I was very impressed with the technician, his level of knowledge and his willingness to explain the work he was doing to resolve the problem-plus other suggestions made for fine tuning my hvac system-all of which I deem as reasonable and justified. He was extremely professional and completed the work in a timely manner. Signed up for the annual maintenance plan for my primary residence and my rental house, based on this positive experience.

It's a very very quiet system and they were A number one they come and they balance it and they inspect it twice a year. It was just professional in every way. They actually had a project manager that came down and he sat with us face to face every week laid out what they were gonna do for that specific week in front of us and that sort of thing and it's just been total great.

Cameron Sims was the technician who came. He was professional, courteous, and took care of the winter servicing for the 2 units.

Mr. Sims was knowledgable, courteous, called before he came and explained each step of what he was going to do to my husband. He did a great job.

The contractor arrived in less than 24 hours during the peak demand season. Made the repairs and added the refrigerant to the outside unit and changed the inside filter.

the service provider was Cameron Sims who was very polite and informed me of the condition of my heating unit, and also offered to change my air filters.

Cause was diagnosed quickly, several options and quotes were given, and then work was done quickly and with quality.

There were two separate plumbing issues. The first was a clogged pipe on the second floor, Conditioned Air did not have the necessary equipment to unclog the pipe and were forced to call Mr. Rooter. The second issue was an overflowing toilet in the basement, again Conditioned Air did not have the necessary equipment to identify the problem and turned it over to Mr. Rooter. What likely should have been an ~$200-$400 plumbing job turned into a $1000 job due to all the time that the Conditioned Air plumber sat around waiting on the Mr. Rooter plumbers.

Fantastic. Despite the difficulties of removing the old air handler, the technicians were punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous. They gave me an up-front price for how much the cost would be to remove the old and install the new A/C system and they promptly got all the work done. They have stood behind their work and I have had almost no complaints about their abilities to handle Air Conditioning Problems.

Anthony Poole, from Conditioned Air, came out and quickly determined what the problem was but discovered the part I needed for my aging system was not being manufactured anymore. After a few phone calls and photo swaps he was able to find a part that would fit and work on my system, and in a couple of hours we had cool air again. His experience and expertise saved me from having to replace my entire system. Thanks Andy!

My existing HVAC system is no longer under warranty as of few Months ago. I was not happy with my current service provider. My Main System failed Saturday July 3 in the afternoon. I looked into local dealers and Condition Air Solutions was BBB A+ with large number of positive reviews and saw that Angie,s List award for 2015. (I believe this is not their first time) I call Condition Air Solutions number and a Answering Service took the call. They took my information. I got a call back very quickly by the dispatcher. The dispatcher informed me of the cost ($79.00 Diagnostic Charge and $60 Charge for after hours) She informed me that the Technician would call when he was on his way. True to her word at the approximate time I received a call by Technician that he was on his way The Technician quickly isolated the problem. This was the compressor and could not be fixed. The Technician informed me that he had a portable AC unit in the truck and ask if I could get by with this for the rest of the weekend. He stated that on Tuesday they could provided additional units. I asked what the cost and he stated no cost. He then brought in the portable into our home. I was pleased to see he had shoe covers and put them on. The Technician was very informative and I will be requesting a quote for replacement of my Main HVAC system. Outstanding Service

Conditioned air team was excellent in all regards and all of the process. Greg was prompt to provide an assessment of our needs and provide options and recommendations with price for a new system. He assessed our attic installation and identified the need for physical access upgrades to meet code. He ensured the estimate and the proposal would meet all code requirements. Danielle and the office team were courteous, professional and easy to work with to arrange and schedule the service and cover the payment process. The installation team of Jason Pence and Frankie ? were prompt and courteous throughout the installation. They kept us informed throughout the day of their progress, ensured our carpets and walls were protected while removing/installing the equipment and cleaned up thoroughly throughout the job. They were a pleasure to work with. All work was completed on time, on cost promised and is functionaling properly. We have done business with conditioned Air solutions for over 8 years and remained pleased with their service, prompt response to maintenance issues and fair and accurate estimates for service. I wish more service contractors were as responsive and easy to work with as Conditioned Air and their staff.

All went very, very well ... start to finish.!!! We are very pleased!!! Everyone was very knowledgeable, competent, professional, and courteous from Greg who did the layout and estimate and the Victoria I coordinated with in the main office to Jacob, Greg, and Cameron who did the hands-on work. Jacob, Greg and Cameron arrived on time and finished on time. All was cleaned up and ready to go as promised. Very happy with the results and cannot recommend Conditioned Air Solutions enough. They were not the cheapest estimate, but were the best value. You get what you pay for and these folks, though not the most expensive in the end run, are worth it.

Conditioned Air Solutions brought to our home the best HVAC professionals one could hope for. Greg Dubroca was one of many local HVAC installation teams we interviewed for this work. We were astonished by the number of genuine installation issues that we were aware of with our existing system, that Greg detected and offered solutions for, but no other HVAC company detected or even looked for. This was just the beginning. Greg's proposal was the only professional proposal we received. All other proposals were hand scribbled on paper with a general overview of the work and cost. Greg detailed specifically what his team would accomplish. This was reviewed before and after the work was performed to ensure all work was completed successfully and approved. Enough about Greg, when Cameron Sims, Jason Pence, Jacob and Lance showed up to perform the work, our confidence in Conditioned Air Solutions was completely affirmed. These gentlemen are experts in their field. Their expertise is only rivaled by their outstanding attitude. They were respectful, friendly and very careful to ensure our home was left in he same or better condition than they found it. This team successfully installed a routing request for our HVAC system that no other company was competent enough to attempt. Every other company complained that our route, though correct, would be too difficult to attempt. Cameron's team quickly expedited our request with the excellence we've come to expect from Conditioned Air Solutions. I will admit that this proposal was not the low cost bid, but the quality solution we are living with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week proves that you usually get what you pay for. If you are looking for HVAC work and are smart, you will hire Conditioned Air Solutions and enjoy the results of the best HVAC team in Northern Alabama.

