Excellent work! We would hire him again in a heartbeat. Joel was easy to talk to, discussed all aspects of our project with us in detail, and was very responsive to our needs. Costs came out higher than expected but this was only because we received additional services/repairs that were not expected and estimated up front. Overall excellent experience! Highly recommended!!

I can't really say enough how pleased I am with the job Mr. Rhodes did at my home. I had several estimates and was impressed immediately with our initial meeting. Mr.Rhodes was detail oriented and quick to point out existing problems and fixes ( there were many). There was much plant overgrowth against the house . After a month of waiting for my lawn service to remove the growth they failed. Mr. Rhodes took care of it as it was just part of the job (even hauled it off). Between gutter failure and pecking birds many areas of siding had become rotten and was replaced with meticulous care to sealing and caulking. He primed and painted the whole house. It looks wonderful now. He replaced my old and dangerous deck with a beautiful quality deck and instructed me how to care for it for future years. He completed the job by cleaning my roof and gutters. I might add too that his prices were very reasonable and lower than other estimates. Would I recommend and hire his company again? You bet !! Thank you Mr. Rhodes and all your crew.

I originally contracted Joel to build a fence at my new house. He was punctual and very friendly. After discussing the layout, he pointed out a couple of potential problems in my original design that no other builder did. Others were content to build what I (a layman when it comes to fences) thought would be a good design but was actually going to cause problems later. Joel explained what the problems would be and why, and then suggested a slightly different approach. He showed up on time and had the fence completed within the given time frame. During our conversations, I learned that Joel also did general house repairs. I was getting my old house ready to sell, and asked him to give me some bids on things that I knew needed to be fixed. Joel came in under other contractors in both time and price. After the inspection came back, only minor things needed attention and Joel was able to take care of those as well. He has a laid back attitude that is comforting and is without the "superiority" complex I've seen in other contractors. Whenever I have a repair that needs to be made to my house, Joel is the first person I'll call.

Joel came out to give us an estimate on a privacy fence. He was very personable and helpful, staying over an hour to review the site and answer many questions. In the end we decided not to use Joel, but it was not an easy choice. I would definitely consider using Joel on future projects.

Mr. Rhodes conducts a low-overhead business, that impresses mainly in both the quality of the service and product supplied. 36 hours after contacting him, Mr. Rhodes arranged for an estimate on a Saturday afternoon. I was happy that he was able to adjust to my schedule for the estimate. He provided a very competitive estimate, the lowest of 3 estimates sought. Our backyard is small, sloped and has some weird aspects including a deck, a stone patio and table area, and a driveway that juts out into the backyard, forming a wall that's about 3' tall. Mr. Rhodes provided fantastic advice about how to incorporate the right elements of the backyard within the fence. He and his crew went to work within a week of providing the estimate, and though it took him a couple of days longer than expected, I was very pleased with the outcome. Also, concerning the extra few days, he and his crew were hard at work during the entire time, it was really a non-issue. Overall I was very pleased with the work from beginning to end, the quality of the end product, the professional attitude and focus of Mr. Rhodes and his crew and the very good value.

They were very responsive to our inquiries, unlike other businesses we called to install screened porch. Highly recommend them and we will use them again for general contract work.

Joel Rhodes did a great job for us. We had several setbacks due to bad weather, but he flexed to keep the job on track, and once the work started he and his crew pushed through to finish it in a timely manner. I specified metal posts, and he worked to find the right solution for what I wanted. He also has an eye for detail, and took the time to make sure the individual boards were nicely cut to fit around various portions of the metal hardware in the corners. We had the back fence boards facing in, and the sides facing out, and he made sure it transitioned very neatly at the corners. He was quick to respond to my phone calls and texts, and personally worked on the job to make sure things were in order. Hard-working guy running an honest local business who thinks about the needs of his customers first. I'll be using him again in the future.

The experience was real good. He gave me a price and I accepted it. He started the next day and was done. He was done the same day and he did a good job. I had other bids and they were way off compared to what he offered me.

We were traveling out of the country for a week when the work began. Except for rainy days, Mr Rhodes was hard at work and we received updates and photos from our pet sitter. The fence was completed a few days after our return, with Mr. Rhodes working a full Saturday to complete the project. The 6' fence follows the contours of our yard and provides a beautiful backdrop for our flowering plants . We are more that pleased with the work, professionalism and cost provided my Mr. Rhodes.
