Mr. Rogers and his crew always arrived promptly when they said they would. They worked full days and checked with me all along the way to make sure what they were doing was what I wanted done. Work areas were always cleaned at the end of every day. All workers were pleasant and cheerful at all times and they never stopped working. They worked at a very reasonable rate time wise and all work met or exceeded my expectations. I will have Mr. Rogers in to paint the inside of my home because their work is superior to anything I've seen yet. The outside looks like new and they will have pride as well painting on the inside of my home. I would recommend Brad Rogers Paint Contractors to anyone who wants a first class job done in a timely manner and with very nice people to work with. I never heard a raised voice or any kind of bickering and everyone seemed to get along very well with one another. Great Job, Well Done and Appreciated Very Much by me.

Brad and I played phone tag for a couple of days before we were able to meet. He works from his truck and in between jobs, so he took one day longer to set up the appointment than he had said. Nonetheless, when he did call me back, he was very kind and flexible about scheduling the time for an estimate on a Saturday. He showed up when he said he would and quoted a reasonable price. We were happy that he was willing to let us provide the brand of paint we liked, and he gave us a labor only quote. While we were prepping the work areas, my husband decided the hall bath ceiling needed paint as well, and Brad was unfazed when I asked him to add that to the job. The additional price he quoted was fair and resonable. I called him on Tuesday and said we wanted him to do the job would be ready to start when he was. We were lucky that we were a smaller job, and he was actually able to start working on Thursday and finished before noon on Friday. They start working early, 7 am, on Thursday but were flexible about working around our family as we hustled to school and work. Immediately upon starting work, they covered all of our furniture and even placed plastic between the rooms that weren't being painted. He has a foreman, Wade, who we found to be both an excellent painter and very concientious about making sure everything was done right. At the end of the first day, all painting was complete except finishing the bathroom. Before they left, they thoroughly cleaned the work areas and my stairs and hallway floors were cleaner than they started the day. I worked from home on the day they did most of the work, and the paint crew was pleasant to be around. Language was polite and respectful, and the crew worked well together. As a non-smoker, it was apparent to me that they all smoked, but no smoking was done in the house and I found no evidence of smoking trash around my house. I am thrilled with the results! The workmanship even pleased my husband who always notices flaws.

After the initial contact it was several weeks before we heard from them but in that time we had an awful lot of rain. When Brad came he was very cordial and showed up when he said he would. Work began the next day and was completed within a 3 day period. His workers were great and worked constantly only taking time off for lunch.

We recently purchased another home that needed most of it painted.I saw Brad Rogers Paint Contractors had excellent reviews on Angie's List.. He responded quickly after we contacted him.We were impressed with Mr. Rogers when we met with him.He seemed very capable and experienced .His crew was there the next week. He said it would take about 4 days to complete the job. As I stated above,we had some difficult rooms to paint. Mr. Rogers crew did an excellent job on every wall they painted! I was over to the house a couple of times while they were working.The crew were all very professional. They took great care to protect our wood floors & carpet ( no furniture in the house).They also took care of many flaws on the walls that needed attention before painting. Mr. Rogers handled 2 other issues we were having at the house. These would have costs us quite a bit had we called in other repairmen .We really appreciate his extra help with those. The painters did a great job.They do quality work.We would definitely recommend this company to our friends & neighbors.

