years old.The temp in the house was over 84 degrees...we were sweltering. Greg called Tony to bring out a portable cooling unit sorry i didn't have your last name Tony but he's another great guy from C.A.S. and I just want to thank you so much guys! Greg then sent out Russ Curtis a comfort consultant or salesman. Russ came up with four different replacement options explained them completley and offered his suggestion based on how i use the unit which is keeping my house cool as a meat locker. I got other estimates but with the warranty C.A.S. provides the $200 price difference was a mute point....and nobody else brought me a cooling unit or even offered one! I was impressed and I'm not impressed alot.I was in business in huntsville for over 50 years (El Palacio)and most companies were not very impressive.The day of install Jason Pence and Drew Mcneese arrived to go to work and work thay did..... 10 hours later with no messing around we were getting cool once again and man this Daikin blows as hard as a walk-in cooler...Yay Bolie!!! Thank you Jason and Drew you guys are great and very experienced. Everyone at C.A.S. was PROFESSIONAL,POLITE and VERY HELPFUL.Victoria has helped with making this all happen, she is so friendly and ...I would say she's even "bubbly"! I would hire all these folks because they are the definition of customer service and if I OWNED this company i would be so proud of them because excellent customer service is a rare animal....C.A.S. Dalton would above and beyond to help us diagnose the problem we were having with our dryer. We were getting an error code of airflow restricted. He inspected everything and found the problem being the vent on the roof was clogged. Very fast service and wonderful to work with. Thanks Dalton!

Greg Duplechain was incredible! Not only was he prompt, he was incredibly personable, and professional! Todd (the dispatcher) kept us a apprised on when to expect our Technician. Overall an absolutely fantastic company. We will be using them for all of our central air and heating needs!

Loved it. Got 3 estimates and Conditioned Air Solutions was most detailed and the lowest price. Nice that they priced it 'out the door,' as in all taxes, etc. priced in. Greg Dubroca provided the estimate for a 2 Ton unit, which we later increased to a 3 Ton unit. Jamie Booker, the overall install manager, arrived prior to install day, took photos of the area and ensured that all equipment and parts were ready for the install team. The install team - Greg Duplechain, Eugene Sims and Cameron Sims arrived on time and beat the estimated install time by half a day. Team was professional and friendly. Victoria Erickson, the operations manager, was very helpful in coordinating details.

I am pleased with everything about this company. I needed a new air conditioner system. Greg reviewed the job and provided options and suggestions. Victoria in the office was superb with coordinating all aspects of the installation. The crew of Jason, Matt and Zach were highly qualified to do the work. They were on time and very pleasant. It turned out being more complicated than originally thought and these guys went above and beyond to make it right. Plus they provided a portable air conditioner to cool the space while they worked. 1-day from start to finish. Nice work everyone!

Office manager Victoria, was super helpful! Greg and Will came out to modify an air duct and intake in my home. When they asked how I was doing, I told them I was not happy because of the loud buzzing noise the intake frame made when the ac was running. Greg said he would change that and when they finished I’d be happy and he was right! They were both awesome, professional, and friendly. They fixed the problem and I’m extremely happy with their service.

They were not interested in my labor and parts as required rneed. They will only install things THEY SELL. PERIOD. I doubt I will call on them for future services.

Provider showed up on 3/22 as scheduled and looked around. I was expecting a quote pretty quickly as both wall units are faulty. I did not here from the provider so I call on 3/25 to check on the quote. The lady I spoke with said she would call the repairer to obtain the quote or give him a heads up to provide it to the customer. It is now 3/28 almost a week later and I have received no quote, response or feedback. I really wonder now about all theses great reviews which is why I contacted the provider 1st to begin.

Their's was the 2nd estimate I got. Even though it was more than the 1st estimate, I ended up hiring them because of the level of detail and professionalism I felt after talking with Greg Dubroca, the original consultant who provided the estimate. At every level, from Victoria in the office answering my questions, to Matt Blackwood who did design work, to Greg Major and Cameron Sims who did the installation, to Jeremy Ewert who performed the followup checks on the new ductwork. I would definitely recommend them.
