Nothing happened as I was told it would happen. These people are a group of greedy that only want your money. They do not run a good business or do you get value for your money. Buyer beware.

They were professional they were on time they cleaned up after themselves so the yard looks great didn't leave any scraps of metal laying around everyone from the CEO we spoke to on the phone to the guys that did the install were fabulous

Completed the job quickly and the crew was good. One tip, I purchased the rain barrel which I found later I could have saved couple hundred dollars because they sell the same barrel on wayfair much cheaper. Overall the experience was good.

Gutter we are not as described and continue to leak.

Mary Margaret came out to my daughter's home & worked up a great price. The price beat their competitor's price hands down. Jason & his crew came out to do the job. There was a definite problem with wood rot. The price to replace the soffits quoted to me by the owner still had the other company beat! Eveything was done in just a few hours. Jason & his crew did a fine job & they made sure to clean up & haul away all the old gutters and the rotten soffits. It's going to rain tomorrow. I can't wait to see how well they work.

Just perfect. This is exactly what we expected.

The overall experience was fine. I was told at the time of booking that someone would call to follow-up to be sure we were happy with the installation. No one ever called. Also, we are already thinking of removing the small strip of gutter protection on the north side of our house overhanging the front walk. When it snows the ice drips right off the top of the gutter guard and refreezes on the sidewalk below, leaving an ice slick that is dangerous to walk on. It never did that before we got the gutter protection installed. The installation guys were super nice and respectful of our home.

Did not do what they said they would per the signed order. Workmen did not speak English enough to explain it to them. Supervisor never showed up to check the work. They agreed to fix a section of soffit before installing new gutters - I had to pull the gutters back down in sections where they did not do anything to do the repair myself. Workmanship on the gutters is questionable. Does not look anything like the work on their photos. I will have to check every part of the installation now as one of the gutters was plumbed the wrong way and filled with standing water.

The job was never completed, and while the workers said they would come back the next day to complete it, they never did, and I have never been contacted since to reschedule. One part that was done poorly, the gutter in front of my front door is not leveled properly and drips lots of water across the entry way when it rains. I messaged the saleswoman about this, but have received no response, and now I see they have charged my credit card for the unfinished job. Terrible experience, would not recommend.

The initial consultation was quick and easy. The price was great (lower than I expected) and the installation happened the next day!

Great experience quality work!

The quality of workmanship was poor. Miters in corners were very poorly done leaving a separation in the gutter cover including a gully where anything can and does collect. Cable for the TV dish on the roof was left hanging on the side of the house. I had to put it up. We were told it wouldn't cost us any interest to finance the job. But there was a $94 fee to use their Green sky finance company. When I complained I got a lot of sympathy but no offer to refund the fee nor any comment about it . The sales person claimed the gutters would not need cleaning because of the gutter guards they use and nothing will stay on them. . My gutters are loaded with debris from the trees. All I can say is The sales rep fast talked two old people out of their money for an inferior product and inferior workmanship. The supervisor I spoke to was very patronizing and that was about it. I should consider Elder Law violations. I did get a call from another company that said they would do the job for $1000.00 less The saleswoman was a good con artist, in my opinion. I would never recommend this company to any one. I did also complain about the gutter corners leeking and was told by a service manager that he would not be able to fix the leaks without a video. So My integrity was in question to which I strongly denounce.,

Our experience was smooth and completed to satisfaction. Only negatives was the installers were late and they did not clean up as thoroughly as we have liked. Everyone at Homecraft was polite and responsive to any questions and concerns we had...

Stay away from these scammers. It would take a week to write all the negatives from this outfit! Worst remodeling experience that I ever even heard of!! Had to include my lawyer on this one.
