Their's was the 2nd estimate I got. Even though it was more than the 1st estimate, I ended up hiring them because of the level of detail and professionalism I felt after talking with Greg Dubroca, the original consultant who provided the estimate. At every level, from Victoria in the office answering my questions, to Matt Blackwood who did design work, to Greg Major and Cameron Sims who did the installation, to Jeremy Ewert who performed the followup checks on the new ductwork. I would definitely recommend them.

It went well. Jeremy E. from Conditioned Air asked good questions about the problem I heard. He did not get frustrated with my limited answers. He told me what he was going to do and went about doing those things. After his investigation, he did not find anything wrong but said that was not atypical. Gave me good guidance as to what I should do the next time I detect or think I am having the problem to which I called him. He was professional. Listen to my questions as they were asked and answered them and always provided a good thoughtful answer. Jeremy also replaced the HEPA Air filter and 2 Ecobee Thermostats. He knew his stuff and explained what I needed to know in terms the average person would understand. He showed patience and NEVER tried to rush anything that we were doing: something I appreciated. I did explain to Jeremy one trouble I had and he set about quickly to understand it and rectify it and work toward that trouble never happening again. Something that impressed me! Because of Jeremy, I will use Conditioned Air again!

Consultant (Russel) showed up as scheduled and did a thorough assessment of what would be needed to do the job correctly and by the city codes. He then worked up a price and gave it to us in writing stating this is what we would pay and no other fees would be charged no matter what. We then set a date to do the work. Collin & Alex showed up as scheduled and did the removal and installation of the new unit. There were a couple of unforeseen issues that had to be fixed. When the job was finished, there were no other charges as stated in the contract. Everyone we dealt with at Conditioned Air Solutions, from the office staff to the consultant, to the installers, were very professional and courteous. They were a pleasure to work with. We perhaps could of found a company that would of done it a little cheaper, but I doubt they could match the service that this company provided. I highly recommend and will use them in the future if needed.

Conditioned Air Solutions is my Number 1 service provider for all HVAC work - Greg is a real trooper for staying with with task until he was completely satisfied the job was totally complete. And, he did this even though the weather conditioned were not perfect - wet, hot and the unit is in total sun!

We needed a new unit installed in a second home that required integration with gas heat. Conditioned Air professionals recommended choices and told us what made them different so we could make a decision. Once we determined which unit, it was installed in a day and a half including the gas company inspection. The unit works beautifully and we are very happy with it. A few years ago Conditioned Air installed a unit at our primary home and replaced the ductwork. Our electric bills dropped considerably. This company has knowledgeable professionals who care about getting it right. I would not use anyone else!

We just had a new heat pump system put in by Conditioned Air Solutions and I must say that the whole process went smoothly and was done very professionally. Everyone showed up on time and called shortly before they arrived. Russ was first and he checked out the system and worked up and presented 4 options and estimates. He explained each option and we made our choice. Shortly after he left Victoria called us and we scheduled a the date for the installation and a pre installation inspection. Jerime showed up on time and conducted the pre installation inspection a couple days before the installation to make sure there would be no surprises with what they needed. On installation day the install team, Jason, Matt and Blake were right on time and went right to work. Of course it rained but Jason was prepared with a portable shelter to cover the outside area. Matt and Blake went to work removing the upstairs equipment and later loaded it in the truck to haul away. Tarps were put down to protect our carpets. It was a long day but the unit was running and the mess was cleaned up and the whole area vacuumed. Except for the new equipment you would not know they had been here. Jason said they would be following up to make sure everything was right. We were leaving for Thanksgiving and so I called and asked if they could check the unit the morning we left. Dalton was here at 8:15am and gave the unit a good check over. He topped off the refrigerant and slowed the fan speed down. He did a good job and we were on our way on time. This whole experience has been a good one for us and I would highly recommend Conditioned Air Solutions for your heating and cooling needs. The new Daikin unit is doing a much better job than our 15 year old unit. Thanks for a job well done.

Chad M. was wonderful, and he didn't seem to mind our extremely excited dog. Luckily, he had the part that was needed and had our unit fixed in no time! We could not have asked for a better experience from beginning to end. Greg came out to give us a quote and was very informative, thanks to him we were very confident in the decision we made... there was no pressure to purchase the most expensive units, he wanted to male sure we got exactly what suited our needs. We then received a phone call from Victoria letting us know the day and time our installation would begin and who would be coming. Jason and Frankie were there the next day 30 minutes early, let us know what exactly what to expect. They made sure we had 1 unit running before they left. Next day same thing... very professional and courteous... we had perfect running units when they left. They even called the next day to make sure all was well. We couldn't be happier with our decision to use Conditioned Air Solutions.

