Advanced Roofing answered my call about a leak in my ceiling. They came out in a day or two and identified the problem. I needed to have my insurance come out there before work could start, and Billy installed a boot over the leak to tie me over (for free). They worked with me through the payment issues with the bank, too. They installed the roof in a day and had someone come out to check on the quality of the work the next week. Cannot recommend them enough.

If you are like me - you are looking for value! Brandon had his team install a roof a few years ago. I needed a gutter guard system installed and simply reached out to them just to see if they did that sort of thing. Thankfully, I called them before I went with a different installer! Those guys do great work and their prices are competitive. The crew showed up when expected and completed the gutter guard installation with minimum disruption! Appreciate their professionalism and quality of work! Hard to find these days! JOE

Robert (Advanced Roofing & Construction) worked with USAA to get my insurance to cover a big portion of the work. USAA had turned me down several times for, in my opinion, ridiculous reasons. His knowledge of roofing/Construction and his ability to work with our insurance adjuster was great. Not only did he do what he said he would do, he did it on time and was very responsive and professional. I would recommend this Company with confidence.

The overall experience went very well. From the initial inspection, through the job(s), and follow up all of our questions were answered, terms and conditions met, we had no real issues. As in any job there were minor things like having to change dates due to product delay or lateness due to traffic accidents; but those are typical for any job or service. What I was most pleased about was the contact I received after the first hail storm in 2017 (3/17). Our roof had only been in place for 5 months. Robert Long (roofer) contacted me and asked to make an appt to come and see if there was any damage and asked me to send out a message on our community contact webpage offering to come and re-inspect anyone's roofs that had recently been installed. (There was nothing amiss, but we certainly appreciated the added follow up) The only negative thing that occurred was that a subcontractor quit before part of a job was completed, but Robert was able to get another sub onboard that same day so there was no negative effect overall.

After missing the first appointment, I tried unsuccessfully to get in touch with Brandon Foote and Robert Long. Later that morning after the adjuster had left, Brandon returned my call. I explained failing to show up and not contacting me was unacceptable and he said it would not happen again. So I rescheduled the appointment for 1-4-16 and spoke to Brandon, gave him the adjusters name and phone number and he said they would be there. Well needless to say they were not, did not call, no notification at all!!! The insurance adjuster also stated he did not find anything wrong with the roof? So my advice is to run far away from this "company"

It went well from beginning to end. They were prompt with their appointments and did what they said they trp. Things were done in a professional manner and they cleaned up after themselves. They coordinated everything with our insurance company. We would gladly use them again.

Our roof, gutters, gutter guards, and some outdoor lighting was damaged by a hail storm. This contractor was recommended by a friend who had a roof replaced and was very satisfied with the service. Contractor was very responsive and helpful. He continually checked to insure all aspects of the job were satisfactorily completed. He helped with the insurance paperwork and also worked with the insurance adjuster. The contractor worked with us from the beginning by bringing roof color samples and even placing them on the roof so we could see what color we liked. Robert from Advanced Roofing and Construction made the whole process of replacing our roof, gutters, gutter guards, and our outdoor lights an easy endeavor. The job was completed in a timely manner and all debris was removed. They also had a magnet to insure all nails were removed. We were very happy with the results and would highly recommend Advanced Roofing and Construction.

We had a very nice experience with Robert and their team at Advanced Roofing & Construction from beginning to end. The roofing was high quailty, and roofers always left areas neat and they were quick, took a little over a day to tear off roof and install the new one. Their crew that installed screen and their painter for garage-ceiling were thorough and left our home clean too. We requested a thicker/darker screen and they found the one we wanted. All the team was professional and we would highly recommend them to anyone and we would definitely use them again. Overal excellent experience with our home-projects.

When i was approached by Robert Long, I thought that there was nothing he could do to be the mediator with the insurance company to get the hail/storm damage claim approved. Boy was I wrong. This guy is the go to for anyone who is exasperated with dealing the the insurance folks. He sat me down and explained the ins and outs and what he could do to help. This guy knows the ropes. I had been declined 2 times previously when calling for an adjuster. Robert met with the adjuster and showed not only the hail damage to the roof, but also the DINGS in the gutters proving that there was in fact damage. If the insurance knowledge of Robert wasn't enough, he orchestrated the entire project to put a new roof, gutters and interior ceiling repair. He explained each step of the way and never failed to do exactly what he promised. The roofing job was completed in 1 day - not 1 day of prep, 1 day of installation and another for cleanup, but everything! It was clean as a whistle when he finished the roof. For the gutters, we thought the color was white when they were in fact a gray to match the rest of the trim. He had his folks come back to make sure we got the perfect match - and he did! The ceiling repair and painting was done quickly with very little impact to the furnishings since they had EVERY square inch of the furnishings covered by plastic. Robert ensured the entire project was completed to my satisfaction. He even "forced" me to drive around and talk to others in the neighborhood who he had completed jobs for. Everyone had extremely glowing responses to his work. If you have damage, or think that you have damage, TALK TO THIS COMPANY!!! He easily met and exceeded every possible expectation I could have had. I'm proud to be the first to review on Angie's List. I would hire him to do any job because I can trust him!
