The workers that came out cleaned up any mess that they had made and when i called about one of the gutters that were leaking homecraft sent a tech out to fix the problem that week.

Workers were friendly and before finalizing placement of downspouts asked my opinion, which I appreciated! I highly recommend this company.

Did a very good job. Had one small stop up and they were right back out to fix it. We loved that the guards were all metal.

I met with the salesman, Steven, at the correct time. He was really in tune with what I wanted and needed. He gave everything you would expect when doing business with a disabled vet! His product was superior to his competition and he had a sample of his company's product and what other companies are selling. He warm and friendly but a real pro and yes I would refer him to all of my family and friends!

Gutters were replaced to take care of a leak on my porch. John installed in a short amount of time. The sales representative did an excellent job in showing the comparison of other gutter protection that is offered. The gutter guards are great.

Job was done as scheduled and good work was done however I didn t receive any paperwork at all. No receipt, no warranty information, nothing. I gave the installer a check and haven t heard or seen anything else. Was told I d get a receipt by the boss but he never sent one. Told my gutters are guaranteed for life and transferable but again I have no paperwork to prove it and no information by which to contact them.

We hired HomeCraft to replace a section of gutter on our home. The rep came out quickly to give us an estimate. We asked if we could schedule the job a month out and we were told that they would prefer to do the job next day. Needing to get the work done we agreed to next day installation. We made the needed changes to our schedules to accommodate there time frame. Unfortunately, day of service they cancelled a hour before the scheduled time. They requested to rescheduled for the next day (again we made adjustments to our schedules) but again they canceled a hour before the scheduled time and asked to reschedule for the following day. After the second cancellation I told them that if they cancelled one more time that I would have to cancel the contract. Needless to say I never heard from them on the 3rd day. I understand things happen but if you are adamant about next day service you need to be here the next day!

Customer Service and Installer were polite and prompt. The price quoted was reasonable and the corrective action enhanced the current gutters to resolve water overflow problem.

It went very well at first time and agreed to use them. On day of installation, I asked if I could see the new gutter material. The installer said same as old one that caused me a bit of concern. Since I met with the sales rep and told me .30 thickest material than old one. I did contacted the project manager and told me will review with installers. I haven t heard yet. Overall, what I see from the ground. It looked great. I only can see from the ground because of only single story of ranch home. I did review on BBB and google reviews as well. I just wanted to make sure that they used a best gutter product and worry free for a long long time.

Do not hire them what they sell you and what you get it is not the same and they try to get their money before the job is done.

Had a quote done on Monday, July 13. I spoke with the project manager, he confirmed they would install the gutter guards on Wednesday, July 15. They were a no show. I called the main number, no one answered and I couldn?t leave a message. Finally got a hold of some one on Friday, July 17. I was told the project manager would reach out to me. I still have not heard back. Strongly do not recommend. Customer service does not exist.

I was trying to find someone to clean the gutters. A HomeCraft representative called to offer a free estimate good for a year on their gutter protection, and I made the appointment. Two gentlemen showed up on time. They were polite and courteous to wear face mask and give their presentation on the porch. Alec was very thorough, and I was very impressed with the product, the price and the 40 year guarantee. I was so tired of trying to find someone to clean my gutters every year. I excepted the offer, and they scheduled the job for the next day. The installation went smoothly. They even showed me before and after pictures. A few days later there was a heavy rain, and I noticed a small area with some over flow. I called and a service appointment was scheduled. Dustin and his crew showed up on time and made adjustments to the gutters and tested out the product with the water hose. I was very pleased with the professionalism of this company. I would highly recommend this company and their product. No more gutter cleaning!

Too early give a true evaluation of the company's performance. One of the major seams was overlooked and it still leaks. They promised to come by Friday to correct it but they did no show-up.

They came, they did what they promised, and left. Now for some reason, my TV antenna doesn't work.

Though my appointment was rescheduled several times, once the installers showed up, they were nice and did a great job. I’m happy with the new gutters with covers.

The salesman and representatives we worked with for the Birmingham area were not bad and were friendly. The biggest issue we had is with the installation crew. Firstly they threw the old broken screens from the gutters directly into my vegetable garden, severely damaging several plants. Secondly, they did not correctly apply the new micro-mesh at two corners, leaving about 4-inch gaps where there was no product. We would not have been aware of this if we ourselves had not gotten on the roof to look at the product after the crew left. Lastly, they were supposed to apply a sealant to all of our existing gutters to stop them from leaking. They leak just as bad as before, leaving us to believe they did not apply the sealant. They are supposed to come back and fix this. We are pretty frustrated at the lack of attention considering we are paying 8k to get this product installed. As for the product itself, it is nice and gives the gutters a really clean finish.

Scheduled for install, did not show up, called, but no one knew why until late in the day. No call or notification.

Excellent customer service in resolving a scheduling problem

Fast response to give me a quote Quick installation , a bit higher priced than a couple of other quotes but we went with 6” seamless gutters with 4 inch downspouts... the salesman helped me figure out where to place the downspouts and I tied them all into underground schedule 40 3” pipe I am very pleased , the color match was really good for our brick and trim , you can hardly tell the gutters are in place ... they look really good and we’ve already had several downpours and they worked like a charm
