He was able to resolve the issue, and was very helpful. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional.

Everything was fine. The guy did good work. He cleaned up. It was an half hour job and they charged me $250. It seemed a quite high price for me. I would use them in the future.

Well everything did take a little longer than expected but for the quality of work I got, the results were worth the wait. After about 3 days however I began having electrical problems in my bedroom that had never happened before. But Mr. Electric held true to their guarantee and fixed the problem. Overall this was a Good experience and I will definitely use Mr. Electric again especially when I want the job done right & warrantied.

Everything works, no mess left behind, on time, on cost as agreed beforehand. Great experience and would recommend using them again.

I had flood lights go out a couple of years ago. I called them in, and they took a look at it. They said squirrels had eaten some of the wires, so the wiring would have to be fixed. They quoted me for $2700. I was talking to my friend about it, and he sent his electrician down here. The guy looked around and said it was going to be expensive. I asked him what the price would be, and he said that it would be at least $300. He finished the job up in about a half day. This contractor is no longer welcome on my property. I thought they were professional, prompt, and speedy when they came. A week later, I had the work done for a tenth of the price.

I felt that the work was a little pricey. The first guy got in a rush and had some of the work backwards. They came back to make good on it right away. They also called to follow up and make sure we were happy.

The technician was called out to run a 220 line in the garage. Process was too involved therefore the cost was prohibitive for my particular need. Tech offered a free survey of electrical service within the house, this was not a search to find something to repair that was questionable just to raise the service cost. We found a loose breaker that was weak and would cause possible serious problems. Tech was very professional.

The person in the office was very professional, and the Electrician who came to my house was extremely punctual and professional. They have a book with their prices listed, and they have one price for the first task that they perform, and a lower price if this is an additional task. They also have a lower price if you become a "Member" ... you can pay $89 to become a member and then you get discounts on their services, and on the services of a few other companies. I decided not to use them because I don't want to join their little group in order to get the best price for my one job ... the difference between the regular price and the Membership price was pretty big, so to me that says that they're not willing to give me a reasonable price for their services unless I pay that $89. Just give me an old-fashioned Electrician who will give me an honest price, thank you.

The Mr. Electric electrician arrived at my house, rang the door and and when I answered it he'd placed a big, colorful "Mr. Electric" doormat in front of my door. This amused me but also made me a little nervous about what was to come. However, he diagnosed the problem using some kind of meter device within a half hour and then gave me the estimate to repair the problem. He ended up replacing mutlple plugins which has shorted out due to the water damage. The final charge was exactly as estimated. He ended up spending about an hour and a half on the job. I price seemed a little high but the work was done efficiently and professionally and the response time was within a couple of hours of making the call for service. By the way, when he left, the electrician forgot to take his "Mr. Electric" doormat. I called the company to advise them about the left behind mat, but so far no one has picked it up. I still have the ugly mat by my front door.

We're very happy with the work they did, and we plan to use them for our future electrical needs.

Technician was great. Very professional. Technician came for an estimate and was able to do the work right then.

I had them out a few times. They give great service and they are always punctual.

He took off the panel cover and showed me some things that needed to be done. Checked the ground outside for the panel. DId not charge a service fee but for $200 and 45 minutes of work the service fee was in the ending price. Technician did not seem happy in his job. His uniform was in less than Satisfactory condition. He did not have protection on his feet until he went outside and came back in.

I made the appointment approximately one week before the work was done. The technician (Mr. Kevin Philpott) arrived at 10:00 am on the appointed day and was finished with the work by noon the same day. Inside my house he wore shoe covers to protect my floors. While working on the indoor air handler of my heat pump he discovered black mold growing near the blower. As a favor to me, he removed the mold using a Clorox solution I provided. The only fault I noted was that the technician failed to restore my heat pump circuit at the breaker box before departing.

He was good, very neat and on time. I found him to be helpful and he went above and beyond what I needed done. I will consider him for future projects in the future.

They had good ratings and reviews on the list. I called them and got some a little more information and I felt confident going with this particular electrician. They came in and told me what I needed, gave me an estimate. They also offer other services as well.

Everything went well. They have a set price list, so there are no suprises for the final charge. They did charge extra for the Sunday service, but it was not outrageous. They did a very good job and I would use them again.

Zac was very professional and pleasant. He arrived when they said he would and provided us with an estimate of the job before he began. He placed an extra door mat outside of our door and put on shoe covers whenever he was in the house. He had to order four of the replacement covers, but they arrived within a few days, and he returned to install them. The job cost more than we would like it to have cost, but we wanted it done and we were happy with the customer service. We plan on using them again in the future.

They were recommended to me by a neighbor. I called them and they came out and fixed the fans in roof vents. They came when said they would. They were friendly and efficient and did what they had to do.

The experience was good. They did the job and they were on time. Their price was a little high, but not too bad. The guy that did the work was willing to negotiate with me and he lowered the price for the service because our job did not fall into one of their specific price categories. I appreciated his willingness to do this.
