Brandon Walker did a great job explaining the whole process of getting a new roof and gutter system. He was thorough explaining about the different payment options. They put the roof on in one day and cleaned up nicely. We received text messages on time about the different steps throughout the process. Overall, they did a great Job! I would highly recommend them.

Making an inspection appointment was very easy, and the inspection happened quickly. I was not prepared for the information about maintenance needs for metal roofing. Nobody tells you metal roofing requires maintenance when they sell it to you. So all the photos and information was vitally important. With that information, we made a well informed decision to get our surprised maintenance done asap. It took some time for our supplies that were ordered to arrive, which doesn't surprise me at all with our wonky home. Once everything was in, the job was scheduled and completed in 2 days. The difference between the minimal materials that were on the roof, and the materials being installed was a HUGE impact. We feel like our roof is definitely secure now. Local businesses are always the best way to go. They know the weather for the area, and how to keep your roof operational for many years. Highly recommend this company. They are our go-to for all things roof related.

While I was interviewing roofing contractors to reroof my hail damaged roofs, my son mentioned that I should also consider meeting with Advanced Roofing and Construction, based on his recent experience with them, and I am glad that I did, for the reasons that follow. I highly recommend Advanced Roofing & Construction for the excellent job they did on the replacement of my hail damaged home and standalone garage roofs. In particular, I commend them for their knowledge and expertise related to the requirements and process to achieve a Fortified High Wind & Hail Impact Resistant roof meeting Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) standards. Having this certification allowed me to obtain a significant reduction on my Home Owners Insurance policy. Working with Advanced Roofing was much easier than I expected, considering the specialized nature of the High Wind & Hail Resistant asphalt roofs they installed. The Owner was very involved in the process for the more complicated aspects, and he gave me a good comfort level that he and his team knew what they were doing and how they would meet IBHS Fortified Roof requirements. Another aspect of this project that I very much liked, was not having to turn-off my A/C during the reroofing process, as other roofing contractors required, using Advanced Roofing’s innovative approach. Considering the unusually hot summer we experienced, this was a huge blessing. Onsite supervision of the work crews and work processes were essential to me. I did not have to involve myself directly with the roofers, as I had seen with my neighbors and their roofing contractors. The onsite supervision was excellent and very responsive to my concerns. They kept my yard (worksite), safe and clean. My questions and comments were followed-up and followed-through in a timely manner. The entire work process was well organized and the work teams were very professional and courteous throughout the reroofing process. They cleaned up the work debris concurrent with the deroofing and reroofing processes and ran magnets throughout the work area to retrieve nails and screws and other metal debris ongoing throughout the project. Sean came out in the cold and performed a thorough inspection of the attic and roof. Within a couple of days I was provided with a detailed description of the repairs that were needed and an itemized estimate of the costs. If we purchase the home, we will certainly use Advanced to do the repairs. They are professional, prompt and reliable. Thanks guys.

What a fantastic roofing company! John Pugh/Project Manager, was so professional, courteous, and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We were so impressed with how each item of the roof replacement was written and conveyed directly to our insurance company. The job only took a day and a half and we were so pleased with how well the workers cleaned up our front and back yards. We highly recommend Advanced Roofing & Construction to anyone needing a roof repaired or replaced. Total professionals from start to finish!

Amazing! Brandon and his crew came out, assessed what I needed, Installed the gutters which cosmetically look incredible. They also suggested rain-chains which I ordered separately and later they came to install and they look amazing! I’ve already submitted their contact info to a few neighbors that dropped by to ask about them.

Brandon was very responsive. He showed up when he was scheduled for the estimate. Looked at the leak/work which also required replacing a portion of sheathing. His quote was very reasonable. He emailed several times to keep us informed of the scheduled work. All of his workers were professional and nice. I would definitely use Advanced Roofing again. The process went quite well from beginning to end. Robert was very knowledgeable about the claims process and did all the legwork. He was punctual, responded to all queries quickly, and kept me informed every step of the way. The roofing crew was friendly and professional, worked quickly and diligently, and did a thorough clean-up after the job was finished. The crew completely removed and replaced a 4500 square foot roof with numerous high-pitched gables in only two days. I highly recommend Advanced Roofing and Construction.

Our neighborhood had received severe wind damages. The wind caused major damages to our roof, fence and siding. Went really well. Completed job in two days. There were a couple of missed things. When I called about them there was no hassle and the team came back out and made everything perfect.
