Josh was great to work with on the quote. Work was completed within a couple of days and the installation was of high quality. So far has held up well to some heavy rain storms.

I was very pleased with the work. I just don't know if I paid a reasonable price for what I got. I don't think I have any paperwork showing what I paid for the project. I'm rating customer service at 1 out of 5 because of that lack of paperwork.

The gutter guards are a great addition to my house. The problem I have is that they said they were going to re-seal the gutters and add bracing. They sent a two-man crew over about two hours before dark. Because it was so late in the day these guys worked quickly to get as far along as they could. They cleaned out the gutters and immediately started installing the gutter guards which worked well in the dark. They eventually had to stop because it got black and dark. I stayed outside the whole time. They never applied any sealant or added any extra bracing. They came back the next day to finish up. The workmen did not speak any English so to communicate, I used a translator app on my phone. I contacted Homecraft, and they assured me that the crew sealed and braced the gutters. They sent me photos from another job showing compliance. The shingle colors do not match. Before the guys left I got the workmen to send me the photos of the job that they took. Those other pictures were t there. That is just a lie.

This young man was very professional in explaining to me exactly what I was going to receive for the value of my money. I appreciated his time and effort. I highly recommend using this young man Blomstedt for review of your home.

Lesson learned - never deal with an out of state contractor. I had two problems with the gutter installation (damaged vinyl siding and downspout on the wrong side) and I have been trying to have the production manager call me about getting these fixed. I have called the customer service number at least 4 times and the ladies keep telling me that they have notified the PM but have never heard from him. I also sent pictures showing the problem (the e-mail account is **homecraft reputation**, which is pretty amazing because they do not seem to care about their reputation) and in the last e-mail, the lady assured me that she notified the PM and her supervisor.

This was the worst experience of my life. I signed the contract for installation. There were scheduled to come on Friday and they were a no call... no nothing. When I finally got in touch with someone they apologized and promised to make it right! They scheduled me a week later. Which I thought was ridiculous. Well on Friday guess what no show and the Birmingham manager ignored my calls. I still did not get them installed and no one has contacted me yet!

They do not answer the phone. They told me they would be here on a Tuesday but showed up on Friday. I had to call them all the time to find out when they were coming next. They told me **the next day** on 3 different occasions. They wanted more money for the job, said the consultant **didnt add this and that for the job**, and lastly, needed more wood...

Estimate was quick and easy. Install was just a few days later. Only took one day, and the installation crew hauled off the old gutters and cleaned up very well after the job. I am very pleased with the company and the work done.

They are pulling a scam. They request money up front but never finish the job. They are over price .

I got a free estimate and they were able to set up the installation on the following week. Would have given them 5 stars but the original contract said they would install 2 rain barrels along with the gutters and gutter guards but they never installed the barrels. So we took care of fixing that issue ourselves. Other than that, they did a great job.

High-pressure sales tactics arent a deal-breaker when they offer the lowest price; but the gutters need some warranty-covered work about a month later and I CANNOT get anyone from the company on the phone. After calling once a week each week with little to no response (and leaving several voicemail messages), I can't recommend this company to anyone (unless I do not like them). Go to a different company that will actually pick up the phone.

Easy process, nice crew, and salesman.

My only complaint is their failure to follow up by providing documentation of warranty. I made several requests and have not received material.

We are very happy with our new gutters. We especially appreciated them after all that rain yesterday, They did professional job in a timely manner. Would recommend.

We had to replace Gutter Topper guards because they were falling out and warping the singles. HomeCraft gutter guards are clearly superior, probably the best available. The installation was speedy and professionally executed.

We have some issues that are still pending. The gutter extends past the corner of the house. It does look right. The gutter is too long. We are in the process of resolving this at the present time.
