They called before they arrived. They gave me an estimate. He got the part. Replaced the part. They did excellent work.

Discovered a shower diverter in a guest bathroom wasn't working when expecting family to attend a wedding. Called Around the Clock that morning and they said they would come by "after lunch". Later, when I called my wife to let her know they would be coming, she told me they had already called and would be there in 10 minutes. Showed up on time, solved the problem (adding a new diverter) and finished in a short time. I was pleasantly surprised at the bill. I will definitely use them again.Replace

I called several plumbers from Angie's List but this company was much less expensive (average cost by others was $125.00!). Everyone else (I called 4 companies in our area) had a higher minimum charge. And, Around the Clock was able to come out within the same day I called.

I think I did find him on Angie's List. They came right out when I called them. He told me about all that he would have to do to repair the leak that I had. He told me everything that was involved as far as having someone else finish the work. He came in and got it done. He was there when he said he was going to be. He is very professional. They sent this guy out to look at it, and he told me what he thought and that his boss needed to come and look at it. His boss also came out to take a look, and then they got it done. I would use them again. He has got to come back in and refinish the plumbing for the shower when the restoration is done doing the floor and putting the wall back up.

The plummer arrived right on time and installed a pressure regulator on the water line, replacing one that had failed. He appeared to have the knowledge and experience to perform the work satisfactorily. The one complaint I have is that he did not take care in replacing the dirt back over the pressure regulator. The yard where the work was performed will require a good bit of work to return it to a satisfactory level and appearence. Had the work area been left in better condition, I would have given this business an "A" rather than a "B".

The repair went excellent. They showed up when they said they would and immediately fixed the toilet. Our family has used Around The Clocking Plumbing several times over the years, and we would highly recommend them. As far as service providers go, this is one of the best.

I called Around The Clock Plumbing around 1:50pm on a Friday afternoon. About 2:30pm Tyler show up and was very professional and nice. He gave me quote before he started the job. Then went to his van got his tools and ladder went on the roof and clean out the kitchen drain. When he came in and checked the drain and wrote me an invoice and told me the warranty. And yes I would use them again.

First Review (after initial inspection - written 3/11/2012): I had a large wet spot in my front yard. The area kept getting larger and I was concerned about the cost and what might be causing the problem. I had a previous estimate starting at $155.00 just to dig up the yard and find the problem. Around The Clock Plumbing sent someone over immediately and he dug up the wet ground, found and fixed the leak. The price was $150.00 for the entire job. Second Review (after consideration and closer inspection - written 3/25/2012) I was experiencing a wet spot in my lawn. Apparently, there was leap in an underground pipe near the house. Around The Clock Plumbing came and fixed the problem. They responded quickly and did fix the leak. However, they left the lawn a mess. After digging to find the leak, they did not fill the hole back completely with dirt, and I had to fill in the hole myself. There were two PVC pipes sticking up, which had broken plastic caps placed on them Also, I did not get a clear explanation as what was the problem and how to avoid it in the future. I was left a written note, but the explanation was not clear to me. The note said I should avoid stepping on the lawn in that area.

We live on the side of a mountain therefore we use a water pump to maintain water pressure in our home. Somehow air is getting into the water line. Two men came to the house and ruled out a break in the line to the pump. They were unable to determine the problem and Authur came by that night to see if he could determine the problem. He was unable to determine the problem and recommended Lewters for information and assistance. Between the two visits the men were here over an hour. The charge was $0. They do not charge or collect payment when unable to resolve the problem.

Arthur, or any member of the Around The Clock Plumbing team for that matter would be welcome at my home anytime. It's hard to recommend a company any more than that, isn't it? Their rating on an ebay scale would be A+++++++++++.

Our Ceiling was leaking. He came in, assessed what was leaking (not a pipe), gave us recommendations on who to contact and left. Very professional, very friendly, very clean and orderly.

Called Around the Clock, and plumber was able to come the next day. Gave me a 20-minute call when they were on their way. Crew (2 guys) removed their shoes at the door to avoid tracking dirt/debris into the house. Were able to make both repairs in about two hours (including a trip to the hardware store).

I've used them for a long time. They call and let you know when they are going to be there. Their prices are better than everyone else and they do a good job.

This plumber stated at the outset what he believed the problem was, but still tried to clear the line for use. He went way above and beyond in his attempt to help me out, but still had to call in a locator and the city sewer dept. Turned out he was exactly correct in his initial guess. I am so pleased with this person's business integrity that I've decided to go ahead and pay him the full price that clearing the entire line would have cost since that's what he actually ended up doing. I'm soon replacing my entire in-house plumbing system so the line is already cleared and won't be necessary again. This is my plumber for life!!!

I called Around The Clock Plumbing at 8:00 AM and told them what I needed done. They told me they would get to me today and would call before they came. I received a call at 10:00 AM and they said they would be their in 15 minutes. They arrived within the 15 minutes. Immediately looked at the work to be done and gave me an estimate. The work was done immediately and professionally and within the estimate. They cleaned up before they left. I use Around The Clock Plumbing for all my plumbing requirements.
