I could not be more pleased with this job! Starting with the initial estimate, Greg Dubroca was very professional and took the time to verify the correct size units my home needed and spent some time educating me on the different types of units available and their advantages/disadvantages. I have to also note that of the three estimates I received, Greg was the only representative that inspected my current ducting to find any current issues of which there were a few. Greg's estimates were thorough and presented a wide range of choices that would suit my needs and my budget. After signing the contract, Greg ensured the installation dates fit my schedule. Three days prior to installation, Greg notified me that the gas pack unit I ordered would not be available by my installation date. To avoid having to change the installation schedule, they upgraded me to the next level unit which ended up being a more efficient system, at no extra charge. The installation took two days and was performed by Jacob Pierce and Cameron Sims. Both Jacob and Cameron were also very professional and did great work! The thing that stood out the most was their attention to detail and the extra effort they put in to make sure the installation was as good as possible. Some of the over-and-beyond things they did included trimming a holly bush back and clearing the debris, building a French drain from the gas-pack unit instead of just leaving the drain sit on the ground, re-routing drain lines and system lines in the attic to allow for better access to the rest of the attic, and making repairs to ducting as they found it at no extra charge. Both Jacob and Cameron were meticulous in ensuring they protected my carpets since the ground was wet and fairly muddy outside. The Carrier air conditioning systems are working quite well and we are more than thrilled with the new COR Thermostat system with Wi-Fi access provided by Carrier.

They stayed within the price. It was high though on the estimate. I was convinced about the job and they knew what they were talking about. They are friendly and professional. In the end the estimate they sent was high. They came right out and they were on time.

Every part of working with this company was a pleasure. This was one of several companies contacted through Angie's list to provide quote for replacement of our HVAC system. First was Ms Victoria who promptly contacted us pursuant to inquiry for scheduling an appointment. She was personable and very courteous and genuinely expressed an interest in assisting us. Next Paul Snowden, President of the company contacted us to verify our appointment date then also called the day of to alert his arrival. Paul is very professional young man who also seemed genuine in his attitude of service to the customer. Paul accompanied me into the attic space to observe the system. He listened to my proposal of changing the duct routing from a single trunk line that ran the center of the attic which consumed all the available space there to a system which extended from the air handler around the outer perimeter of the attic space. Paul negotiated the entire attic space measuring and taking notes of the ductwork, air handler and register placement. Once he finished in the attic, Paul measured the exterior and each living space inside that was to be heated/cooled. Paul also gauged the output of the current system at each register. After he had completed his assessment and recording notes we sat and spoke about our desire to upgrade to a more efficient system since I had retired and we were now preparing for our golden honeymoon years. Paul made a good suggestion of adding a register in our walk-in closet and indicated he would submit a quote to my email once he returned to the office an worked it up on the computer. I was very impressed with his knowledge and attitude, so much so that I had to go to their website and seek more information of this company that Paul and Victoria represented. What I found was a beautifully arranged website which expressed a real desire to serve their customers. The website expressed a family atmosphere and introduces all the personnel as though each are equally important with all striving toward a common desire to serve the customer with an excellent product. I was really impressed. After seeing that I looked forward to their job quote. Paul did as promised and submitted an excellent professionally prepared quote portfolio with various choices and prices to choose from. The quote reminded me of a dissertation one would prepare to brief a large organization board meet. It explained the necessary output air pressures to accommodate the space calculated. The efficiency and noise level of the various units offered to address our environment plus a detailed schematic of the duct line distribution to be installed. It was most impressive and provided all the information necessary to make an informed decision. There were incentives of discount based on payment method, available financing and a Angie's List customer coupon. I contacted Paul and made an offer on one of the choices presented in the quote. Paul responded immediately accepting and we set a date for installation which was to take three or four days. Next the installation technicians Cameron Sims and Jacob Pierce. They also called prior to arrival. They introduced themselves were perfect gentlemen and professional the entire time. We almost adopted them. They were very conscientious of satisfying and fulfilling the installation as outlined and agreed upon. The quality of their work was top grade. It took four days to complete the job for it was during the bad cold snap first part of February but they made it out each day. The whole project finished without a hitch. It was a smooth transition in replacing the system. They actually did a much better installation and improved upon some ideas I had originally asked of Paul in the assessment phase. Before departing they explained and set the thermostat plus provided a rebate card with instructions to request an inspection from Huntsville Utilities to obtain a rebate since the system installed qualified. Further still, about two weeks after the installation was completed another technician came out, pursuant to Ms Victoria setting up an appointment with us of course. This technician, Kyle Jones (called prior) arrived and explained he was to test the duct system to determine if there any leaks. He had to tape each register closed and use some sort of gauge machinery at the intake vents. The result verified the system was top quality with a top grade rating. Mr Jones was also impressive and explained their maintenance contract which we had purchased. I took the time to write this detailed account of the project because the Conditioned Air Solutions crew took the time to deliver an admirable installation of our new HVAC system. We had issue with our AC unit in the beginning of summer 2014. I know it required maintenance (I fixed it temp.) and called them for maintenance. First service visit by a person name Kyle was bad and totally hands down for Air conditioned solutions but later on the winter maintenance visit by Greg totally changed my opinion on them good. Credit goes to Greg (not sure about the company thou) During the first visit a person came and I totally dint like his service,his intention was just quick 5-10 min service , push and sign the contract (that part is OK, everyone will do as asked by their company), without finding the actual problem in the unit just scare the customer with heavy refrigerant leak. He filled refrigerant 4 lb(really!!) and charged me heavily. The explanation or findings were very less ...I was very upset with his work For winter maintenance ,upon my request for a different experienced person they sent Greg and he was awesome . The way he explained things gave me more confidence and opinion on the company changed. He took his time for the maintenance and finally figured out what was the issue with our unit (ended up being a small error that shows like a fake leak). He fixed it and kind of assured thing are fine (he dint say for 100% sure but at least gave confidence) Summary - Customer pay money for proper maintenance and good explanation from the technician. That's what I got in second visit. If I plan to take my next term of maintenance, it will be only because of the second technician's knowledge and work. This review was long pending from my side (from Nov 2014) but I don't want to forget it (better late than never)

Repairman arrived right on time to perform repairs. Repairman was polite, professional, and efficient. Everyone we dealt with on the phone was polite and responsive, as well. The price was in line with other providers and service was superior to other companies we have used in the past. We are very pleased. The day following this repair, my elderly mother's heat stopped working and I recommended this company. They arrived the next day and she experienced the same outstanding service.