From estimate to installation, this was an excellent experience! Greg arrived at our house on time and spent plenty of time inspecting our current outdated and poorly installed system. He produced drawings and a thorough explanation of what we needed and why. His expertise in the field was obvious, and he was more than able to communicate clearly and concisely, even producing pictures of similar work from recent installations. The quote provided was complete and professionally done, leaving us with no question about what was to be done and prices for materials and labor. Cameron and Fred, the installers, were punctual and professional, as well. Cameron kept us informed every step of the way from start to finish, even finessing the original design of the duct work after further inspection and discussion with us. Both men worked diligently and efficiently, working into the night on the last installation day to ensure that we would have the new air conditioner working for the weekend. Greg and Veronica visited the job site to see if we needed anything during the four-day installation process to keep us comfortable and to touch bases with the technicians. Their concern with our comfort throughout the process was unprecedented in my dealings with contractors. We are extremely appreciative of the service provided by everyone from Nicole in the office to Kyle, who inspected the system in a follow up visit. The finished product is a well crafted system that works great! The workmanship is indicative of contractors who truly show pride in their workmanship and embody old fashioned work ethics. The contactor replacement and coolant top off went without any issues. Subsequently the next morning the heat was turned on for the first time that day and something popped. I called the technician, Greg D. He was the on call technician and even though I obviously wok him up, he was here in about an hour. He identified the problem as being the contact he replaced. The contact was defective. It being a defective part caused the small transformer on the air handler to blow. This transformer was not protected by a circuit breaker. Greg replaced the defective contact and put in a new, circuit breaker protected transformer. No charge for the parts or the service call since it was a result of the defective contacts he had put in the previous day. I was very impresses with the responsiveness and work by Greg. He is definitely knowledgeable and dedicated to his work. My rating of a B for the Price was primarily due to the cost of the refrigerant.

I used them twice last year. They were on time and the technicians were professional. I think they are quite pricey and I am not sure the salesperson came up with the best estimate. It was not that I wasn't happy, it was just pricey.

He looked at the system and blamed the whole HVAC design and recommended replacing the whole system. Few weeks later the AC stopped and another company fixed it and didn't see any issue with the HVAC design.

I prefer to wait 6 months to a year after I receive a major service before I write a review. It is easy to fall in love with something new. So, 9 months later, I?m still love the new system and am so grateful to Conditioned Air Solutions. I test my systems each year a few months before the start of the new seasons. Last year my AC would not activate. Using Angie?s List and BBB I selected Conditioned Air Solutions LLC. They responded promptly and set up an appointment. Their technician arrived and after trouble shooting the heat pump, informed me that something with the cooling portion was faulty and there were a number of other issues. He could replace the part that had failed, but was concerned that other things would fail soon. He mentioned that the unit was past its prime. I elected to go with a new unit and told him I would prefer not to have a heat pump. He worked with me to find unit that would fit my needs the best. I was impressed that he did not push me to the most expensive model. When he left I researched the data on line and verified both the age and quality of my old heat pump and the price quote of the new system. The price quoted was very reasonable and much better than what I would have expected from the online research, but it was still is a lot of money for me. Their staff was very helpful in finding a finance system that is well within my budget. I have to give two weeks? notice before taking a day off with my company so Conditioned Air Solutions provided my with a portable AC unit so I would be comfortable until the appointment for the replacement came. There was a slight mix-up, but once they realized that the technician went out of his way to get me the loaner immediately. The replacement went without a hitch. The technicians were very patient in explaining how the new thermostat worked, helped with connecting the system to the wifi and accessing data online. I also had them move a floor duct that was a few inches from the toilet to a more appropriate location. At that time they discovered the poor state of my ducting. I had them replace the entire ducting in the house a few days later. This summer was the best one I?ve had since moving to Alabama over 8 years ago. My allergies have reduced dramatically and my heating/cooling bill is about 2/3 of what it was a year ago. The staff was helpful and willing to go the extra mile for me.

The initial inspection/quote included an examination of the vent and ductwork to include under the house. Both the initial visit and the installation were conducted professionally. The service provider was knowledgeable about the different brands and options and willing to answer any questions. Also, I really like the wireless Ecobee3 controller. I would recommend that for the slight price increase.

Repairman was punctual, and I don't have any problem with the work he did. I'm not clear on what was actually wrong with my unit or what he specifically did, though, because when he talked to me he spent most of his time trying to get me to buy a new unit. He was so pushy that he made me uncomfortable. I would be fine with him suggesting that my unit is old and that I should consider getting a new one, but he kept on and on and on. I do not like a hard sell, and probably won't use this company again because of its repairman's tactics.

It went great. The installation was a 10+ on the professional & expertise scale. I will definitely use them again.
