I had an issue with a couple of corner pieces that had dents in them and some leakage. I called and reported this so they came out and swapped them out but with the wrong color! I called and explained that this is not acceptable, so, the manager stated they would spray paint them and I stated this is not what I ordered and would not settle for anything other than perfect and thanked him for understanding. They never showed up to correct the problems. The rains came and I noticed some major leakage so I made calls and sent texts to the project manager which did not respond to either. I scheduled an appointment for Friday, November 9th between 9 and 11 with the Warranty Service which was a no call no show. If I had to do it over again I would go with another company!

When I left the request for contact on the website they were in touch with me within the hour; had a quote within the week; they were here a day earlier than scheduled with installation. With all the rain we have had this year, the gutters have made a BIG difference in moisture readings under my house. The real proof came as the leaves have started to fall and if the covers really work. THEY WORK BEAUTIFULLY. Others companies have made installations in my neighborhood but were taken down when they did not work. The leaves do not impair the rain removal on this system. Good product!! The installers left the yard with NO trash or metal shards. Very polite and attentive to job well done. Wish all contractors were this good.

It was quick and easy

The initial install not completed as promised. The life time guarantee is voided. My home is damaged due to the workmanship. No communication. They want credit card information over the phone before coming to your home, before they honor the warranty. They should not be in business. They are not interested in giving the service promised. Videos given to him about the damages do not mean anything. They do not keep appointment times.

Exceptional work and very responsive to my needs. Great product, great work and exceptional service by the vendor imho. Bring on the rain!

The installation turned out very nice. The sales pitch, tho - that was way over the top. I felt like I was being sold a used car. They need to be more straight forward with realistic pricing.

Work was not completed as promised. The product does not work as promised. The company has now canceled EIGHT times for completing the work.

Workmanship was very good. Technician had to come out a couple of times to complete but the project was finished completely and works great.