Quick and easy. Provided a quote to replace air handler coil that was stated to have a pin hole leak @ approx $2000.00 Quote seemed excessive but other work was good.

I've used them a couple of times and it went very well. I like that they show up on time and I like that it's not that expensive. I've had no issues in the past with them.

Went well...Rather than attempt to charge me with reversing value replacement I was told just to get a new unit.

My units works much better now. I purchased additional inspection services for each season due to quality. Had forgotten about my purchase, but company automatically called me to schedule Winter follow-up.

Not well. He only checked outside unit and never checked the pressure in the system. Home builder stepped in and found that the system was still under warranty from manufacturer. Another company did the actual repair.

The serviceman was very nice and gave me pointers on how to improve the life of my unit. He ran several tests and told me all was good!

He was understanding when it turned out I purchased the wrong kind of item. I wanted a maintenance and purchased a diagnostic. He did a maintenance and gave me advice on my system.

. I sent them an email late at night because I had to shut my unit down because it was making noise and it wasn't cooling. Someone actually responded to my email in half hour and they scheduled me in the next day. They called half hour before to let me know the tech was on his way. The technician was very professional and let me know about my options and recommendations. I didn't realize the amount of work to work on the two units which wasn't what I had originally scheduled but they went ahead and worked with me to get me taken care of. Technician let me know of what he found and how much the charges would be. I really appreciate a company that is willing to work around the costumer's schedule and needs. I went ahead and let him know that I would be working with them for future recommended maintenance on my AC/Heating.

The process for getting issues resolved with them is going pretty good. A couple guys came to install it, they came in the morning and left in the evening. They seemed to know what they are doing. They answered all my questions. I was impressed with them.

He first came out and fixed a leak I was having. It was a clogged drain pipe and he fixed that really well. He was really good. He explained everything for me and told me exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was very professional. He was on time and called me before he was heading over, to make sure somebody was there. He left me his card. I was really happy with them, and he gave me a little pitch for their annual service, which was fine. I looked at other companies and they were very competitive. I liked what they did, so I went ahead and signed up for the yearly contract. I have three units, so he looked at all three of them. He's really good, very thorough. He was very professional. His prices are competitive and they do a great job.

Went great! See above. Just wish it wasn't 200 for a capacitor. If anyone thinks this was exorbitant, please let me know!

They arrived right on time when said they would. They were very professional and friendly and they explained everything they were doing as they went along. I asked a lot of questions and they were very patient and explained and answered all my questions. I would def. recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

We completely trust and treasure this company! Their service and expertise is second to none! We have purchased full systems from them and have used them for simpler jobs like replacing faucets and toilets. We love our HVAC systems and recommend them to all our friends !

First off, I had used this company before, and had the same technician as before. The first time, he did an exceptional job and saved me a lot of money when he discovered that the HVAC issue was electrical rather than with the system itself. So this time, the HVAC had a severe leak and was leaking water into the apartment below. I called Conditioned Air for a diagnostic. He was prompt and professional. For this visit, he informed me that my coils were dirty and my coolant was low. He charged me an extra $350 to clean the coils and put 2 pounds of coolant into the system. Total time spent was less than an hour. The system worked for 2 weeks then quit again. So the leaking problem was not fixed. When it quit, water came out of the HVAC system (again) and destroyed part of the ceiling in the apartment below. I was out $400 plus cost of ceiling repair, and having to start over. I called another HVAC technician from another company. The other technician from another company spent 4 hours, informed me that the coil and drain were clogged and needed repair, and fixed the problem.

The service went well. We did end up buying a whole new unit from them. The technicians were very friendly and up front about pricing. They are very helpful and are now our heating and ac people now. Scheduling has always gone very smoothly.

I've used them several times. They're actually a great HVAC company, one of the best ones in the area that I've used. They're just very professional and thorough. They're a little more expensive than some other guys but based on the quality of the work, it's pretty good value. They have very good quality.

About 3 hours after the technicians left the unit had a major malfunction and was unrepairable. I do not believe that the technician intentionally sabotaged the equipment but I cannot rate the quality of the service. Cost to replace was extremely high.

Last fall I hired Conditioned Air to fix a problem I was having with my furnace. They promptly fixed it and asked if I would be interested in a service contract (a one year service that they provide in the fall and late spring to clean and service your heating and air). I purchased the contract for approximately $145.00 and as advertised they called to schedule my late spring air conditioning service. The young man showed up and spent over two hours servicing my air conditioner. He advised me that the air system had exteremly dirty coils and he spent a great deal of time cleaning the coils. After that, he made his way into my crawl space to check all my returns. He then proceeded to top off my freeon and cleaned the outside to the HVAC unit. Guess what........NO CHARGE.....these guys are top of the line real deal heating and air professionals. When they come in the fall I will promptly sign up for another one year sevice contract. Real professionals!!

The whole experience was OUTSTANDING! Kyle was a hero - and deserves recognition for his expertise, professional behavior and representation of his company. Will absolutely recommend to friends and co-workers.
