The company was in contact with me every step of the way. I've been struggling to get my gutter repaired all Summer. Other companies that didn't call me back and/or didn't show up on the day they scheduled the job! HomeCraft is a great product with great customer service to back it up.

Had leaf guards installed. Service Tech was an hour late. He had problems with his cutting tools, which caused the install to take twice the time. I also had to clean up screws and screen left behind. The real test of this product will be after the fall season.

HomeCraft installers were on time,did quality work & they were very professional. They added additional sofit to my carport that I was very please with & they also added a piece on my roof that I needed to turn the water into the gutters. The only problem I had with them is that I had asked for nothing to be attached to my new roof, they said it wasn't attached. They didn't communicate with me before they put the piece on the roof, even though they said I needed it I didn't like it. I thought it could have been done differently because it look like something that was just left on the roof. I addressed it with them but they said I needed it so I guess I'll just have to get used to it being there. I just wish they had asked before they put it up. Other than that I was pleased with their work & would recommend them.

Of course it hasn't rained yet...But the installers were very professional, polite and friendly. They cleaned up after the installation. Even went back and straightened out the flower beds where they had to place the ladders. We were very pleased with them.

HomeCraft did an outstanding job repairing and installing new gutters with their unique leaf guard system. Pete did a thorough walk through about the product, installation and pricing. The crew completed the job and cleaned up quickly. Great to work with.

I just needed to clean and replace a section of the gutter. Ended up with a gutter protection system. The system is great- probably best in the industry. However, it is definitely overpriced, and company apparently does not have good practices for the employees. The crew- 4 very young inexperienced latino guys, did not have any protection- no gloves, no masks, no googles- picking the dirt from the gutter with bare hands and dumping on the ground. Left a mess around the house. They were not even planning to wash the gutters inside before installation of protection. I insisted and gave them the hose. The ladder they used without roof legs, propping it to the gutter- bad thing! not as promised. When signing the contract I thought they ll replace actual gutters as well. They did not; just a section which was real bad, and leaking. Nobody from actual company showed up to inspect the work. No pictures taken by the actual company, no follow up visit. Although, the salesman was great explaining the system, and very knowledgable and trustworthy. Implementation and Customer service- very pour. Disappointed. Think twice, negotiate more, and remember- once the job is done- they ll disappear and never follow up.

The company was very professional. The crew came out and did a terrific job in installing them. So far, very pleased.

Excellent product, likely the best on the market. Timely response, gutter protection was fully installed ~48 hours after initial call. Done well, took before & after pics. Even went out of their way to reseal gutter seams where they had worn. This is a premium product, so the price reflects that. 40 year transferable warranty, lifetime clean gutter guarantee, etc. Would purchase again, but may negotiate down another 15% on price.

HomeCraft can out the next day and did a very good job with new 6" Gutters and stainless steel gutter screens.

Good service

Over priced for the amount of time and work done. Service man did quality work but I was charged $1047.00 for 3 and 1/2 hours. This was only to clean gutters which were cleaned not too long ago and not that dirty. The main reason I wanted work done was to install a downspout. When finished the down spout was pointed in the opposite direction from where I needed it. I had specifically told him were to position it and also told the original woman I first spoke to. He did not even have the correct supplies and had to go get them. If feel total manipulated with this company as she keep telling me I could get discounts for certain things. The main one being If I booked now she would give me a discount. Also if I paid now and if I let them schedule I could get additional discounts. As soon as I agreed to one discount she had another one for me. I so caught up with these discounts I was not paying attention to how much I was paying. I feel this company is dishonest. One discount I got was for allowing them to put a sign in the yard. Well after she left. I read the sign it was not for gutter repair it was for their gutter protection product . It looked as though I had purchased this product which I did not do. Also if you work out the money it amounts to hundreds of dollar an hour. I spoke to the company but they would not take responsibility for overcharging me . When I had HEP for about the same work and time they only charged about $400.00. I am very upset.

Very professional. Showed up on time and the two workers were thorough in what they did. The only thing I had to do was gather the debris that they removed from the gutters.

I just received a credit for the second $5,452. charge to my Visa. I have not received an apology or an explanation after 6 days of attempting to ask questions and get my money back. I just got the guards on my existing gutters. The installers did a good job.

After searching what was available on the market, I chose what I believe is the very best product and the installation crew went above and beyond in providing a professional installation! GREAT JOB!
