Great! He showed up right away and able to clear the drain. He left no mess and was through in no time.

I was ankle deep in water. Around the Clock responded quickly. Turned off the old heater so I could have water and scheduled to come the next morning. Took out and disposed of the old heater. They got the new water heater, put it in and brought it up to code. We live in a very old house and there was no way to drain the water to the outside. They fixed all of that. Their techs are always nice, friendly and know their job. They are the only people I call with plumbing problems.

Woke up to sound of running water from a troublesome outside faucet. Based on A/L reviews, called Around the Clock Plumbing. Mr Arseneau answered (not an answering machine or v.m.).Told him the problem, he said employees were tied up on a job, it would be later in the afternoon. That was OK (leak was a gal./hr). 15 minutes later, Mr. Arseneau called back, was pulling an employee off a big job and would be at my place shortley.Twenty minutes, he arrived, looked at problem, quoted price before starting, replaced the worn out faucet (that I had fought with for years) thru the brick crawl space wall. Wonderful response, fair pricing, quality rapid work.

I asked a neighbor for the name of a good plumber. He said All Around the Clock had done a great job for him. I called and got a quick response. The company sent one of their employees. He stayed three hours to take care of all the problems. Some of the repairs were difficult because various pipes were corroded, rusted, and and quot;stuckand quot;. He found a way to fix each one. He was polite and professional. The charges were reasonable and in-line with the work performed. I highly recommend All Around the Clock.

They were able to solve my problem in less than two hrs after I called. He fixed my faucet and even walked me through on how to replace the faucets' washer next time if I ever need to. Professional and reasonably priced.

I called them at 5:00 in the evening and they were here in about an hour. Couldn't fix it that night but but stopped the water and isolated the problem. Returned with parts and finished the job the next day. Good service, reasonable price, problem solved just in time for my out of town guests!!!

We used the services of Around The Clock Plumbing last week. They fixed the tray in the kitchen sink that was leaking. They did a very nice job on that. We had a drip in our shower head spares and they fixed it. The problem is that the guy cut the dry wall. We already had a cut out in the dry wall from long ago but it was a rectangle that we can set back in. I didn't realize it until after he left but he cut an extra hole and it must have fallen through or something. Now I have a hole in my drywall. We are going to take the paper down anyway. Luckily it is behind the towel rod so when you walk in you don't see it. If you take the towel down to use them there is a little rectangular hole. I have to fix that. They didn't charge us for that but we had a side drip on a faucet in the kitchen too and he made it worse than better. It was two days actually. They came out the Friday before and then they came back on Monday. They couldn't get it all done. They were very polite. They were very nice. They were here for a long time, especially on the shower. I just wish that the guy would have told me about the hole. I didn't discover it until after he left. The shower doesn't drip anymore, that's a good thing. It was just kind of a surprise to find that little hole in the dry wall. They were very good about being out here. They were very polite and very nice. I don't know if I will use them again in the future because I am a little apprehensive because of the hole.

They were punctual for the start of work. They knew what they were doing. Everything went smoothly with the exception of the gas line. There was a lack of communication between the front office and the installer, but was corrected quickly and without issue. It was an all day job. They cleaned up the work area nicely an removed all boxes and debris. The system works great. Overall they did a very nice professional job at a reasonable price. I would use and recommend Around The Clock Plumbing for any other plumbing needs.

They came after I had a man ask for even more money to finish his job so I appreciate that but now I cant get them back to take care of the stall waterers they installed incorrectly. Arther had a new person do my plumbing and he took it on his own to plumb it the way he wanted to, to make it easier on him. Did not follow directions. Arther knows that and talked to the distributor about this. He repair two waterers after one started leaking. I have called him multiple times to come back because I have more that won't work now and he won't answer my calls or come back. If I do get him he says he is to busy. It is a bummer for him but I think he still should make the effect to repair them. No I will never use him again.

On an earlier visit they isolated where a leak was coming from (burst pipe) and fixed it promptly. They were very nice and professional. I have them on speed dial now!

Came home from work in the evening to find water leaking in the garage from a frozen pipe that burst. Called Around The Clock Plumbing and Arthur immediately dispatched a repairman, Patrick, to my house. Patrick called before coming, arrived promptly when he said he would, and fixed the broken pipe within 20 minutes. Total cost was just $105.00 ($85 for the service call + $20 parts). Very reasonable especially given this was after hours. Professional, courteous, prompt, and fixed the problem with no hidden charges or wasted time. Thank you Patrick! I highly recommend Around the Clock Plumbing and I would definitely use them again if needed.

