Jenifer Lawson came and did an estimate. I was pleased with the product samples she showed us. She gave us a bid and we set a date for the installation. Due to unforeseen issues installation had to be rescheduled & worked out fine. I am pleased with the final outcome. The gutters & gutter guards look lovely - a much needed upgrade. Since having some hellatious rain storms afterwards, I can honestly say they function as promised. This product is great value for money and I would recommend HomeCraft Gutter Protection for anyone needing either new gutters, gutter repairs or gutter guards to prevent leaf build up. Scheduled 3 estimates on the same day that I was off work and HomeCraft Gutter Protection was not only on time but they were the only one that showed up! Salesman "Charles" was very thorough and educated us on all the available systems that would work on our gutter system. . Price was higher than we thought it would be but we also got more work done than we anticipated. Installation went smoothly and we have not had to utilize our lifetime transferable warranties. All of us in Norwich Forrest subdivision have issues with gutters getting clogged and it is nice to see my neighbors getting the same system installed. Definitely a great choice.

Big house with a large roof. Replaced the entire gutter system plus downspouts and top-notch gutter guards. Two teams worked for 10 hours and were highly professional and thorough. Excellent job, and good value for money.

Top notch, start to finish!

HomeCraft delivers excellent, quality equipment and service, but small mostly cosmetic details did not receive the same quality attention as the gutters. Peeling paint at tips of downspouts. Failed connections to outflow ducts.

Quick turnaround and 0% financing for two years...what else could you ask for?

BEWARE â A smooth talking guy will show up saying he is just filling in, says he works in marketing not sales. They will show you a patented high quality gutter which is not what is really installed. In my case they admitted later the demo was misrepresented by the sales person. On installation day, the installer (I think a subcontractor) shows up with industry standard .027 gauge seamless gutter and I learn the expensive lesson you have immediately tell the installer to leave your property if you do not like what is happening. Do not contact the Home Crafters with the issue like I did during the start of the installation. They will not do anything. I took the route of not paying the installer at the end of the job to get their attention. I continued to push the issue about product misrepresentation and a premium cost for standard .027 gauge gutters and asked for a competitive price. They offer $100 off. I have never dealt with such ugly people over several phone calls, threaten with lien on my home and I ended up with a lawyer only to learn the hard lesson You should have immediately told the installer to leave your property . Lawyer made me pay up or take a lean on the property less $350. Did I get a fair competitive price in the end? No. Based on an 8 year old quote Iâ d say overpriced by+-$ 1,500. I admit, I am was not on my game with this deal. Did not do enough homework. Really liked the misrepresented product and ended up just plain ole gutters for a ridiculous cost. 2020 has been a rough year and I let a bad guy get me. Do not let it happen to you...Shop local instead and use local references like Next door. If you do not, you have to look your mistake every day like I do and the dern thing is already leaking !

We met with Jennifer Lawson on a Friday night and then had awesome new gutters, guards, soffits & rooster tails the next week! Great color selection and responsiveness from Jennifer while making our decision. We are so happy with our decision and new gutters. We actually looked forward to it raining last weekend. The installation was quick and very professional. We had our old gutters removed and all new gutters put in along with some new soffits & rooster tails. Donâ t wait have HomeCraft replace before you do anymore damage to your house!

The pricing and work performed was excellent. Id recommend their services to my neighbors. My only concern came in when I tried to use a debit card to make payment instead of check, I was then told there would be roughly an extra hundred dollar to process payment. The original sales person stated if I chose to switch method of payment there would no problem. He failed to mention the extra charges

The overall experience was excellent beginning with the estimate by Angela, the sales rep, who was very personable and knowledgeable She was able to make a most reasonable cost estimate and set up the work to be done the very next day. Everything was timed perfectly and my gutters were entirely replaced and the cleanup done within two hours. Great service all around!

in my opinion i would not recommend them to any one . gave us false info and gutters are leaking over the door and freezing on our deck . came out door and slipped on ice they have been out twice and nothing has been done poor company