Work completed by Brad Rogers Paint contractors in two days:o Repaired sheetrock in laundry to get ready for wallpaper.o Repaired 8 holes in garage ceiling where plumbers were locating hot and cold water pipes in order to move the hot water tank from the laundry room on main floor to garage (basement) floor. Applied new sheetrock; this required enlarging holes to the nearest stud on two or more sides. Finished patches with mud. Scraped texture from previous water damage spots. Reseated main floor MBR toilet anc regrouted head of tub next to toilet where water had leaked. Cut out two rectangles of wet sheetrock (below the toilet and the left front corner of the garage; replaced with new sheetrock; and mudded. Painted entire garage ceiling. Applied new texture t entire garage ceilng. Repaired crack on third floor running from ceiling to top of door (due to house settling) and used the matching antique white paint to cover. You'd never know a crack existed. Two people worked Friday and four people worked Saturday. All worked fast and professionally. My husband and I were very impressed. After getting Brad's name from Angie's List, we were able to schedule an appointment within the week that I called him. From my first meeting with Brad, we had confidence in him to do an excellent job in the prescribed time with beautiful results. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive to all our questions. His follow-up when we discussed color and procedure made our confidence grow even more. Schedules were met, painters were skilled craftsmen, and we felt that everyone had a genuine interest and determination to meet our requests and leave excellent evidence of a job well-done. Our neighbors commented on the workmanship of the painters. They noted the orderly procedure of painting the trim, siding, shutters all the way around (and the second coat) as well as the safety procedures the painters used with their ladders.(I read that this is a DON'T, but I have included this because I feel it is important. This is an outside and ongoing observation that I couldn't make myself, and I found it another valuable quality of the painting crew.) True to one of Brad's commitments, the house and yard were left orderly each day, with no disarray of paint or equipment. Everything was placed in order, prepared for their return the next time. We had excellent weather so the work went along uninterrupted. At the end of the painting, Brad and the painters asked for a "walk-around report" from us, and when we had a couple of spots that we thought needed attention, they returned to make everything perfect for us. We are pleased with Brad's service to the highest degree: 5 of 5 stars! 4 of 4 diamonds! You should come see!!

Owner came out same day for an estimate. We needed the job done fast. He was able to get men on the job and finished within our tight 2 week time frame. Areas were cleaned each day. We are very satisfied with job, timeliness, thoroughness, and price.

Very professional and punctual. Upon my phone call, Mr Rogers came right away and gave me an estimate. He said it would be about two weeks before he could start. Two weeks later he called and said they could start that week and they would be at my house at 7:30 the next day. Like clockwork, he and his crew arrived on time and got started. They did an excellent job of protecting my plants, moving patio furniture, etc. And putting everything back in place. Cleaned up after themselves, cleaned my windows, and didn't leave a trace other than an excellent paint job. Nice job of replacing several rotten boards. Entire job completed in two days Took care to match my paint colors. Price seemed a bit high, but they did an excellent job so I guess you get what you pay for. I highly recommend them!

They did a great job, he and his son work themselves unlike some painter contractors that just drop a bunch of workers and only come back to get check. There was just a one instance when he could not come on the day the job was suppose to start but he left a message the day before to let me know and a second time when car trouble arose and he could not make it , but he came next day and they worked around my tight schedule working almost. 12 hours one day and other day 5/6 hours to accommodate all the graduation activities for my son. Overall a good experience

My house is large (4500 sq feet) and has exterior areas 40-45 feet off the ground (which is the primary reason I chose not to tackle this job myself). Everything was done professionally. Time will tell the quality of the paint job but based on the materials I know they used and my inspection I think I'm good for another 8-10 years. They picked up afterwards and there was no garbage or debris left on my property.

They did a good job and they were reasonably priced. It’s been a long time, but I was satisfied with what they did. I was considering using them again and that's the reason I looked them up.

On time, performed work as promised, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. I will definately use them again.

It's a little hard to get an initial call back, but I've used these guys before, and they do a great job, so I persisted. We got an estimate and agreed to the work. Once the job started rolling, they were very punctual and did an excellent, thorough job. They're also nice guys, pleasant to be around. It took a whole week, not because they goofed off but because there was a lot of work. I was surprised to find that after they finished, I missed having them around all the time! I also had them do some interior painting and minor drywall repairs at my old house, as well as pressure-washing and sealing my deck. They always do good work. I definitely recommend them.

Brad and his team did both interior and exterior painting. My husband and I were initially very happy - I even tipped the team (they were very professional). However, about half way through our job, Brad had undertaken a big job in Tuscaloosa. And although I'm sure he was tired, it seemed our job was put on his lower list of priorities. All in all, the inside of the house looked good. Some of the doors (ones to the garage) didn't open and close properly but we had someone fix that with no problem. My disappointment comes into play as it regards the painting of the garage floor. It appears he did not properly clean, prepare and put the proper finish on top after painting it. As a result we have peeling everywhere. We contacted him about one spot where a crack had not been filled in and explained that there were other areas where the paint did not seem to match. He came back and tried to fix the crack in the floor and painted over this one small area and said he would come back and look at the floor once it had dried - but he did not - or at least neither my husband nor I were at home. Because, he appeared to be annoyed (maybe just tired), I never called him again to look at the floor. However, our garage floor now has begun to peel and it is almost impossible to clean the floor. I hate this happened because, like I stated above, he initially was very pleasant, responsive and wanted to do what was right.

