The gutter protectors are high quality BUT this company was very expensive. Salesman very pushy and I felt pushed to make a decision.

The fellows were excellent and knew what they were doing. Couldn't have been any better.

This wasn't the lowest bid, but I liked the product, and they were able to complete the work the next afternoon.

I had a little trouble with my experience but HomeCraft responded and made things right. They stand behind their work. I'd probably hire them again.

Sales person was good but follow up and contractor used on the job were less then satisfying. The job wasn't completed to the contract. HomeCraft uses sub contractors. I would shop for better options next time.

The work was done well and they were nice guys, but they didn’t clean up after they were done very good. There were nails and debris everywhere they didn’t clean up. With children and pets this is a concern.

I wouldn t let them install gutters on a dog house. I called while they were still here and never received a call back. Didn t want water running under my house. I had to go to Lowes and buy the end pieces to direct the water away from the house.

Great work. I probably paid about 10 - 15 % too much. They gave a price, I countered with a lower offer and they accepted it. I just did not ask for enough of a discount. I paid about $6.75 per foot for 6 inch aluminum gutters (not 5 inch) and the larger capacity downspouts. Downspouts were charged at the same "per foot" price as the gutters and they can surely be itemized as a separate line item and negotiated down to a much lower price. Excellent work but on my next rental house job, I'll have a little better pricing !

THEY NEVER SHOWED THE FIRST APPOINTMENT AND THEN THE SECOND ONE i CALLED TO CANCEL INSTALL BUT THEY SHOWED UP AND DID A GREAT JOB. CLEANED UP NICE. INSTALLER WAS ANTONIO AND HE WAS GOOD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

they didn't show up for the original installation appointment - I had to call the salesman to find out what was going on, then I had to call the installation manager. but they showed up as expected for the 2nd appointment and did a good job.

The salesman was very professional, he went over everything with us. The installer was professional as well. The gutter looks, and works great.

My only complaint would be that they did not get all of the old nails from the old gutters up in the parking lot. I did that. They also used one piece of unprimed fascia board. Overall their work was very good and carries an outstanding warranty.

all the folks were great. J.P. was a fantastic salesman. Brad was very friendly and kept us well informed. The gutters look great.

Pricey but they sell the best product available at this time. No followup after installation to inspect work and to see if customer is happy.

Cameron, our sales guy, was very courteous and thorough. The crew that actually did our job was very professional and did a great job.

Work completed in one day. Crew did not clean up debris from old gutters and I am finding old gutter brackets in yard along with new screws and cut aluminum from new gutters. Gutters look good and perform well.

They showed up a bit earlier than expected, they were fast and proficient in their work, cleaned up after they were done and did an overall fantastic job on the new gutters and downspouts that they installed. We will use them again if we need more work done in the future. Update: The gutters that were installed are leaking, the company has insured us they would send someone out to fix the leaking on the gutters, since it has rained ALL 4 gutters are now leaking more. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
