I was very satisfied with the project starting with the Salesman who noticed that my type of roof needed a 6" gutter Vs. 5. The men came on time. Their spokesman was happy to detail the job to be completed. They worked quickly and efficiently and I was pleased that they showed me photos of the finished work. I'd be happy to recommend them!

Excellent quality of gutters & guards.

Original scheduled appointment had to be rescheduled to due unexpected issue. Rescheduled for four days later. Workers arrived on time but provided slow and unacceptable quality of work during about three and a half hours time. Workers called it a day shortly after 5 pm without completing contracted work. I called office and they had to schedule follow-up the next day by a different contractor. After the shoddy work from the prior day, thankfully the shoddy work was removed and replaced and the other contracted work was completed successfully. So overall, I have mixed emotions about the whole process and performance.

I had been approved for the project rounded off to 3300 to replace 50 feet of gutters, etc... The contractors came to start on the project but did not start because the replacement gutters was 5 inches and my gutters was 6 inches and the facial boards would only be replaced if the wood was not bad rather than automatic replace all facial boards... because the facial boards not straight all of them would have to be replaced...Remington Foss the salesman called informing me they would honor the project with with 6 inch gutters and replace all the facial boards... I told him I did not want to get the work done now and would they honor my contract for a year like I was told they would when he wrote up the original contract. He told me he would check on it and never got back with me. I was very disappointed because I wanted to think about the project to make sure I was not being treated unfairly

Installers did a good job. were very friendly. they did a couple of small repairs that were not in the contract.

Team arrived a bit later than expected but went straight to work and job was completed pretty fast. Team was very professsional.

Showed up when they said they would and got the job done.

Representative, Larry, came to my home. Pleasant experience - explained process - what color was closest to existing - what type of sealant would be used - how far apart & length size screws/or nails would be used. An appointment was made for the work to be done w/in a week. Best of all -- NO SUBCONTRACTOR!!!

Patrick did a great job not just explaining but also showing how their guards were different from the others.. He was honest, and through. It was like I was talking to a neighbor and not a sales person which I appreciated. He was up front about the range in prices and although higher initially than what I expected it to be, we were able to negotiate a price and payment terms that enabled me to get the job done. I was able to get them installed super fast and the clean up job by the installer was great. They were hard working and got the job done on time as promised. When they left, you hardly would have known they had been there. Now just waiting for some more rain so that we can really see how well the guards perform as compared to my old ones..

My only, small complaint is they showed up on a Saturday morning unannounced. Workers did an excellent job. Highest quality materials. No more water and drainage problems.

The person who was sent to my home has a felony conviction in Florida. I gave this person my financial information. Home Advisor only checks the background of the business owners. The work was okay, but not what was presented at the time my money was taken. I requested someone to look over the work, but got no follow up.

BUYER BEWARE!! Don't let this company give you there little yellow sheet with items checked they are going to do . Ask for a itemized sheet with all the prices for products they are going to use. You really need to see how much you are really paying for their services not just let them start with a high prices and go down to a lower price with their so called deductions. I didn't, and hindsight is 20/20 I wish I had now. Don't make the same mistake I did. If they are working in good faith they shouldn't mind doing this. I'll never have anyone else do anything for me without knowing exactly what I'm paying for everything. Don't just take their word for it. And don't let them intimidate you in to signing any papers before your absolutely sure its what you want to do. Always get at least 3 estimates. I didn't and now I regret it. It's too late for me but not for you. I'm sorry but I can't in all fairness recommend this company to anyone

The estimater was kind and considerite and knew his product also was able to explain other company downfalls about their products. They were all ontime and the installer was fantastic did a great job!!!! Even had to work in the rain and no complaints from him!!!!

Very aggressive sales manager - felt pressured into signing contract. Install was guards on existing gutters. The original estimate was double their final offer. Was told install would be 02-26 so I took the day off to be home and found out they started on 02-25 and would not finish the job until 02-28. Took a look at the partial job that was done so far and have not been very impressed. Shingles do not appear uniform around guards and the end caps are cut and open not closed off like the salesperson stated.

Negotiate price!

They did a good job,but it was overpriced.
