Great job. Got here early and quality work.

I had to constantly remind the contractor of what was promised. The salesman almost immediately said you do not need new gutters The first thing the contractor said was you need new gutters. ??? If I hadn't pushed for what was promised, I would have paid over $800 for 15 minutes of their time.

Haven't started project yet. Start tomorrow.

Very responsive did great work

We built a new house last year. I had called 3 gutter companies to get estimates for gutters. HomeCraft was able to significantly better the price of the other two companies, and also had a far superior product. I have had gutter screens from the big-box stores before - they were maintenance nightmares: blowing off in the wind and catching pine needles and leaves until it looked like my roof had a beard. But HomeCrafts gutter guards are by far the best I have seen. The installation was very well done by a couple who knew exactly what they were doing. They walked me around the house and explained each area. Recently, HomeCraft called on the one year anniversary to check how the gutters were doing. I said I had only one small problem - in heavy rain where the water from two steep valleys would overflow the gutter. They made an appointment and sent an installer out to add diverters to correct that issue. I am quite happy with both their product and their service and definitely recommend you talk with them before you select a contractor.

My overall problem was with the installation crew. I ordered a colored gutter and advised them during the email, on the phone and during the sales visit, that the fascia was not vertical and that they would need to accommodate and they said that they would install gutter wedges. Installation day one they arrived near noon but the installation crew did not have the wedges that were the first item needed. While the gutter was in the desired color, the downspouts were white and was field painted. So much for lasting quality. A one-day job turned into a four-day job and never arrived before 11 AM. I had to leave before they were supposedly to have completed. The next morning I noticed that none of the mitered joints had been caulked, to the point I could see daylight. I called to complain with pictures as evidence. They agreed to return. What I was sold was a superior sealant. Because they returned when it has just finishing raining, they installed a sticky tape product, saying that in those conditions, this was the superior fix. Well, I still have leaks. While this is not necessarily a condemnation of HomeCraft Gutter Protection it is a condemnation of the installer hired by HomeCraft. Note, that when it was noted to be seamless gutter, I would have expected a roll forming machine on-site. What I got was roll-formed at their home base and delivered on the rack of a pickup truck. All in all, I would not recommend this company.

They arrived on time and took care of my gutter problems. I was expecting a add on sale of gutter guards but they agreed I did not need them . Thank you

Estimate was on time and very courteous. The installer was here in two days and went about his business and was very thorough and seemed to be a hard working man. Job may be a little expensive but well done.

The product was misrepresented by the sales person based on the customer service we received after the installation. The sales person clearly stated that debris from the roof including pine needles would wash from the roof and the gutters would not clog. However, the gutters do clog due to pine needles collecting at the corners of the gutters. I spent nearly three months, numerous phone calls and voicemail messages before I could get anyone to examine our problem in spite of having a warranty. I was unable to get anyone to return my calls or reply to my voicemail requests. I now have been told that pine needles are a problem with the product and that my pine needle issue is a roof cleaning problem that I must take care of and that it is not a gutter cover issue and that Home Craft is not responsible.

The sales rep took advantage of a widowed senior citizen in order to earn the job. He promised a 51% discount, yet the bill was $2000 for less than 100 feet of gutter guards and hidden brackets. An alignment of the gutters was promised on the scope of work, but they did not align one section of gutters meeting another section. When questioned concerning this, the company advised that just because the gutters are misaligned, they do not fall under the definition of needing alignment per the company definitions. The company was contacted several times to obtain an explanation of the work as well as trying to obtain an invoice showing the job had been paid. The company would not call back. We were finally able to speak to a customer service representative who supplied the requested documentation. We are still waiting for the company to repair leaks that were not addressed during the initial visit. I would not recommend this company to others.

What impressed me about HomeCraft's gutter system is the definition of gutter guards compared to other gutter products. We had a heavy rain a few days after the installation and the gutters and guards worked great. The installer was courteous and helped address a problem uncovered during the work.

Homecraft came out to quote the work and it was completed within 48 hours. We were having some drainage issues and they offered good insights on how to use the gutter system to move water away from our foundation. The work was quality and priced competitively to the other contractors that quoted the work. I would definitely hire them again.

The sales person would not leave me the itemized estimate so that I could compare to other quote. The price increased twice because the sales person stated that she forgot to include all the proposed work. The installers did a good job but I had to remind them twice to repair soft and clean the roof. They left without painting two repaired areas.

Work was done A1 gutters I believe a sub jobber. They were very good . Work was done on a timely basis. The gutter charge seemed pricey from Homecraft

Consumer Haseeb hired HomeCraft Gutters to repair the soffit and fascia causerie it was damaged, I was talked into getting gutter protection, I was told I needed 8' of fascia replaced, came out and did the work and did not replace all the damaged material, the gutter guard was secondary, they installed the old wood that was water damaged, I have been on the phone with them for 2 weeks trying to get a resolve with no luck

Product - I haven't yet been home while it rained so I'm yet to see the gutters in action (will update later). Experience - This is primarily the basis for my rating. I had a few quotes for home reno projects, and the meeting with HomeCraft was more enjoyable by far, and not nearly as pushy or overbearing as others have been. The presentation was well organized and rehearsed. They were able to answer all questions (including technical ones).

Homecraft did an excellent job, but I never received a paid copy of invoice or the 40 year warranty on the new gutters. Roxie Trombini

On time and very fast installation. Installer corrected some issues that were found with the existing gutters that were just installed a few weeks prior to the gutter guard installation.

They were very nice but unfortunately the installers spoke little if any English and I had a hard time explaining. I spoke to the company after the fact about an area that wasn't covered and it appears there was also some confusion with the salesman regarding a single area to be covered. I called them and explained this to them but have not yet heard back from them. Since it appears the agreement was incomplete, I have no recourse but I did want them to know about the issue.
