excellent , timely manner, pick up after wards , quality product

I had HomeCraft to put new gutters on my house. The entire process was very easy. Allen did a great job informing me of all I would need to complete the job. The price was very competitive. They were able to schedule immediately. The guys who did the installation were very professional and did a great job. There workmanship was excellent. They showed me everything that had to done to fix wood rot. They cleaned up afterwards, leaving it cleaner than when they arrived. I was very pleased with jenifer Lawsonâ s presentation for my gutter guard project. She is very professional. She has a high knowledge of her products and I was impressed that there was no high pressure sales at all.

I JUST had my new gutters installed this morning 12/30/2020 by 2 young men. All was well until it came down to them working inches from my car..... I didn't like it and wish they would have asked me to move my car BEFORE they ever thought about working. Well they just got done around 12:30pm. I decided to head out the door and go do a few errands and they left my 2 large trash cans out in my way so I had to put them back and I had to hook up my hoses to my new gutters spouts... I decided to look at my car (on the drivers side) because that was the side they laid the LOOOOOOONG peice of gutter. I see a NEW scratch that I KNOW was not there this morning when I parked my car in my driveway! Its not huge but it is enough that my nail will catch on it and I can notice it! I take care of my car and I make sure I don't do anything that will put any marks on it and if there's any marks on it already I know about them because I wash and wax my car by hand and this mark hasn't been there until today!!! They clearly do not care about their customers property. On top of everything else (before any work was done and I was just getting quoted). When I was Signing papers They basically tried to force me to leave them a good review While they were still at my house and they hadn't done anything yet!!! I heard the man on the phone tell the girl (Lindy) To make sure I leave a good review on home advisor. The 2 girls were just staring at me and I said "oh you want me to leave a review now?" Of course I didn't until today because I wanted to wait until they actually did their job... I mean the gutters look ok from what I can tell, but my car getting scratched at the rear bumper; because they failed to ask me to move my car so they could have more room to work is CRAZY!!! I worked hard to get this car and 2 careless guys come and damage it because they were to lazy to ask me to move my car!

They were very timely, professional, and respectful of my time. The rep John that I got was very friendly as well!

Great job! They did have to come back and repair a spot they missed but no problem or hassle. They came and fixed issue on the spot.

After receiving a great pitch about how the company cares about quality and great service, I scheduled the install for that Friday. While they came in at a higher price, I went with them because of their warranty and immediate availability. Plus they said they'd price match another competitor and adjusted the final price. On the day of install, I received a call stating the crew's truck had broken down. The manager ensured me I'd get a call on Sunday to let me know when the project would be rescheduled into the next week. No call came. This morning I did get a call and "Matt" said the crew lead was out sick and they couldn't get to me until the 28th of December now. 10 days after our agreed upon install date. So they must have higher paying jobs in line and back-logged mine. Don't hire this company. Their word cannot be trusted. And as a Veteran, your word is your bond.

Neat work and looks great also had leaf guards installed at the same time to avoid gutter cleaning.