I just wanted to clarify and add to my previous review: I want to start by praising and recommending the entire Conditioned Air organization. They were professional, helpful, interested in me as an individual customer, problem-solving, and thorough, from first contact until post-installation. It was a really remarkable team effort. Greg (estimator), Victoria (inside sales/support), Jason (installer), Zach (helper), and Chad (tech) ALL addressed my specific issues and the installation issues, crafted the best solution, and made it work. As an example, Jason and Zach, at the END of a long day, were trying to fix original construction flaws in my condo in order to assure their product worked as planned. Since there are numerous construction flaws here, that's an endless task and I eventually had to chase them out. That's just very uncommon behavior in my experience. To illustrate the level of professionalism at Conditioned Air, please see the attached photo of my new condenser unit. Note the routed and zip-tied copper and electrical connections. That's a sign of pride of workmanship and attention to detail. I could go on and on about this exemplary install, but I won't. I'll just say, Thank you Conditioned Air. Thank you so much! Jason and Zach went above and beyond my expectations. It wasn't an easy install but they completed the major job in one day, even though I needed a custom part. They saw it through. If I could leave a picture of just part of the install it would show just how professional and complete their work was compared to others (they bundled and zip-tied the coolant and thermostat wires; unusually "give-a-****" in my experience). Really a pleasant experience.

Was told to expect tech to arrive at 2 PM. Did not arrive until after 4 PM.

It went very well. The repairman, Adam, was very professional and friendly. He immediately handed me a business card with his picture on it, just like the CAS website said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained the issue very clearly. He showed me the price and let me know about the available discount for CAS regular service members. After the work was done, and he showed me the final invoice. I was very surprised, pleasantly, that the price was lower than I expected. Why? Well, when he showed the price earlier I just assumed that was the price of just the part that needed to be replaced. But no. What he showed me earlier was the price for parts and labor. What a pleasant surprise. I did opt to sign up for their regular service because I am very bad to not get regular maintenance and check-ups on things. And the price for this service seems quite reasonable. The only thing I'm not giving an "A" for is punctuality, but I'm not complaining about that either. I was originally told they would be at my house between 12 - 2 pm, and would call 30 minutes before. Well, I received a call shortly after 12:00 to let me know that Adam had run into a more time consuming repair at the job before mine and it would likely be toward the end of that 2 hr period or later. I think it ended up being around 3 pm when I was called again to let me know he was on his way. I don't really mind the arrival falling outside the original time because repair and maintenance work is unpredictable. And they didn't make me wait for nearly 2 hours wondering. They let me know early in that original time period. I don't mind having to wait, just don't leave me wondering what's going on. CAS didn't do that, and I credit them for that too. Overall, I am extremely pleased with their service. Oh yeah, my AC is working fine now.

I can see why they have an A rating. Very impressed. I called this morning for them to come look at my A/C unit. The lady that answers the phone and took the order was very pleasant to talk with. Adam came this afternoon and found the problem within 2-3 minutes. It was a loose part rattling that he only had to tighten. No charge other than the service fee. BTW, they knocked off $30 from the service fee since I found them through Angie's List. I will definitely use them again.

Most excellent and professional service. Professional organization, probably the most professional "service" organization I've experienced in the Huntsville area. Our problem with the 18 year old unit started with a leaking coil. So instead of throwing money at a temporary solution, we decided to replace it. This decision was based largely on discussions I had with both Greg Duplechain; one of their HVAC technicians, and Greg Dubroca, their Comfort Consultant. Mr. Dubroca took the time to explain the many nuances with heating, cooling, humidity control and the new technologies available in modernizing the home. Mr. Dubroca helped us make a very informed decision to replace our old unit with a Trane 3 ton package heat pump system with a wifi enabled thermostat, compatible with smart phones (who would have thought?). He ran through multiple options and informed us of the discounts available to us, which equaled over $1,000.00. I was surprised when Mr. Dubroca said we could have the unit installed within three days. For Huntsville Alabama, this seemed impossible. Anyone who has ever lived in Huntsville for any amount of time, requiring any type of service, will tell you this is nearly impossible. On a Monday, our decision was made to purchase a new unit. The following Thursday a team of HVAC technicians/installers, led by Mr. Jason Pence arrived and they got to it. They removed the old unit and thermostat, some older ducting from the crawl space, and replaced the return air vent and frame inside the house. They installed the new unit and created a new sheet metal flashing between the unit and the house that looks incredible. Some of the best sheet metal work I've seen. They sealed all mating surfaces to ensure no air escapement or pest intrusion . Jason even assisted me in relocating a large concrete floor jack inside the crawl space (which had nothing to do with the HVAC installation). I think they would have helped me install new vapor barrier in the crawl space if I asked them to. Jason and his team, and Mr. Duplechain were more than happy to help us understand the installation and setting up the thermostat. They stayed on location to ensure the unit both cooled and heated and then they performed multiple restarts. It was refreshing to get such professional service from a great team in the Huntsville area.

Greg D. came out this morning (on time) and did the most thorough inspection of my HVAC system that I have seen done in 13 years we have lived here. He showed me pictures of his different test readings incl thermal pictures of hot spots. He found that the sound was caused by a bolt that had come loose on the unit. He also connected a loose wire that previous contractor had not connected properly & recommended that he replace a capacitor that was reading 1/3 hotter than it should which I did. He explained everything he did. I signed up for service plan but there was no pressure to do so.
