very friendly and knowledgeable employees. made pictures of everything so I didn't have to climb on the roof to see it. would recommend again.

I had all new gutters and downspouts replaced and had the gutter guard inserts installed as well. The job was done on time and quicker than expected. I had one issue and I called them and they came out the next day to fix it. Nice crew and would recommend.

Felicia came out to explain their products and to provide a quote. I accepted her offer and asked how soon she could get someone out here. Felicia made a call and the appointment was set for the next day, within 24 hours! The man that came out was professional, skilled, a great worker and representative of HomeCraft, and he worked without a break until he completed the gutter repair and he installed the leaf guards. I wish I knew his name to give credit to him, but I want you to know that both he and Felicia were superior. Compared to other products by other companies, I believe I have the best system on the market. Thank you HomeCraft!

Showed up on time, left area clean when finished.

They did a fine job acept one of the gutters. The guy was already leaving when I saw that one of the gutter was noy even and lower in the opposite side of the spout. I have not been able o climb and check but they promised a breached every foot, the one I mentioned earlier did not have brakes every foot, as the promised.

Good overall service

Great guy

They ripped the old gutters off instead of screwing them off. They tore holes in the metal on my trailer and I now have leaks where the old gutters were installed. I am having a real hard time getting them to repair the damage and reimburse me for the emergency work I have had to get done to replace the leaks. Will be taking them to court for my money if not corrected in a few days.

Of the four companies we asked for estimates on gutter protection, HomeCraft was by far the most professional and responsive. Their on-site evaluation and product description was thorough but not pushy. They were also the most expensive by quite a bit, but their product and installation technique is superior to the others and appeared to be the best long term solution to our gutter issues (height of the facia, densely forested property, no safe way to clean). Their warranty is solid and they don't attach anything to the roof, so there's no risk to any roof/homeowners warranty you may have. They were quick to show up on a Saturday to estimate, and they showed up exactly at the time we scheduled for install. HomeCraft was quite a bit more expensive than the competitors we invited to our house (including one that couldn't provide on-site estimates for some reason, and we didn't get their quote until the day HomeCraft installed our gutter covers). We will always be okay with spending more money for great customer service and a better quality product that is a long-term solution to an annoying problem. That's why we chose and recommend HomeCraft.

Customer service was great! They were fairly priced, professional, extremely prompt to get the job done, friendly, cleaned up well, and I am very happy with the gutter guards.

Excellent work and customer service. Very pleasant to deal with. These gutter guards were expensive but hopefully will be worth it as a long term improvement.

Quality product and installation

My only complaint with this company is the fact that they came a day later than they said they would (without notification). They said to expect them between 1-3 pm on Wednesday and they arrived at 4:30 pm on Thursday. Once on-site, the two young men worked very hard and finished a quality job in 2.5 hours. I am pleased with the product.

They took down my old gutters and put in new ones with leaf guard. Disappointed that they did not clean off the mildew, algae and dirt left behind on the soffit, before putting up the new gutter. The sales representative said that they would, but the installers said that they did not do that. They don't even carry a pressure washer to do such a thing. A bit on the expensive side. I was promised gutter supports / holders.every 18 inches and when I looked and I found that they were about every two feet or so. That was better than what was originally up the, but not what I was promised. The new gutter looks good. They even removed an old down spout that ran along my from stoop pillar. It looked awful, but they did an excellent job taking it out. They appear to have a nice gutter guard and their warranty was better than most. The gutters themselves are the same as everyone else's. Hopefully the guards are as good as promised, and I will never have to use the warranty. Lastly,.I did not like the paper that they asked me to sign afterwards. It had check marks for all the different aspects of the work completed. I am not a gutter inspector nor did I watch every minute of the work so how am I to know if the work was done correctly, per the check list. In the end, I feel that they did a good job and the gutters look nice. Just don't promise things, like a clean soffit, that is not going to happen.

While I haven’t had the final product installed yet, they were on the spot and actually showed up for the estimate, and set an install within a week, both of which I had problems with getting from local vendors. Will add additional review after install!

Installation team-very professional and customer oriented. Even trimmed an over grown holly tree that was near gutter location. I have been putting this off for years. also, one plastic pipe was clog with debris about 2+ feet below surface and it was cleaned by hand.

they did a good job

They moved me up a day but did not have the product at their warehouse yet, which made no sense. They should have arrived 9 to 11 but did not get here until 1:10 pm. Workers were good and fast.. but left without picking up screws. We found 13 screws in the driveway and on the porch. I am having them come back out to rearrange the gutter guards. The workers were very nice, but I am not 100% pleased yet. Will update my review after corrections are made.

Very professional. Best gutter protection design in the business. Sam did an excellent job of cleaning, fixing and installing the covers in a short amount of time.

When I purchased the gutter protection plan I did not receive any paperwork or a guarantee certificate. When the salesperson did not give it to me on the day of purchase, I thought I would get it the day of installation. The installation day came and went and still no paperwork. I had to call, and all I received was a messy handwritten purchase order. No nice neat certificate that most places give. When the company installed the gutter covers they told me they were going to clean out my downspouts. All they did was bang on them. I know some are full. I have a feeling when it rains I am going to be left with a bigger problem. I have underground piping that is connected to the downspouts and think everything from the downspouts will end in the piping.

Very polite, very quick service. The gutter guards are great! I won't have to worry about my husband having to lean the gutters anymore!