We thought we had a plumbing leak from an upstairs bathroom. Around the Clock Plumbing investigated and thoroughly investigated, determining that there was no leak. They did not charge us for a service call nor for any time they spent looking for a leak.

Don the tech arrived on time and worked very hard from start to finish. Very professional and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He had my main repaired just before the sun went down and tested my house pressure for me to make sure the repair was good, I would use these guys over anyone for your plumbing needs.

The crew showed up a little later than expected but it wasn't a big deal and they were apologetic for the tardiness. The crew fixed the slow drains and the leaking toilet tank. The shower valve had to be replaced which needed a trip to the hardware store so it took some time for them to complete the job however this wasn't an issue for us since we were home for the day. We hadn't been able to specifically diagnose the issue before they arrived. The crew removed their shoes and cleaned up their mess. The owner, Arthur, was very polite over the phone. I plan on using them in the future for any additional plumbing needs.

They arrived just a few minutes later than the appointment time. He apologized for the delay and went right to work. Very professional and very nice. All the work was done in about an hour. They cleaned up all the mess. Everything looked great and even better, worked great. This makes twice we've used Around the Clock Plumbing and they are who I'll call the next time I need a plumber. Great. The serviceman that came, Don, was prompt (early) and very professional. While he chatted with me while working he never stopped working. What we thought would be a simple repair job turned into a replacement on one of our badly leaking hose bibs. So Don did have to leave to get a replacement part because he had used the unplanned repair part on a previous job. He had to crawl under the house multiple times (65' from hatch to hose bib) because the original hose bib was very challenging to remove. The replaced bib look like it has always been there and in fact looks better than the original work. Price was very reasonable. Work was done efficiently and neatly.

My husband was replacing a valve under the sink and a 20 year old piece of PVC pipe cracked and broke. As it was a Saturday, we had no choice but to call a plumber and be at the mercy of after hours fees. We ran across Around the Clock and we thrilled to know that they could be out in an hour or two as they were on another call. They called when they were on their way and as promised, and were here within that time frame. Arthur was professional, did the work required, waited the 30 minutes for the glue to dry and then determined the leak was repaired. The and quot;bonusand quot; in all of this is that there was no additional fee for after hours work. As well, there was no additional fee for and quot;travelingand quot; out this far (we live a 1/4 mile shy of the Tennessee state line!) We were so thankful for a job well done and an excellent price. The Service Technician showed up on time. He took a look at our flooding problem and was able to diagnose and give an estamate within 10 minutes. The price was a lot lower than I expected. I agreed for him to do the work. I like to watch when work is being done on my house and he was able to answer my questions and fix the broken pipe and water regulator with no problems. He also show me why this happened and how to prevent it from happening in the future. I give him an A+ for he quick work and professional service. I will be using this company for all my future plumbing needs.

Shower head was replaced quickly and efficiently. Leak is gone!

Mark, the plumber called me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He arrived at the appt time. He answered my questions about water damage; then replaced the fill valve, flapper and supply to avoid repeat trouble. Very professional.

It is hard to find a good plumber these days and I have finally found one that I will be reusing and recommending to others. The owner (Arthur) came last week to give me a quote for running a new 3/4and quot; Schedule 40 PVC water line for 125 feet to our house, installing a new shutoff valve, and new pressure regulator. This job required two trips; one to run the new water line and another to connect the water line to the meter (Harvest Water would not install the meter until the line was laid). I saved some money and time by renting a trencher and trenching myself. Once approval was granted from Harvest Water, I called up Arthur to start the job and he had me on the books the following day. All of the plumbers on the job were very professional and polite. Turnaround time was very impressive and I will definitely use them again the future.

It was about 7:30 at night and all of the toilets in our house were backing up and would not go down or flush. We looked on Angie's list and found this company, called and he came right out and fixed our problem for a very reasonable price. We were very impressed with the service and the price, especially being after hours. We will definitely use this company again!

It went great. It was a Saturday night and we couldn't turn the water back on. We joined Angie's List and called a plumber. He came and fixed the plumbing and installed the new shower assembly and charged us a reasonable fee. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Around The Clock Plumbing.
