They don'tt stand behind their word. Take your money and run, poor business practices. They installed the correct color gutters, installed the wrong color gutter guard. Now no one will correct the problem.

STAY AWAY! Salesman 5 stars, installation 2 stars, and customer service 0 stars. Ryan (salesman) gave a great overview of the product features and advantages over competitor products. What really sold me was this, the prompt, professional installation, superior customer service, and warranty (1 year for labor and 40 years for product). Sadly my experience after working with Ryan has been anything but professional. The installation crew arrived the next day and & finished the work. I can say, they did do a great job replacing a good portion of rotted wood, but they appeared to have rushed on the rest of the job. After they were done, I took to the skies and snagged these images of the installation. Overall I thought it looked good, but some spots were troubling.Now when dealing with any product, no matter how superior it is, if it isn't installed correctly, you will not get the expected results. For example, if you don't tighten all the lug nuts on your wheels, they will wobble and over time the tread will wear out and now you need all new tires. As the images show, a number of the seams are current elevated, not flush, which will inevitably cause leaves and debris to become stuck and clog my gutters. Exactly what the product was supposed to prevent from happening. I will say, it was a hot day when the installation was done and I know that no one is perfect, so I figure, great, now I can lean on that superior customer service I was promised, they will probably be out quick. Boy was that wrong. After calling customer service (Casey), I was able to get someone to come review the work about 3 days later. Upon this review the associate said "the prior crew did about an 80% job, I am off today but we can get another crew out the following Monday to finish this up for you." Again, I thought great and thankfully no rain was expected. Monday rolls around and the crew never shows up. Not even a call to let me know. I call customer service (Casey) again and she tells me "she will personally take care of it and call me back." Never called back. So I waited until the afternoon the next day, in case she was busy since I know I have had days like that, and I call back again. I was told by Casey."I talked to the production manager and some will be out there tomorrow from 9 am to 11 am." Drum roll..... You guessed it, the next day, no one shows up again, no call again. I call back to customer service, they say they will call me back, and don't yet again. The best part is, you cannot get another gutter company to fix the work (or do it yourself) since it invalidates the warranty. So here I am stuck with a "loose wheel" of a product that I cannot even fix myself. Now if I only paid 80% of the installation, I can guarantee that they would be hounding me non-stop. Lesson learned, don't trust the salesman, don't trust the company, and don't trust the customer service. Stay away from HomeCraft Gutter Protection unless you want a headache that never seems to end.

Homecraft cleaned, secured, and covered my gutters. Did exactly what they told me they would do. It is an expensive project for something that largely goes unseen. But I’m looking forward to leaving the ladder in the garage.

Homecraft Gutter Protection provided a very thorough review of our alternatives. Our representative, Elliott, worked with us on options and scheduled a timely installation. We cannot say enough about the installation crew. The project manager was very thorough and led the installation for an entire day. Followup from customer service has been excellent.

Shortly after we had the the gutter protection install, we had an absolute pour-down. Carey said everything will be caught in the gutter. Guess what? It did not. Everything spilled. I called him and took a video. Turns out the pitch on our roof is too much so he came out and he put up a screen, like a little fence at no extra charge, even though I offered to pay and he corrected the problem.

I did a ton of research before deciding on HomeCraft. HomeCraft has a lot of information online about the benefits of their product compared to competitors. It is truly a superior product both in design and function compared to other products on the market. I made an appointment through Home Advisor, and Peter Latrella came to my home within the week. He was on time and just a great guy all around. He was very respectful and a super nice guy. I told him that I had done all my research, so we just got down to pricing. My Home is straight-forward. Straight runs across the front and back of the house - no surprises (no inside corners/outside corners/dropdowns, etc.) With that said, I was a little taken back at the initial cost of the covers, but Peter worked with me on pricing, which was nice. Pete came to my home on Thursday evening, and he said if we made a deal, he could have a crew in on Friday morning from 9-11am to install. I called Pete for a deal and he reassured me that a crew was still able to come. I took the day off (as Peter recommended). The crew did not arrive between 9-11am. I called Pete at around 12:30 to let him know. He was very apologetic and said he would contact the project manager as soon as possible. After talking with Pete, I got a call from the installers stating that they would be at my home at 4:00 pm. I lost a day of work for no reason (vacation day). The crew arrived at 4:00 pm, and they too were very nice and professional. They completed the installation in a little over an hour (It seemed a little short, but more on that later). Did they clean my downspouts? Who knows? The next day I went on the roof to inspect the work and noticed a few things that I was not happy with. The ends of the gutter covers were poorly worked and folded, and it certainly did not look like the samples that I was given during the sales presentation. I also noticed that there were no â hidden brackets for additional support on your gutters installed as is said verbatim in the contract. I texted Peter on Saturday and sent him a few pictures. He was very apologetic and told me to call the Quality Assurance number. I called and left a message as Peter requested and still have not heard back from them. Peter, however, let me know that he was working on it. I received a call directly from the installers and they came back and fixed the corners. No additional hangers were installed because my gutter hangers were already installed as recommended. So much for added support . Overall, my experience started out good, but the process was a little rocky. Overall rating was a 3.5. Work quality I rated as a 4.0 only AFTER they came and fixed what they had initially considered â finished workâ . The product is very good quality and I am happy with how it looks. I'm confident that the product will perform as advertised and do not expect to have any issues. It is truly a very nice product. Customer Service I rated a 3.5. Peter earned all of those stars. He was apologetic the whole time, and I really felt like he was doing the leg work for the company. He made all the calls and was making things happen. The fact that I didn't hear from anyone from the QA office has me a little worried about what response times will be like if I have a problem in the future. I rated my value for money at a 3.0 because they were just expensive. While the product quality is great, I still feel like they are a bit overpriced. Also, Peter did work with me on price and did as much as he could. Also, they try to sell you on the â hidden bracketsâ and if your gutters already have them, they won' t put new ones on. The contract should state as needed as everything else does. I wish I could have given a better review because I still feel like this is the best product out there compared to others.

Installation was done within a few days. The installers and production manager were responsive to me questions. Their product, stainless micro mesh, seems to be durable and should last. I like that micro mesh is installed at an angle and not flat.

I can not give a true rating on the quality, value for money because I have not seen what it will do in the rain, the customer service I left a message but have not received a call back. The person they send out is a marketing/salesperson and is focused on pushing their product instead of someone that will actually inspect your house and tell you what you need along with installing their gutter guard. On a positive note I did receive a call the day before they were supposed to come out to do the install which was today 23 August 2019. The install technician did not arrive on time approximately 2hours late, I did not receive a call informing me they were going to be late. When they did arrive the technician told me they would only be able to work for 1 hour and wanted to return on Sunday to finish because in their religion they start their Sabbath on Friday evening and church service is on Saturday. After talking with him and the person that hired him to do the install the job was completed today. Another fault I see with the company is I was dealing with three different contractors that seemed to have difficulty communicating with each other and returning calls. To the install technicians credit he kept me informed of job progress. I said that I would recommend this company to friends and I will with a caveat.
