They are good and dependable. They are prompt and friendly. They are just an excellent group. I usually try to use the best I can find.

You have to keep up the service because if you don't do it regularly they have to charge you an arm and leg to get the house certified. We have a yearly service so we keep our certificate. They usually spray on the outside but you can have them spray on the inside. I don't like people spraying on the inside unless I see bugs. You can do monthly pest control but it is cheaper to do the quarterly. If you have problems during your quarter you can call them and they will come out for free. With me you don't have to be home but you can tell them you want to be home. I live on a pond so we have a lot of critters and insects.

Service was completed quickly and at a good price. Overall it was a great experience.

It has only be a couple of months since the crawlspace encapsulation but the quality of their work seems outstanding. Their price was better than any other and we had two other estimates. AFS was more than double Sprays cost. They are currently insulating the walls and are using a combination of batts and blown-in wall insulation. Their work seems to be very professional and of high quality.

If I have a special request, they will come out and do it. A few years ago, I discovered a nest of yellow jackets. They came out and took care of it. I think they have reasonable prices and they are effective; I do not have any insects. I will continue to use them in the future.

I have used them for a year. It is a monthly service. The folks that showed up were very good. They explained what they were doing. They were always very professional and courteous.

They came out and addressed all of our issues and replaced the supports under our whirlpool tub. They also installed some new well vents. They came out, did the work, and I was very happy. They also took out all the insulation under the house that was wet and moldy.

Everything seemed to go well. Although the vapor barrier had several areas that weren't covered. One of the new crawl space vents was installed in the wrong spot, despite mapping out locations with the company. To install the new vents, they needed to cut out holes in the brick and foundation. They ended up breaking far more bricks than they needed to, with one of the vents having all of the cinder blocks behind it busted up, leaving only some bricks. When I brought it to they're attention they defended the necessity of breaking so many blocks/bricks. They also were in the opinion that not all of the ground needed to be covered by the vapor barrier.

Everything they have done was fine. At first squirrels found a way in around his barrier work but he returned and appears to have fixed that.

Paid for an initial treatment for ants, and then monthly at $32.00. They have come back several times to get rid of the ants. Very professional and very committed to get the job done. I would highly recommend them.

The insulation process went extremely well. Although the blow-in method was a bit messy, all excess was cleaned by the workers. I was able to look in my attic before and after the job was done which was encouraged by the tech, Culley. Although I had mentioned my Angie's List discount to the sales rep via voicemail, the discount was not included on the paperwork given to the technician. I made a phone call to Spray's and the sales manager called back and apologized for the mistake and immediately recalculated my final cost to include my discount. I definitely recommend Spray's and will use them in the future.

I like the guy that services the house. He seems to be a very personable, professional and friendly fellow. He always comes out fast and is on time. We have got a kind of a friendship. I think they charge about $30 a month. I would use them again in the future.

My overall experience is very good with them. Their price is fair. I will use them next month. I would use them again in the future.

I never had any termite, since the time I have used them. They come out about the same time every year. They make sure that I am aware that they are here, so I do not let my dog out in the backyard. They are reasonable. They always come when they say they are coming. They come out every April for the termites.

The technician called prior to arriving and was on-time, courteous, and efficient. He even took off his shoes when entering the house without being asked. The service also works well for our needs - now we only get bugs in the house when someone leaves the door open.

They had a special so we got it. They have been around for a long time. They are great. Most of the time I am not home but if I am home they talk to me or they leave a message on the door. I will definitely use them again.

They did what I wanted. I have signed a contract with them and they would be coming once in every three months. I do not have any thing particular to say about them but I would recommend them to the other members.

The job went well. It was nothing too outstanding one way or the other. I used them because the price seemed good. We have an unusual set up. I spent $175 for a quarterly spraying. It is a big complex. They had a turnover with the employees at that time. The technician quit on them. There was a little bit of confusion when that happened. I will use this company again in the future.

One salesman is usually assigned to me. He calls before he comes, and has made every effort to come when it is convenient for me--even very early in the morning. He (and the replacement guy, when "my" person was off) were very personable, and seemed to do a thorough job. The billing people are so sweet--take care of questions promptly and pleasantly

They did a wonderful job. I'm very pleased with their work.

I have been using their services for five to six years now. They will come back if there is a issue after they treat. They explain the chemicals well to me. I pay them quarterly.
