Upstairs unit was not working. The service tech tightened the aluminum wiring at the unit and the breaker box, warned that the breaker may be failing and asked if I wanted to replace it or see if it would continue to hold up. Gave no pressure. I elected to see if the breaker would hold. A few days later, it failed. I called back for replacement of the breaker and their licensed electrician was sent out in 3 hours. Both calls were courteously and professionally handled.

I called for an estimate and he came right out. When he called back with the estimate, he told me that they were really busy and would not be able to start work for a week. However, he called and came out a day earlier than promised. Several hours after completing the work, the unit shut down so we had to call him back. He came right out and blew out the drain line again and adjusted the floating shut-off meter. Everything has been running fine ever since.

They were very professional, punctual, and really explained what they would be doing. It was a real pleasure working with them.

When our A/C unit started malfunctioning two weeks ago (on one of the hottest days of the year so far, of course), we couldn't even get our regular HVAC technician to *return* our call, much less come out. Thanks to Angie's List, we found Conditioned Air Solutions and they not only came out the same day, but they also came out again when I called again one week later because of a related problem in the unit. The second time we requested a technician to come out, the technician was different, but he got the technician who fixed our problem on the first visit on the phone and they worked out the problem together - this saved time and they didn't have to reinvent the wheel. I was impressed by their teamwork. Both technicians were professional and courteous, explaining everything to our satisfaction. I was impressed that they were committed to sending someone out the same day, even though it was almost 4pm when I called. I definitely plan to use this company's services again in the future (if needed!) and I have no qualms whatsoever recommending them to friends, family, and other Angie's List members. In fact, I recommend them highly. In sum: PROFESSIONAL. PROMPT. EXCELLENT SERVICE. VERY FAIR. I'm 100% SATISFIED.

After checking Angie's List and talking with several employees, Conditioned Air Solutions was at the top of our list. We received another quote from another company who we've used before and did great, but we decided on the Carrier system vs the American Standard. It has a very high SEER rating and there was a $1,200 rebate too. They had to take extra time to take apart the furnace since it didn't fit through the door to the attic. Very prompt response and quick installation turn-around time.

They were recommended by a member of BNI group. They performed the maintenance.

They were honest in saying that my old heat pump didn't NEED to be replaced when I was looking to replace it. They repaired my old heat pump quickly and a reasonable price. Their prices were reasonable and the salesman was NOT pushy when looking to replace my old unit. They gave me a list of all my options and their price. They came out, and replaced the unit in no time and when the city inspector came out and told me that "they do great work!" I would hands down recommend them for repairs and replacement of an AC unit!

Appointments were kept, and on time. Work promised was done, and old materials were removed. The site was left as good as it was found. The price was competitive, better than most, although it's hard to judge which heat pump would be the best. They all claim to be!

Painless, I called, they scheduled a time, they showed-up and installed the system. The technician found an issue with the thermostat wiring, but resolved it quickly and had the new system up and running.