The painting went really well. Looks great! The floor refinishing end product is great; but he ran into problems and had to re-do the floors several times. I never had to complain about the floors as he was comitted to delivering a superior product. They were on time. The job was a little over time but that was only because of having to re-do the floors. He even worked Sunday because they were running over on this job. I cannot imagine using anyone else to paint for me in the future. The man did what he said he would do at every step of the way. Bob

My experience with them went very well. They were a little bit better than the other one. I was more comfortable with him. He explained about trim molding and things that he would repair for me. He went a little bit beyond what I asked him to do. He was reliable and I felt like I could trust him. He answered all my questions and showed me records of his workers.

We are very pleased. They were responsive and showed up when they said they would. They lived up to our expectations.

We were very pleased with the job. These guys were pleasant to deal with, and did quality work. When we noticed any minor deficiencies, they readily corrected them. They were very busy during this time period, and had to juggle some things, but they gave satisfactory priority to our small job and did not let it drag out. We believe we got good value for the money we paid.

It took awhile to get them out here, but I was very pleased with the work. Basically, the deck was finished in September, but it needed some rain to get rid of some of the yellow wood stain. It was awhile before it rained. I then called Mr. Rogers. He said he would get out here right away. Two weeks later, I called him again. He said he would come. His painters eventually did come on a Sunday. I was somewhat worried, since there were quite a few blowing leaves. However, I waited until the following Monday to go out there in the afternoon. There were no leaves stuck to the deck! The stain they used was an oil-based stain by Olympic. It was a perfect match for some other wood they had stained. Note that the deck is supported by a couple of 6x6's with concrete bases in the dirt. I felt like the 6x6's needed protection, so I dug away the soil around the base of the 6x6's and stained the wood with some stain I had from a prior job. After the deck had dried out, I back filled with soil. The color match was good enough so I had trouble finding where my staining left off and theirs started. It was a first class job.

It took them several days before they could get to my project. On 8.24, the lumber delivery people came and put the lumber in my driveway. The 2 workers came and tore down the deck, putting the old wood into a trailer, which they later hauled off. They then put up a support board using a hammer drill and appropriate anchors. (They used a lot of screws.) What follows may be out of order. They next put in a couple of temporary 2X4s, dug the holes for two 6X6s, filled them with cement and left them to harden. They put up a couple of 2X6s between the 6X6s and screwed them in. They then put supporting 2X10s around the edge of the deck. Next, they put in several beams using 2X8s and made the floor with 2X6s They then used 2X4s and 2X6s to build a hand rail around the deck. No nails were used - all joints used screws, usually 3 at each joint. This deck should last forever, if it is kept stained. It is really quite impressive. They then picked up all of the scraps, put them in the truck and left.

August 6th - they showed up with a pressure washer. They pressure washed all areas to be painted. August 9th, they showed at about 6:00 AM, and painted until about 2:00 PM. August 10th, they showed up at about 6:00 AM, painted everything else, and washed the windows (!). They also applied stain to the front porch decking. I don't know if it is a perfect job, but it looks good to me.

Chad was right on time in the morning which I like a professinal to be. I came by at lunch to see if He needed anything and was felling bad when the temp was getting up to the 100 mark. But he was going strong. The job took longer then he had thought but he came back out the next day and got everything done but the fountains. He had forgotten them with all the other things I was having him do. Not to worry he assured me they would get them and he did. Great job and would hire them again.

I am a realtor and have used this company personally over the years as well as referred them to anyone wanting a really good job. Price is quite reasonable, but you may be able to find cheaper labor. The times I've tried to go cheaper I always end up paying for it in the long run-you really do get what you pay for! Brad Rogers workers seem to work in a professional manner and I have never heard anyone complain that they felt "nervous" with them around. I believe you will be pleased with this company.

I left a message requesting an estimate and it was about 3 weeks later when they returned my call. He said they had both had some health problems and were sorry they had not gotten back with me sooner. Since I had called a couple of others who also had not responded we had just decided to put pressure washing on the back burner for now. When he called and said he could give me an estimate the next day, I let him go by and check out the house (one we have moved out of and are currently trying to sell). He called me back quickly (the next day as he promised) with a quote of $350, which I thought sounded high but with nothing to compare to I can't say whether it's out of line or not. I would likely get at least a couple more quotes before I make a decision to even get the house washed.
